"I don't know why we host these parties if we just stay in here," Jin said, sitting next to Namjoon on their bed.

Namjoon grabbed the elder's hand. "Do you want to go back out there?"

"Not a chance in hell."

"Good. Me either," Namjoon answered. He pulled Jin closer into his side, letting him rest his head on his shoulder.

The music from the main room leaked through their closed door, as did the chatter of their guests.

"Sometimes I feel like we're an old, married couple," Namjoon reflected, thinking of the ruckus occurring on the other side of the door.

Jin huffed. "If that's your way of proposing, I don't accept."

The younger chuckled, his arm wrapping around his boyfriend's broad shoulders. "Don't worry, handsome. When I propose to you, it's going to be so romantic and grand that you'll be crying for weeks."

"Do you really mean it?"

"I don't know, maybe you'll cry for months," Namjoon teased.

Jin shook his head. "No, that's not what I'm asking. Are you serious about us getting married one day?"

Namjoon shifted so they were face to face. "Do you know how lucky I'd be to call you my husband? To have you by my side the rest of my life? They say when you've found your person to not let go. So I'm never letting you go, Jin."

"Sometimes I feel like I don't deserve you," Jin revealed. "You're so talented and strong. You're a leader who cares more for others than himself. You never hesitate to help any of our friends. People look up to you, Joonie. I do too. And you could be with anyone - "

"Even if I could be with anyone in the whole world, I'd still find my way to you. I'd still choose and love you. My life would be devoid of laughter without you, Jin. It would lack color and substance and joy. Because you have found a way to break me out of my shell. Only you can do that. And since we've realized what we meant to each other, I've never been able to picture my future without you."

Jin looked lovingly into his eyes. "I love you so much."

"I love you," Namjoon responded, leaning his head forward.

The two kissed sweetly before cuddling again, enjoying the simple act of just holding each other.

"Just so you know," Jin said after a while, "when you do plan on proposing to me, I plan on saying yes."

"That's good to know," Namjoon remarked.

He studied Jin's face, admiring how handsome his features were. Namjoon oftened wondered how someone like the elder could exist. Someone who was classically beautiful but who also had the best personality. He often wondered what he had done to deserve a person like Jin. He wasn't sure, but he knew he wanted to spend all of his life with him.

After a few quiet moments, Namjoon turned to face the elder. "Will you marry me?"

Jin rose an eyebrow. "That was the romantic and grand proposal you were talking about? Lord. Someone hand me the tissues."

"Hey! You said you'd say yes," the younger defended.

Jin kissed him, smiling against his lips. "Yes, Joonie. I'll marry you."

Namjoon kissed him back, his hand running through the elder's hair. "I can't wait to fucking marry you."

"So romantic," Jin teased.

A loud bang from outside disrupted their bubble, and the two groaned together.

"What could that possibly have been?" Jin asked, making to get up.

Namjoon assisted him and they walked to their door. "We're never holding a party again."

They walked into the main space, eyes scanning first for their friends. Yoongi, Jimin, Taehyung, and Jungkook were all missing. They found Hoseok in the middle of the room, dancing with a girl who matched him step for step.

"Who's that?" Namjoon questioned Jin.

The elder shrugged his shoulders. "No clue. But they seem to be getting along."

They waved their arms at him to get his attention. Hoseok looked their way and shooed them off, not wanting to be disrupted. But the girl he was with turned around to see what was going on, and smiled brightly when taking in the two.

Namjoon's eyes widened. "Wait, that's - "

"Yup," Jin cut in.

"Hi guys!" She said, walking up to greet them. Hoseok trailing behind. "Great party!"

"Sujin," Namjoon acknowledged her. "Wow. It's been a while."

Sujin was Namjoon's first girlfriend. The same girl Taehyung mistakenly thought was interested in Jungkook years back.

They had only dated for a short period of time before calling it quits and parting amicably. But it was still weird to see her after all this time.

Jin remembered exactly who she was. Even though Namjoon didn't bring Sujin around their friend group, Jin was jealous from the first moment he saw she was interested in the younger.

He possessively took hold of Namjoon's hand. "We see you've met our friend Hoseok."

"Yeah!" She said cheerfully. "We've been bonding over some cool dance moves. I'm a part of this dance group and I think he's going to check it out with me."

"I wouldn't miss it," Hoseok said with a wide smile.

"That's great," Namjoon said to both of them. "It's nice to see you, Sujin. I hope to see you around in the future."

She shrugged her shoulders softly and smiled toward Hoseok. "You just might be, Namjoon."

Hoseok nodded to his friends. "Now go resume whatever you were doing before." He took Sujin's hand and they went back to dancing, instantly falling in step with each other.

Namjoon squeezed Jin's hand. "They're cute."

The elder started pulling Namjoon back to their bedroom. "Come on. Let's go finish what we were doing."

Namjoon cocked his head to the side. "Being antisocial?"

"No," Jin answered with a wry smile. "I believe we were in the middle of getting engaged."
