Y/n pov:

My first instinct was to run. And so I did.
I ran through the forest towards the city. I had left my bag back at the porch so I could run faster, there was nothing too important in it, Kunikuzushi was fetching the mora so I had nothing to worry about.

Other than being chased of course.

If I was correct, Daichi would be chasing me with a knife right now.
I left the path so I would be harder to find.

"Y/n! Don't be selfish now!!" I heard him yell.

I felt stressed, my heart was beating faster.
I wanted to yell for Kunikuzushi and hoping he would hear me, but I was scared that Daichi would hear me as well.

I didn't realize how fast I was actually running.
I didn't know if I was still going in the right direction.

My heartbeat was the only thing I heard as I ran.

Which way am I going again?

"Y/n!" Yuumas voice sounded stressed. Was he afraid that Daichi would kill me brutally or was he afraid I would get away?

Then suddenly from my side view, I saw Daichi reach out towards me. My eyes widened in fear. When did he get so close?!

As he was about to grab me, I reached into my pocket, grabbing something and then with a click, I swung my arm out towards him, hoping to create distance.

It worked, he backed away quickly in fear.
He breathed heavily as he had just avoided death himself.

We were standing near a cliff, I hoped I would be able to throw him down this time.

I stood there, a knife in my own hand.

I hoped it wouldn't come to this, because I didn't think I could beat him in a fight. He was trained after all. That was his deal, the physically active one. Whether it was by bringing a whore home or if he actually trained, none of us knew.

"You could have killed me..." he clenched his jaw, clearly not happy that I was fighting back.

I felt blood from my mouth trail down my jaw, and my head started hurting. Not the right moment...

So, before I got weak enough to actually collapse and let them kill me, I attacked again.
I swung my knife out towards his throat again as he backed up.

"You're sick, you should be thanking us for trying to save you, ungrateful brat..." he spat.

He stepped forwards, going in for a strike, but then, Yuuma moved in front of me, blocking our ways. "This is not the way to do it Daichi!" He yelled. Daichi had stopped his attack.

But I wouldn't miss this opportunity.

Yuuma flinched and his eyes widened as he was stabbed from the back.
I sunk my knife deep into his neck and twisted it, I could feel the knife coming out from the other side of his throat.
I retracted my knife and he then fell to the ground, dead.

It didn't really click in my head at the moment that I had killed him. Instead I attacked Daichi again and he jumped back.

"Y-you?! What the hell are you doing?!" Daichi yelled. He was angry.

I went in for yet another slice towards his throat but he grabbed my wrist as it passed him.

He went to stab my in my torso as he pulled me towards him. But before he got a slice in, I raised my knee and hit him wherever I could reach, unfortunately that was only the stomach.
He let go of me as I had created distance.

I backed away and so did he, we both wanted to catch our breath.

I coughed, placing my hand in front of my mouth, my hand was now covered in my own blood, and well as Yuumas.

What the hell am I doing...

"Daichi!" Asahi yelled as he came out from the bushes, finally finding us.
But he hadn't noticed me yet, his back was turned to me, just like how Yuuma's was. These two...

Daichi realized it and yelled. "Asahi behind you!!" He yelled.

I reached forwards towards Asahi and held my knife to his throat, standing behind him.

"Y/n, stop this madness!!" Daichi yelled.
As if he wasn't planning on killing me first. How dare he...

That angered me enough, I sliced Asahi's throat.
Again, it didn't register for me that I had killed him, and so I only thought about killing Daichi again. One left.

My head was hurting.

Blood was dripping out my mouth. It tasted like iron, revenge and satisfaction. I was scared it wouldn't taste like that when I was done.

"You should have left me alone!!" I yelled and went for another slice.

He clenched his jaw and raise his knife. He went for a strike right at the side of my neck, but I used my arm to block it. I hissed in pain, clenching my jaw to stop myself from biting my tongue right then and there. His knife went through my arm, saving my life.

I placed my knife right in his stomach. He screamed in pain and backed away before I could stab him again.

I backed away as well to take a breath.

My head hurts...

My vision was blurring but I shook it away and pierced my eyes back at him.

I won't let them ruin everything again. They belong in Japan, I belong in Teyvat.

The only problem was... I felt weak. My head hurt. My vision kept blurring. And I knew he was physically stronger than me.

Daichi stepped forward, ready to return to the fight. I raised my knife, returning the feelings.

It's alright Kuni.
I will survive,
and then we'll go to Sumeru together.
Let's go to Sumeru together Kuni. So just wait for me for just a little bit longer.

And then I'll tell you my feelings. We'll be happy together. I'll help you and I will get rid of my sickness. It'll be just the two of us.

Daichi jumped towards me, his knife raised.
I clenched my jaw and glared at him.

We will be happy together.

I raised my knife, holding the blade with my other hand, blocking Daichi's attack. Our knives were locked together for a moment but then...

We were both thrown backwards. He was thrown a lot harsher than me, his back hit a tree and I heard him groan in pain.
I simply fell backwards to the ground.

I opened my eyes to find a glow in between us.

My eyes widened as my eyes focused on the floating cryo vision.

"No way..." I muttered. As soon as I laid my eyes on it, I felt myself breathing completely fine, as if I was never exhausted. Is this the extra stamina you gain by having a vision?

I smirked and stood up, running to it.

My fingers wrapped around it and it fit perfectly in my hand. It wasn't as cold as I thought a cryo vision would be. Do others find it cold?

I smirked as I looked towards Daichi who stood up from the ground. "The hell..." he mumbled as he looked at the thing glowing in my hand.

He ran towards me, completely ignoring the suspicious change. I sighed at his stupidity.
He sliced right past my chest, however I backed away with ease, causing him to miss.
He then swung his arm back up, going straight for my face. But I evaded again, to the other side.

I found it amusing seeing him fail, I almost didn't want to stab him. Almost.

I backed away many steps, he stopped going after me when he saw me raise my knife again.

However, this time, my knife was infused with cryo. He seemed confused, he obviously didn't know what a vision was.

I threw my knife, going straight for his head.

His eyes widened and he dodged it, but the knife cut his ear as it flew close by.

He panted a few times in surprise. "What are you gonna do now? You've got no weapon." He said and smirked, as if he had won.

It was then I realized I could curve the knife mid air.

So with a swift flick of my wrist, the knife turned straight back going for the back of his head.

"Goodbye Daichi." I said.

"What?-" he spoke confused, but was cut off with my knife piercing his head from behind.
He screamed in pain as the knife's strength was big enough for it to go straight through his head and end up back in my hand.

Then he fell to the ground, dead like the others.

I took multiple deep breaths. I then looked around and saw the three corpses.
My eyes widened and my hand went in front of my mouth. I felt so sick.
But this time is was because of the corpses.

I dropped the knife on the ground and crouched down. My breathing picked up as I looked around in panic, looking at them.
It felt disgusting, but I didn't feel bad, which was even worse.

I coughed, blood pouring out of my mouth.
Am I sick or are the corpses just disgusting me?
Probably sick again...

I need to go back...

I stood up, leaning my arm on a rock to stand up.

I immediately felt dizzy.
Left was right, right was left. Up was down and down was up. I tried walking but got more dizzy as I did so. My vision blurred.

Where am I walking?

I then felt myself tilt to the side, my foot slipped off the ground I was standing on.

That's right... there's a cliff here...
I'll just fall for a moment...

Gravity hit me hard as I fell down the cliff.
My new vision appeared in my hand again, as if I could save myself if I just used it.

But I had no energy, my head hurt, I couldn't think properly.

What was happening again?

My body hit the water surface at last.

But I was knocked unconscious in the process.
