Erika's POV
I went in for a hug

J: I didn't mean a hug

E: oh

We both leaned in and kissed it just brought back so many of my best memories, but just like in high school we didn't stop. Ugh we're going to hell there's no going back.

We slowly back up onto one of my walls and continued kissing.

E: okay okay *laughs* I think that was one too many

J: I love you Erika Costell as a friend of course

E: I love you too Joey, as a friend....of course.

J: alright I better go

E: okay bye for real this time

Jake left the room and I put my hand on my chest and took a deep breath.

E: holy sh!t that was totally unexpected.

Jakes POV
I went home and I told the boys to meet me there.

B: you lookin a little nervous Jake

J: well I don't want any judgment from you guys okay because it was an accident.

A: no judgement bro

J: I cheated on Lacy the night we went to the club.

B: Jake!

A: much judgment bro!

B: with who?

J: with my ex wife

A: Erika?!

B: I thought you didn't see her until the dinner

J: we were both so drunk we didn't remember seeing each other at all and then she recognized my tattoos at dinner because she didn't see my face the morning after we slept together that's why she ran out on dinner.

A: are you gonna tell Lacy?

J: yeah tomorrow because I kinda really really fvcked up. Erika came over to talk to Lacy and we started talking and she asked me to deleted the footage blah blah blah drunk Erika brought up that if I was never offered the spot on the team she was going to ask me if we could start trying to have another baby since she had a miscarriage and me being a wasted idiot I told her that we could try now.

B: no

J: she's pregnant again.

A: how long have you known?

J: today and I'm terrified to tell Lacy I wanted to wait but Erika told me it better to do it sooner than later.

B: yeah because bro if she found out on her own yeesh that would suck for you and her annnd Erika.

J: don't tell Anyone I can't have any stress on Erika I can't let her go through what she went through last time we failed having a baby even though both were unplanned.

A: yeah it was pretty bad

J: so don't okay

La: hey guys!!!

I turned around quick

J: hey Lacy what are you doing here?

La: well I live here

J: I meant why are you here now I was supposed to pick you up tonight

La: I got an earlier flight

J: oh

A: so we're gonna go

B: yeah I got to feed my grandma

The boys left.

La: what's up with them?

J: um how was your flight?

La: really good I got promoted to first class.

J: so good mood?

La: yeah good mood, you're asking meaning you have bad news.

J: haha you know me so well.

La: should I sit?

J: definitely I'm gonna stand though.

J: okay you remember when I went out with Blue and Tony and I got home and called you next day all confused on how the hell I got home?

J: well I figured it out I came home with a girl hehe funny right?!

She sat back down with an angry face.

J: I'm only telling you this now because I didn't even know I hooked up with someone else because when I woke up she was gone and I wasn't naked when I woke up I just found out today actually.

J: you remember the story of my ex wife?

J: I didn't know it was here I was so drunk

La: when me and you were just friends you said you would do anything to get back together with her Jake

J: I know but listen I have to tell you something that could potentially ruin everything for us if I haven't already just know I love you very much and I'm so sorry.

La: just say it

J: *says really fast* my ex wife is your boss Erika and she's pregnant with my child.

La: *tears up* Jake why?

J: hate me hate me all you want but don't hate her she didn't know that I was your fiancé and you know that because you introduced us on Thursday.

La: I don't hate Erika she didn't know it's not her fault and I don't hate you

J: you don't?

La: no, but I can't marry you and I need you to be gone by tomorrow.

J: Lacy

La: I love you and you know that but you cheated on me and you're about to have a baby with the woman you once said you would do anything to get back together with.

J: but I love you

La: sleep in the guest room tonight and when I get back from work that should give you plenty of time to pack up your stuff and leave.

Lacy took off her ring and put it on the coffee table.
