Jin stared at his phone wondering why Taehyung nor Jungkook had called to be picked up yet.

It had gotten late.

Yoongi had only made it as far as the couch when he passed out. The others were still awake after they all seemed to have the same trouble sleeping.

"Does anyone know what time that carnival is supposed to be over?" Jin asked the others, who were hanging out around him. "I feel like they should have called by now."

Hobi went online and checked. "It says 11 PM."

"11 PM?! That was 45 minutes ago! Why haven't they called me?!" Jin asked, slight panic on the edge of his voice.

"Maybe they met up with some friends and decided to hang out?" Jimin suggested. Jin tried calling both Taehyung and Jungkook but neither of them were answering their phones. Jin decided to check Taehyung's location, he'd made it a rule for the maknae's to keep it on, although Jungkook never listened and never turned his on.

"According to Tae's location, they're still at the carnival," Jin said.

"Then maybe the internet is wrong and it doesn't end until later?" Namjoon wasn't too worried about them.

"I'm just going to go now," Jin said as he grabbed the car keys. Jimin asked to come with him and soon the rest of them were asking to come too. Namjoon shook Yoongi awake and asked if he wanted to tag along as well.

"Huh? For what?" Yoongi asked groggily as his eyes fluttered open.

"Jin seems to have lost the maknae's," Hobi chuckled.

"Lost them?" Yoongi asked confused as he sat up on the couch.

"I did not lose anyone! I told them to call me and they haven't yet! I'm just headed to get them anyway," Jin protested.

Yoongi sighed. "Alright, I suppose I'll come."

They all gathered into the car and made their way to the carnival. They expected to pull into a brightly lit area of festive carnival lights, people laughing, and more.

But they were met with a carnival full of darkness. All the rides were off.  The only source of light coming from some small street lights in the parking lot. All the staff had gone home. The place was empty.

"Uhh...." Jimin started, "Is this the right carnival?"

"Yes, this is where I dropped them off," Jin said looking around the empty parking lot. All of the members were extremely confused.

"Well they sure as hell aren't here!" Namjoon said. His anxiety was picking up a bit now as things were starting to not make sense. They all walked towards the entrance and climbed over the gate.

"They're clearly not here, hyung," Hobi frowned as he looked around and saw nothing but the moonlight fall on all the empty rides. Jin pulled up Taehyung's phone location again and it was still within the area.

"But Tae's phone is..here?" Jin said confused as he began to follow the trail to where his dongsaengs phone was evidently supposed to be. Everyone followed Jin as the oldest began heading for the woods.

"Hyung, stop," Jimin said as he grabbed Jin's shirt. "This can't be right. Why would his phone be in the woods?"

Jimin was nervous. He didn't think it was a good idea for any of them to be aimlessly walking through the woods at night like this.

"Stay here then, just let me check," Jin demanded. He was desperate to figure out what was going on. The others headed into the woods and Jimin stood there nervously as he watched everyone disappear. He decided to run after them. He didn't want to stand there in the dark alone.

They all looked on the ground until they found Taehyung's phone, laying smashed and broken right next to Jungkook's. They also discovered two frog eye headbands on the ground nearby.

"Is this...theirs?" Yoongi gulped as he picked up the phones. Jin nodded. Panic shot through everyone.

"If their phones are here...then...where the hell are they?!" Hobi screamed. He fought back tears. "Is it a joke?! Is it some kind of joke?! Do you think they're pranking us?!"

Yoongi opened Taehyung's phone and saw pictures of him and Jungkook wearing the headbands together. Which meant those also belonged to the two youngest.

"Taehyungie wouldn't smash his phone for a prank!" Jimin cried. "Something is wrong!"

"Really? Something is wrong?! What the hell was your first clue, Jimin?!" Namjoon screamed. All of them were on the verge of full blown panic attacks.

The two youngest members of BTS were missing.

Everyone started screaming their names through the woods and began searching around for them.

"Taehyung?!"

"Jungkookie?!"

"TAEHYUNGGGG?!"

"JEON JUNGKOOK?!?

"They're not here, hyung!" Jimin cried to Jin.

"Where the hell would they have gone? What could have happened that their phones were left and smashed?!" Hobi cried.

Namjoon completely froze as he gasped and covered his mouth.

"What is it?" Jin asked nervously.

"What if...I mean it's the woods...what if an animal got them or something?!" Namjoon screamed with worry. Yoongi shoved Namjoon in the shoulder. "Shut the hell up! That wouldn't happen!"

"Why would they have even wandered away from the carnival and into the woods?!" Hobi asked.

"What if they didn't wander." Jimin stood there with a blank expression as realization hit him. "What if someone took them?" Jimin immediately started sobbing, as did Hobi.

"Can we please not think the worst right now!?" Jin screamed. He was panicking at this point too and needed someone to reassure him that this was all going to be okay. Namjoon walked over to Jin and got in his face.

"Not think the worst?! How can we not think the worst?! They're missing, Jin! As in not here. As in vanished. And their phones are shattered. That doesn't just happen, hyung!" Namjoon screamed as tears trickled down his face.

"People don't just disappear!" Yoongi screamed at nobody in particular. He was angry now. He walked up to Jin and gave him a hard shove backwards.

"This is your fault!" Yoongi cried.

"How is this my fault?!" Jin screamed back.

"Hey, please don't fight," Hobi begged. The two oldest ignored him.

"You're the one who let them come to this stupid carnival to begin with!" Yoongi screamed.

"Oh well forgive me for offering to let them do something fun!" Jin screamed in defense, "How the hell was I supposed to know they'd go missing?! You think I knew this would happen?! I didn't see anyone else protesting against letting them come!"

Yoongi waved his finger in Jin's face, "I did! I told Jungkook no and then you offered anyway! If you had just left it at no, then this wouldn't be happening right now, now would it?!"

"Hyungs, please," Jimin frowned. He was scared enough, the last thing he wanted was to see his two oldest hyungs fighting, especially at a time like this.

"We have to find them," Namjoon said faintly through his tears, going unnoticed.

"You can't blame me for this, Yoongi!" Jin cried. He felt guilty enough already. Having someone admit they blamed him made it a million times worse.

Yoongi shoved Jin backwards again angrily.

"You let them come. And now they're gone! Our maknae's are missing, and it's your goddamn fault!"
