Y/n pov:

Cold. It was cold again. This feeling I had felt before. The feeling of being trapped underwater.

I felt dizzy and realized I wasn't able to breathe.
My eyes were almost glued shut, they were too heavy.

I could feel my body bobbing around in water. Inside my lungs, my mouth, it made my head feel so heavy. It was painful.

At last, I was finally fully awake.
By myself, I forced my eyes open. However the water made everything around me blurry, I couldn't see anything, except for glass.

I tried to take a deep breath in, due to instinct of needing to breathe. However, immediately I regretted that decision as more water filled my lungs and my throat started to sting.
Was I drowning?

I tried to scream but bubbles emerged from my mouth. My hands went to my neck to choke and hold the entrance of my throat, so I wouldn't instinctively draw in more water.

I tried to calm down as I realized managed to hold my breath for a while, and the feeling of water in my body went away as I got used to the pain of its existence.

I blinked my eyes, focusing on my surroundings.

Where am I?

I took notice of the room around me. I was in some sort of glass container, connected to the floor and to the roof. I was floating inside it, almost like a dead person being kept as decoration.

Around me were tables, and vials, plenty of vials.
They were recognizable.
Dottore.

He had brought me here, why?
I had done him no harm.

One of my hands let go of my neck and to the glass, trying to break it. However the water stopped my movements too much and I barely made a sound.

My vision was laying on a table on the other side of the room. I wasn't able to make any contact with it. Too dizzy to do so, I needed time. Just a little time to get my mind back together.

Damn it... everything was starting to be fine...
I can't have a single moment of peace.

My head perked as I heard the sound of a mechanical door opening.
I stared in the direction of the shadowy entrance of the room.

My eyes narrowed as I knew exactly who would be shown in front of me.

His footsteps were heavy and calm.
"Ah... you're awake." He called out to me.

Dottore walked towards a table in front of my container, and then he hit a button.

A small crack in the floor beneath me opened, and the water started to drain.

I placed my hands on the walls around me, and pushed myself up towards the new bubble of oxygen.

I took deep breaths before even acknowledging his existence next to me.

Water poured from my mouth and I fell down to the floor as soon as all the water had left my container.

Crouching down on the floor, I focused on my breathing.

"It couldn't have been that bad, you've been underwater for longer before after all." I heard him say.
I lifted my gaze up to him, he had a smirk on his face, with a doctor mask covering his eyes.

Coughing a few times between my words, I asked him, "Why am I here?"

He hummed for a moment, as if thinking about it.

"It might be numerous of reasons." He mocked, he didn't sound like he wanted to tell me.

My legs shook slightly as I forced myself to stand up. Perhaps it was to make him less intimidating...

"You were there... that day..." I said. He didn't seem shocked, he knew exactly what I meant.

"Indeed I was. Now listen here, Y/n~" He started, mocking my name as he spoke.

"You better get used to this room, because it's where you shall be staying, perhaps forever." He said. He seemed way to relaxed for my liking.

"Where are we?" I asked immediately. It was dumb to think he would answer.

"That doesn't concern you. You don't need to think about the outside world anymore." He answered.

"If you're planning on keeping me here at least tell me why!" I raised my voice. I was too impatient for this.

Everything went bad in this life. It was no different than the first one I had. I was stupid to think I had another chance.

He hummed. "You are in my way, that is why you're here." He started. Then he hummed again. "Only because you've given

him the gnosis."

My eyes widened. Scaramouche? He's involved with Dottore?
"I must thank you for that. The gnosis makes everything so much easier." He said.

"What... what are you planning on doing with the gnosis?... what are you planning on doing with him?" I asked him.

He only gave me a smirk.
His smirk was cold, it made me feel alone again.

Alone.
Wait...
Where's Yin and Yang?

My eyes were wide. "Hey... the two foxes... you didn't... hurt them... did you?" I asked shakily, scared of having lost my only two friends in this word.

His smirk widened. I felt as if something creeped up my back.
It felt as if the room was darkening, and the only thing I could see was his smile.

My breathing quickened. "Where are they?" I asked cautiously.

"Why don't you take a look behind you." He answered me.

I felt cold, I didn't want to turn around.
I was frozen in place, staring at him. My eyes were wide and I had goosebumps. If I turned around... what would I see?

I swallowed and felt my lips quiver.

Slowly, I turned one of my feet, ready to turn around.
I watched him, he tilted his head, waiting for me to check.

My body was frozen in motion as I turned. He started to speak. "You see... I wished to gift the Tsarita a new fur shawl..."
My heart was beating painfully fast and I heard a loud ring in my ears as I had turned around. I held my breath.
Then my eyes landed upon it.

A cage. Yin and Yang were sitting there, simply muzzled. They were still alive.
I let go of my breath and finally breathed property again. He was just taunting me.

I heard his dark voice chuckle.

I turned towards him with a glare. That wasn't funny at all.

"Did I scare you?" He asked simply.

"You are much weaker than I thought you'd be. I can't believe you are the one he was missing so dearly years ago." Dottore said and started walking around my capsule, in a circle.

I stood still and only let my head follow him.

He then stopped in front of me again, and simply checked his watch. "I'll be going now, see you soon. Enjoy the room." He said simply and then left.

I stared at the door he had exited. That man was sick.

My vision still laid on the table. I tried to summon it, to summon something, but it just didn't work. Was it the glass that broke the contact?

I heard a whimper behind me, so I turned towards Yin and Yang.
They looked terrified. "Oh you two..." I said calmly. I wish I could comfort them. Who knew, maybe Dottore eventually would experiment on them or turn them into something...

I had to get us out of here.

I tried my best to get contact with my vision, however it was impossible. Nothing happened.

I leaned back on the wall of the capsule and slid down on the floor, sitting there.

How long would I be here before I got out?
Would anyone save me? Aether? Anyone at all?

I bet no one even knows that I've been kidnapped...
