When everyone turned up at the beach I was so happy to see their faces. It makes me feel thankful for everything and everyone in my life.

When Sunny and Dj walked up holding hands it made me smile. Summer was so cute in her little sun hat.

Morgan walked up with Trace holding hands looking in love and I smiled at her.

Ethan walked up with Tony and Jessa. Everyone spread out their towels and was putting sunblock on.

"Sunny let me take Summer so you and Dj can get a break."

"Are you sure Lanie?" Dj asked.

"I'm fine really." I smiled as she handed her over.

I took her down on the sand and we played in the water and built a small sandcastle.

"You look like a natural," Jax said.

"Do you ever want kids Jax?" I ask.

"Someday I do yeah what about you?"

"Yeah, I think I would." I smile over at him and stand Summer up so her feet are in the sand.

Jax wraps his arm around me and throws a little sand on Summer's feet and she giggles.

I look out and everyone is in the water but us but I was ok with that.

"Did I tell you how good you look in your bikini?" He said.

"Not today you haven't." I smiled.

"I like the silver sparkles but I love what's underneath. That shower scene the other day I can't even think about it because I get rock hard." He laughs.

"Jax! Then you better stop thinking about that but for the record, I've never swallowed before."

"Fuuudge!" He laughed.

"Yes don't cuss around her she might pick it up. I'm not sure she's talking yet but still." I laughed.

He leans over and kisses the side of my neck. "You are mine later Lanie."

"I can't wait, Jax!"

We spent a couple of hours at the beach and then all decided to head to Morgan and Trace's for a cookout. They really like to cook.

We sit around drinking beer and laughing and talking and everything felt back to normal even though it's been a day since all of that happened.

My phone rang and I saw it was Officer Bryant.

📞 Hello?

📞 Lanie, It's Officer Bryant and I just wanted you to know that Mr. Sheldon is now in police custody at the prison.

📞 What a relief thank you for letting me know.

📞 Your welcome and off the record I just want to say you did a number on his face. I'm proud of you.

📞 Haha, thanks Officer Bryant he had that coming and more if I would have had time.

I walk back over to where Jax and Morgan are at. "That was Officer Bryant and Reggie is now back in prison."

"That's good news sis!" Morgan said.

"Such a relief," Jax said pulling me close to him.

"I couldn't have got better news." I smiled at both of them.

Jax leaned over and kissed my lips in front of my sister and it was nice to be in love and my family approves.

It wasn't that they didn't accept Reggie they just didn't know him. I never dreamed I would come back here and fall for a tattoo artist.

When our lips broke apart he smiled at me and squeezed my hand. "I love you, Lanie."

"I love you too Jax." I smiled.

When I looked back over at Morgan she was actually teared up and wiped at her eyes.

She walked over and wrapped her arms around me from behind and whispered in my ear. "I'm happy for you Lanie. You have a great guy."

"Oh, I know I do," I said to her.

An hour or so later everyone was still partying but I was ready to go. We said bye to everyone and walked hand in hand back up to the house.

Jax made sure security was on and we headed upstairs to bed.

"That was a nice party huh?" He said.

"Oh yeah it was and I'm happy to hear that he's in prison now."

"I'm happy you can be happy once again beautiful." He said moving over closer to me kissing my lips.

We snuggled in bed and I stared into his eyes... "Jax the moves you showed me really come in handy. He didn't think that I could do that and would just cower down like always to him."

"I'm glad they worked." He said smiling over at me.

I wrap my arms around him and kiss his lips a few times before falling asleep.

The next morning we get up early for work. Now that I'm finished with the dress I can spend more time making shirts for the store.

Jessa has been so great in picking up the slack while I have been out and everything going on.

I got dressed and met Jax in the kitchen with a cup of coffee for me. "Thanks, Jax I needed this," I said taking a couple of sips.

"Are you ready to go?" He asked.

"Yeah if you drive so I can enjoy this coffee." I smile.

"Of course baby I don't mind driving." He said as I followed him out to the garage.

Once at work he walked me over to the shop and made sure no one was in there before kissing me. "If you need me I'm next door."

"I'm fine now that he's locked up Jax. Jessa should be here soon so you go ahead and get set up." I said.

"If you are sure then." He said walking over to kiss me.

We embrace and kiss again just as Jessa walked in. "Hey, guys!"

"Hey, Jessa!" I said looking at Jax.

"Ok, I feel better going now. See you at lunch."

"At lunch, it is," I said smiling at him.

"Text if you need me." He said kissing me again.

"You know I will," I said smiling watching his ass walk out the door.
