Both young men saw nothing but red when they enter Eleonora's hospital room.

Adam was forcefully kissing Elenora! The young girl was kicking and thrashing trying to get the buff man of her. 

Derick was the first one to make the move. He grabbed Adam by his neck and pulled him. He threw him on the ground. Derick went to check up on Elenora while Dean was calling one of there men to get Adam. 

The youngest to the oldest knew the fate of a Lombardi traitor. They would suffer till there last breath. The begged for mercy, but the more they begged the merciless the young men gotThey left no option for there prisoners except death, still they never granted there wish. 

The same went for 22 year old Adam, though he didn't defend himself. 

Adam was 13 when he had saw Elenora and started working for the Lombardi family. The day he had saw Elenora he knew that he wanted her, but he wasn't going to force her. He was going to take her willingly. 

His plan had changed when Derick had called him to work for him. He was ready but his job was to make sure that young and old women where shipped across the world to be sold. 

He knew that Liam was spying on Elenora and he was really Jealous of him. So he had Derick believe he was better then Liam and he should take care of Elenora. Derick knew something was wrong and that he should not trust Adam but after discussing with Dean he agreed. 

2 minutes after Dean's call, Liam came in to takes Adam. Adam didn't fight nor did he tried to run away which had surprised the twins. "Anything else king?" Liam asked holding Adam's arm. 

"Yes, bring his pregnant wife to the cell also .." Derick said looking right into Adam's eyes. Adam did not look away nor was he intimidated. "OK, king" Liam bowed and left with Adam. 

Elenora had fallen back asleep. The doctor came and checked Elenora but everything thing was alright except her bruised lips. 

"Adam seems trouble brother .." Dean says thoughtfully. 

Derick nods his head in agreement. "Dean, I want you to keep an close eye on all the workers. I am not going to take any risk. Also you will not mess up. Lose your childish ways" Derick says seriously. 

Dean rolls his eyes, and gets up "call me when she is awake, otherwise don't call me." He says and leaves.

Derick has always been protective of Dean, even when he's grown up and not to young from Derick. He was older and more responsible, unlike Dean who was childish, short tempered, and not responsible. Dean hated it when Derick treated him like that, but he still loved him.

The brothers relationship was weakening, they were not like before. Derick also became more strict and serious with Dean. He wanted the best for his brother, but when Dean doesn't listen him it make him mad. 

"Stop. Where are you going?" Derick questions Dean who was going to leave. 

Dean sighed and looked at his brother "I am going to the club and fuck some bitches...King" Dean said mocking Derick. 

Derick looked at his brother and runs a hand down his hair. "Did you lose your manners? Go fucking do what I asked you to do" He Wisper-yells trying not to wake up Elenora. 

Dean raises his eyebrows. "Listen here listen good, you may be a king but you no king of mines. I will do as I please" Dean said and leaves.

Derick runs his hand through his hair, frustrated by his brother. He knew Dean was upset with him and when Dean is upset or mad. He speaks and does stupid stuff but Dean's words hurt Derick. 

He loved his brother more then life. 

Derick was always the overthinker. He was worried about Dean so he called Liam to look after him. He knew if Dean found out he was going to be really mad at him but he had no other choice.

*** 4 HOURS LATER *** 

The sun was setting and Derick was on the couch asleep. Elenora stirs awake and looks around the pain in body make the young girl whimper causing Derick to wake up. "My baby, how do you feel?" He asks rushing by her side. She nods her head "b-better" she coughs.

Derick nods and calls the nurse and doctor to take care of Elenora. "King, may you please step out." The doctor asks. Derick rolls his eyes and leaves.

Derick's clean ironed white shirt was now wrinkled with the top 2 buttons undid, his black Armani jacket and tie was now no where to be found, but that is least of Dericks worries.

Dericks phones vibrates in his hand and he looked down to see a message from Liam which Drick eagerly read. The message has said that 'Master Dean was completely drunk and media was everywhere so I brought him home.' 

Derick sighs relieved. 

Respect had always been big for Dean and Derick, Derick thought has he went to sign some discharging papers for Elenora. In the process he called one of his men to get some thing ready. As the had a big surprise for there sweet Elenora. 

Derick went to the gift shop to get Elenora her favorite type of flowers; Roses. Elenora had always loved Roses, especially pink ones. 

Derick checked out the flowers and took them to Elenora's room. "Oh my God! Thank you so much! I love them" she yelled joyfully. The nurses and doctors had left and Elenora was packed up and ready to go. Derick didn't ask why she did what she had done. Elenora was thankful because she knew if they asked her she wouldn't know what to saw. 

"Where is Dean?" Elenora Whispers. Derick sighs at the thought if Dean. "Home." He answers. Elenora nods and continues to sit in the comfortable silence.

The young girl unknown to what is waiting ahead of her.
