"Y/N-ah!"

"Jin Oppa...."

Jin's eyes widen then second he enters the hospital room, his gaze setting on the cast set around your lower leg.

"What happened?!"

"I....I wasn't feeling well but I was just going to finish my routine then go home! I felt a little dizzy....and I bumped into Jimin during my twirl..."

"See. This is why I said you needed another day of rest. Did you listen to the incredibly handsome Jin? Nooope."

You look down and puff your lip out in a pout as Jimin keeps hold of your hand, his fingers tightly intertwined with yours.

"I'm so sorry Sweetheart...."

You lean your head over and give a soft giggle at Jimin, the painkillers they gave you when you arrived causing you to feel loopy.

"Nooooo it's okay Chimchim...I should have stayed on my side of the rink....I should've stayed home and cuddled you."

Jimin's cheeks turn pink when you lay your head on his shoulder, the moment interrupted when you hear a soft knock on the thick wooden door.

"Hello...."

"Hi...come in..."

Jin moves aside and blushes slightly when your doctor enters the room with a sweet smile, a file in between her perfectly manicured fingers.

"I have your X-Ray results right here."

Oh no....

Please just be a sprain....please just be a sprain....

"I have good news and I have bad news."

"Bad news first please..."

The doctor nods and slips the paper on the lit screen, her finger pointing at a space on your ankle.

"The bad news is, you definitely have a stress fracture on your ankle. The good news is, it isn't completely broken so you'll be healed in six to eight weeks."

"Six to eight weeks?!"

What about the competition next week?!

How am I going to qualify for the finals?!

Panic swells in your chest as you look down, tears already beginning to well in your eyes.

I can't perform...

What if I have to start all over?

This is years of hard work....down the drain for a stress fracture...

Jimin tenderly wraps his arms around your body as you begin to sob, your heart dropping into your stomach in misery.

"Y/N-ah....I'm so Sorry....."

"You can get back to skating when you are fully healed....I wouldn't reccomend skating right at six or eight weeks...this is something that takes time...I'm so sorry....we'll get you fixed up with some crutches and I'll get the paperwork..."

"Ah I-I can sign the paperwork! I'm old enough!"

Jin takes off out of the room behind the doctor as Jimin lifts himself into your bed with you, his arms remaining wrapped around your body.

"It's alright Sweetheart....just cry it out....I'm so sorry....I should have been looking better..."

"N-No Ch-Chim it i-isn't your f-fault...i-it's my fault..."

"I should have forced you to stay home with me. I knew better than to let you go."

You sniffle softly and lay your face in his neck, your tears lightly soaking his t-shirt.

"Can I have cuddles now?..."

Jimin smiles softly and places a soft kiss on your neck, his head nodding tenderly.

"Of course you can Sweetheart, anything for you."

Goodness....he's the best....

················

"Now just slip them under your arms. Keep your leg lifted off the ground no pressure on it for six weeks alright?"

You nod softly and wipe your eyes on your shoulder, Jimin's hand set on your back in a tender, comforting manner.

"Come on, let's get you home to bed."

You nod and hear the crutches click on the ground as you make your way to the elevator, your eyebrow raising when you see Jin standing and talking to your doctor, her hand playfully pushing his shoulder.

"Huh...now I feel like we were rushed out of here."

Jimin grins at his Hyung as he shrugs his shoulders, his head shaking side to side.

"Jin Hyung has a way with the ladies, he's always flirting with someone."

"I didn't know Jin Oppa was a player?"

"I told you he isn't innocent! Jin Hyung is just as bad as the rest of us."

"The rest of us? If I remember correctly I was your first kiss."

"Hey! Watch it limpy."

You shoot Jimin a playful glare as he kisses the top of your head, your duffle bag of skate stuff hung on his shoulder.

"You know I can carry my bag Jimin, that thing is pretty heavy."

"Nonesense. You will not lift a single thing until you're better."

"Jiminnnn come onnnn I hate being pitied."

"I'm not going to pity you, I'm going to baby you."

"Jimin!"

"Get used to it Sweetheart."

You look up into his eyes as the elevator dings and opens, a bustle of people gathering in front of the door.

"Jimin come on I Don't need babied."

"I Don't care if you don't need it, I want to do it and you're going to accept it. Now get in the car, Collen is probably worried sick at this point."

··············

Ah...finally home...

Your armpits ache from the use of your new crutches as you walk in the front door, Jimin following close behind you with your medications and papers.

"Alright...do you wanna go upstairs or do you want to stay on the couch?

"I want my bed."

Jimin nods softly and leans down in front of you, your eyebrows furrowing together in heavy confusion.

"What even..."

"Get on my back, I'll carry you upstairs."

"No Jimin-"

"Just do it."

"Jimin I don't want to hurt your back-"

"I'm just going to stay here until you get on my back."

You smile softly and heave deep sigh as you lean down onto his back, his arm muscles contracting when he picks you up.

"See? You're light as a feather."

"Right."

Goodness he's the best.
