His arms are strong enough to hold every fear, every beautiful broken piece of me.

This man doesn't just make me feel complete, he completes me.

"Come in." The door opens, and tiny feet make their way to where I'm sitting on my desk. "Hi, Constantine." He gives me a shy smile back. It's been a few days since Constantine joined us in the palace, and we've made significant progress. It helped to see the familiar faces of the members of the Rhinestone pack. The meeting was tearful, and everyone got sentimental. Unfortunately, we didn't find a clue about their parents, but we all decided that it would be in their favor not to mention them as much. It's a sore subject, and it hurts them a ton. "Mr. Chris said to give it to you." He says quickly and runs off.

To my beautiful mate,

These past few days, I haven't been able to express my love for you.

What I feel about you cannot be put into words. I love you, and I'm so thankful that I am blessed to call you mine. No matter the circumstances, you bring a smile to my face. I long for the morning to come to see your face, and I dread when the night comes, and we have to part ways. I can't promise to hurt you because I'm not sure I can keep. But, what I can promise is to stand by your side through thick and thin. Love you unconditionally and try not to hurt you intentionally.

Yours sincerely, Chris.

He keeps impressing me more and more every day. Love letters have become extinct these days. I may not have been in many relationships, but I did use to be an omega. I heard many things that I wasn't supposed to. Not once did I hear someone mention writing or receiving a love letter. Romance is not about getting a diamond ring or a diamond necklace. It's not about expensive gifts, trips to exotic locations, or going to a five-star restaurant. Love's all about the little details that indicate that someone loves you enough to listen to what you have to say, to notice every tiny detail about you. It's tricky, though. Love, I mean. You may think you may have found it in the right person when in reality, you were looking for love in the wrong person. I may have found this love in the face of Chris.

If I was happy before, now I'm flying from joy and excitement. I skip the stairs to the dining room, whistling and greeting anyone who passes me. "Good morning, everyone." I kiss mum and dad on their cheeks, sitting across from Chris. During breakfast, we can't seem to peel our eyes away from each other. Everyone notices it, but nobody mentions anything. "Did you get my letter?" Chris says. "I did, thank you." "You're going to thank me like that? No kiss or anything?" Standing on my tippy toes, I place a big kiss on his red lips. "There, happy?" "Very." I playfully bump his chest with my fists and leave him standing there with an airy smile.

"Ooph!" I stare at the little culprit who stole everyone's heart. "Constantine, honey, why are you running? You might get hurt." Suddenly, he finds the floor fascinating. "Do you want chocolate?" At the mention of the sweet dessert, he perks up. I pick him up, placing him on my hip. "Don't mention it to anyone, ok? It will be our little secret. Pinky promise?" He intertwines his pinky finger with my big one. I grab two milk bars from the cupboard and open one for Constantine. He devours the milk bar in silence. "Daddy used to give me milk bars when mummy wasn't looking." "Really?" It's the first time he's opening up about his parents willingly. "Yes, but mummy caught us and she scolded us." He tears up, and little sniffles come from him. "Why are you crying baby?" "Because daddy got hurt. A mean man hurt him." It must have happened the day of the attack.

"What happened, baby? Did you see anything?" "It was a big man. Blonde with big green eyes glaring at daddy." Blonde-haired with green eyes. He sounds like someone I know. Someone I despise and wish to never come across ever again. Maybe I'm too suspicious. He's not the only male with these characteristics, but I've come to find out that he's so power-hungry, that he'll do anything for it. "Was the man named Chase?" He nods, looking at me with terrified eyes.
