I took off my towel and changed into brand new clothes, an oversized hoodie and leggings. I turned off the lights in my bedroom and ran downstairs into the kitchen, cooking the cookie dough on the counter and taking out a few chips and dips.

"Alexa play 'one direction'"

"Shuffling songs by one direction."

I grinned and tapped my foot along to the chords of 'history' and then walked to the movie room to drop down the snacks.

"HELLO?" Someone called out, and I ran out to see louis peaking into the house,

"Sorry- sorry, I was in the movie room." I walked to the kitchen and he closed the door, following me.

"Are you actually blasting One direction right now?"

"Yes, I am." I replied

"Wow." He teased

"Don't act like you're not a directioner." I rolled my eyes and pulled him by his hands to the movie room, "Alexa, stop. And by the way, one direction IS elite."

He sat down on one of the couches near the coffee table that held our snacks and freshly baked cookies,

"You made cookies for me?" He gave me a cute look and I smirked and gave him a tiny kiss on the cheek. "Are you a baker now?"

"It's a work in progress." I joked

"Whatever, because these are delicious." He dipped his cookie in milk before inhaling another 3.

"What should we watch?" I asked, turning on to netflix and scrolling through the options.

"Isn't it crazy that one day you'll just see yourself on tv?"

"Sometimes stranger things come up in my recommendations again." I joked and he chuckled and finished his fourth cookie. "But it will be exciting."

"But what about Enola Holmes? Then you'll see me AND you."

"That will be one crazy day." I smiled, stealing his half-eaten cookie.

"Hey!"

"You're eating all of them!" I said defensively, grabbing 2 from the plate for myself and getting up to turn the lights off. When I came back, louis wrapped his arms around my waist and held me so close I could smell his freshly minted breath and his familiar scent.

"Titanic?"

(in your trailer, the next day)

"Noah schnapp dmed me." Louis mumbled from the couch, and I continued to flip through our last-month schedule on my desk.

"Noah Schnapp ?" I asked, distracted by the schedule. We only had one month left for filming. Crazy.

"Yes, your ex." He said annoyingly, and I could hear the 'beep' from his phone as he responded to the dm. "What'd he say?"

"Oh, nothing, 'hey'."

"Probably because he's coming in a week." I muttered, and I continued to annotate the script.

"Come cuddle with meeeeee." He moaned and I rolled my eyes and looked over to see him pouting, with his arms on either knee.

"I need to finish this work, lou. And I have a scene in 2 hours." I apologized. After 3 minutes, I felt a hand wrap around the crook of my arm.

"Louis!"

"Please?" He pouted and I rolled my eyes and closed the desk light, louis pulling me over to the couch. "You're so beautiful." He whispered into my neck and I felt my stomach fill with butterflies once again.

"So are you, Mr. Partridge."

"Do you actually think that you're over him?" Sadie asked over facetime and I nodded quickly, "Because he's coming next week, and if you still like him,

"I don't Sade (author's note: that's your nickname for her)." I turned off my bedroom lights and ran downstairs, greeting mum who was on call with her agency. "How could I like him? I'm dating louis-"

"But dating someone doesn't always put an end to your feelings." She started and I didn't reply, "Well, remember to post a public break up on your instagram. Trust me, it'll help."

"Thanks Sade." I smiled, and ended the call, going straight to me and Noah's text messages. We had been planning on posting something that said we broke up but we never got to it, and today was special because it was our 4th year anniversary of our first kiss together. I didn't tell Louis because I didn't want to make it any more awkward between us.. But I decided that I would post on my insta.

However, both of us are opening new chapters in our lives, and people have already suspected but me and Noah have broken up. I rolled my eyes at how stupid Noah was and realized Louis was calling me. Stupid apple updates, you can't even see when someone calls you.

"4 years?" Louis asked over the speaker, pretty loudly. I yanked the phone away from my ear.

"What are you talking about?" I said, carefully putting it on low volume and on speaker, walking to the kitchen and grabbing a few fruits out of the freezer to make a smoothie bowl. Who doesn't love smoothie bowls? They're thick, creamy, fruity, sweet, sou-

I almost forgot that I was on call with louis. "Sorry, My phone was on low volume."

"Oh, okay."

"What did you say?"

"N-nothing. I just said that I didn't know you guys had been dating for that long." He sighed, "We've only been dating for a week."

"But it feels like we've been friends forever," I smiled, putting myself on mute and blending the smoothie, which blended quickly. I put it in a coconut bowl and smoothed it out.

"Hey, remember the dinner you were going to have with my family?"

"Oh, yeah! When is it?"

"Tomorrow night. Is that okay? And my mum said to bring your mum along."

"That sounds great."

"Are you making something?"

"Smoothie bowl." I announced, taking a bite of the delicious blend.

He chuckled and added, "Issie's calling me, but I'll talk to you later, kay?"

"Okay bye!"

I could hear his gentle smile in the way he added, "goodbye love."

Louis' Pov:

"4 years?" I almost shouted over the speakers, immediately realizing how rude I sounded.

"What are you talking about?" She asked, and I heard shuffling.

"I'm talking about the fact you didn't tell me- which doesn't matter, but still I would like to know. I mean, will we ever announce our relationship publicly. Which doesn't matter either, because I don't care what the press says, I only care about you, and to be honest, I could care less about your ex boyfriend- noah schnapp." I finished. That came out of nowhere. I didn't mean for it to be so harsh so-

"Sorry my phone was on low volume!" she said out of nowhere, and part of me was relieved she didn't hear what I had confessed but part of me wished she had.

"Oh, okay."

Y/n's pov:

I closed the phone and put my head into my hands, thinking over things. What even was my life? Everything was just so confusing. From scenes, to louis, to noah, to Hannah, to-

"Y/n! I just got a call from people telling me they're doing a harry potter tv show. CAA just told us." She exclaimed, walking over to me in a cheery sprint, "they want us to do an introduction for a few scenes." Her smile slowly faded as she saw my face. "What's wrong?"

"Nothing."

"I thought you would be happy at something like this-"

"I am."

"Then why are you frowning?" She rubbed my back and I sighed, "tell me,"

I held in the tears that felt like they were keen to erupt all over my face and said, "I don't want to hurt louis."

"Honey,"

"No, mum. What if I'm not over Noah. How could I just get over him so quickly- and even though I've probably never felt the same way about louis the way I felt around Noah, I'm just scared, mum." I felt tears rising but mum was comforting me so I felt like I could take it all out.

"Tell me everything."

"You told her EVERYTHING?" Millie asked, as we ate from the popcorn bag in her basement and watched clueless.

"Everything."

"And she said yes to dinner with the partridges."

"Yes, she did."

"Well, that's great, right?"

I nodded, I mean it was great. Nothing to hide anymore. Nothing at all.

"Hold on- noah's calling." She muttered, and I paused the movie and moved to Millie to see Noah. "HEYYYY" She exclaimed and I waved,

"Hey guys." He smiled, and moved the camera so we could see his messy room.

"Why is your room so dirty?"

"Not dirty- messy." He teased and I laughed, "I'm packing." He took out two trousers and put them up to the screen, "Yay or Nah?"

"Yay!" Me and millie replied, and I tossed popcorn into my mouth.

"I'm sooooo excited to come." He said,

"Me too." I smiled,

"Same, can't wait to show you what real british accents are, compared to your lousy one-"

"Don't be mean Millie." He rolled his eyes jokingly and sat on his bed, "Now, let me recite to you my whole travel plan."

"Go on,." I smirked,
