Tom pov :

Mom woke us up and we both got ready for school .... We both ran downstairs and i saw uncle max on the couch ....

Uncle max - ohh.... Tommie ??.... You are already big na son ...

He ran to me and picked me up in his arms ....

Uncle max - iam happy to see you my boy ....

I smiled and hugged him ...

Tom - miss you uncle ...

Uncle max - aww....i miss you too buddy ...

Dad came to us and smiled ...

Dad - happy to see you brother ...

Uncle put me down and they both hugged each other .... Uncle max is dad's brother.... He is here after 2 years .... He is a good person ....sweety dragged me to the dining table and mom fed us breakfast ... Later uncle Kim dropped us in school ...we waved to him and went in ...

Tom - sweety .... Careful naa...

She nodded and pecked my cheek ...she waved to me and ran to her class ...i smiled and went to my class ....it's lunch break already .... I saw sweety coming to my chair ... I smiled looking at her .... Someone put the leg infront making her fall.... She fell down and i ran to her ... I picked her up ...

Classmate - ohh....sorry .... I didn't mean to ...

i looked at my classmate and punched him in the face ....

Tom - ohh....sorry ...i didn't mean to ...

I took her out and we both sat under tree ...i wiped the dust off from her hands ..... There are scratches on her hands...i kissed her hands and arranged her hair...

Tom - i will come for you na sweety .... Why don't you wait ??...

Sweety pouted and looked down ...

Sweety - i was waiting outside for almost an hour baby .... My teacher was absent today ...i didn't know what to do ...so i waited till your class finished ...

I pecked her cheek and smiled ...

Tom - iam sorry sweety .....

Sweety - it's not your fault baby ..... Iam hungry ...let's eat ..

I nodded and we both finished our lunch ....it's evening already...we both are waiting outside our school for dad .... Looks like it's gonna rain soon .... I dragged sweety to principal room and called dad ...he picked it up ...

Tom - dad ....

Dad - hello baby ....

I heard some voices ...

Tom - dad ...what's going on ??...

Someone - sign it !!....

Dad - i won't !!...

I heard some screaming noises .... Suddenly the call ended .....

Sweety - what happened baby ??....

Tom - don't know sweety ....i think something is wrong ... Iam worried .....

Its been one hour already .... It's raining heavily .... We both are waiting in the busstop ...... I pulled her to me ,hugging her ....her cheeks are cold already ... My heart is beating so fast and iam scared and worried now ....what are those screams ??..why is dad not here yet ??.... What's all about that sign ??....

Sweety - b..baby ~~

Tom - hmm ??...

Sweety - i..iam scared....

I hugged her tight and patted her hair ...

Tom - dad will come ...don't worry ....we will go home soon...

She nodded and went to sleep .... Iam looking around....dad or uncle isn't here yet ...my heart isn't at peace ...i can hear thunders .... They are scaring me ... After one hour i saw dad's car .... I smiled and patted sweety ....she woke up and we went to the car .... We both got in ...it's not dad !!... Its uncle max ... His head is bleeding and his shirt is filled with blood .... My hand is shivering in fear ...sweety caught my hand and hugged it ....

Tom - where is dad uncle ??... And what's this blood ??... How you got hurt ??...

Uncle - let's go to home first ...

I nodded and i shivered in fear when i heard a loud thunder...it's lightning too .... We can see many police cars around our home and there are police too ....

We both got down and uncle bent to me ....

Tom - what is police men doing here uncle ??.... Where is dad ??....

Uncle max - listen to me carefully ... hmm ??...

He is crying ....

Uncle max - today evening some people came to our home ... I was talking to dad .... They were wearing black suits and looked like mafia ..( sob )..they ...they forced brother to sign his company and all other properties....( sob ).... They ...( sob ).... They killed mom and dad ...and i called police ...( sob ).... I .iam sorry that I couldn't save them ...

I am able to understand it....i heard everything ....but i don't wanna believe it !!...no ...no....mom and dad are fine ...everybody is fine ...he must be joking ....

Tom - are you trying to tease me uncle ??.... S..stop it ...( sob )... T..that's not funny at all....( sob ).... Mom must be in the kitchen preparing food with aunt ....and ( sob )... D..dad must be talking with uncle ....( sob )... T .these police men are here for our protection i think .... I don't wanna believe what you said !!....

I ran into home and there is blood everywhere .... My breath hitched and my heart is beating so fast .... Sweety ran beside me and i closed her eyes ....

Sweety - baby ...(sob )... Iam scared !!....( sob ).... Why are you closing my eyes ??....

Tom - d..don't open your eyes ...until i say ??... Okay ??...

She nodded .... I made her sit on couch and turned to the hall....dad , mom , aunt and uncle are lying on floor and their bodies are filled with blood ....lighting flashed through windows reflecting the floor .... I sat beside dad and i tried to touch him ....my hand is shaking and i shook him ......

Tom - dad ....( sob ).... Wake up naa .....dad !!.....

My heart is aching so bad remembering his words ..... I hugged his body and cried my heart out ....they aren't looking at me and smiling ...( sob )... They are just sleeping i think .... Iam shaking him to get up but he isn't looking at me and talking to me !!....i looked at mom and her white dress is painted with blood ....i touched her face and kissed her cheek ....

Tom - m..mom ....iam here naa....( sob ).... Why don't you pick me up and kiss my cheeks ??....( sob ).... I returned from school naa...( sob )... Don't you wanna hug me tight a...and...ruffle my hair ??....

I shook her and she isn't opening her eyes too ....( sob )... Aunt likes me more ...i went her and shook her crying hard but no ....none of them woke up and i cried my heart out ...all i can hear is thunders and police men around us ....( sob )...iam shaking in fear and i felt a hand on my shoulder ... Its sweety ...

Sweety - can i open my eyes now baby ??...

She touched my face and wiped my tears ....she hugged me and is patting me ...

Tom - sweety~~

Sweety - yes baby ??.... Why are you crying ??...( sob )....iam scared already ...

I hug her back and let my tears fall down .....

Tom - can you promise me one thing sweety ??...

She nodded .....

Tom - you won't leave me no matter what right??...( sob )... Hmm ??...

Sweety - i won't leave you my baby ....( sob )... I promise....

Uncle came and took us out .... He hugged both of us and calmed us down ..... Sweety tightly held my hand ...uncle looked after the cremation process and my life changed upside down in one night !!.... I explained sweety that we can't see and talk to our parents anymore ...

she cried a lot infront of their tombs and she fell sick ....( sob )....i took care of her and decided not to let her cry anymore !!...( sob )... I will protect her no matter what and i will take care of her as mom and dad said !!....
