This is what Alex looks like

Erika's POV
I got a bad taste in my mouth as soon as Anthony approached us.

E: what do you want?

A: okay I'm sorry I shouldn't have put all of those things in Jakes head. But ever since you said you wanted a divorce he stopped eating so he hasn't had dinner from yesterday breakfast today or lunch today he didn't sleep last night. He's been crying since yesterday, each teacher that tries to talk to him and tell him to do something he snaps on them. I'm not saying get back together with him just have a simple short conversation because he won't listen to me.

I looked at Rocky and Sunny and they nodded their heads.

E: only if Rocky talks to Anthony

R: what?! That's not fair!

E: Anthony got me into this situation and you're mad at him in this situation so you're involved in this as well talk to him girl because that's your prom date.

I got up and walked over to Jake with my salad. I sat next to him and faced him.

E: Jake

He look at me then looked back down

J: come to hear me cry then turn me down again? I got plenty of it come over after school and just watch you can even record it if you want.

E: listen I know me and you aren't on the best of terms.

J: no sh!t you're leaving me and it feels horrible and people are telling me pull yourself together there are other fish in the sea. No there's no one compar- I'm not even gonna do this again.

E: I brought you this salad

J: I'm not hungry

E: I know you've been skipping meals Jake and I know you've haven't been sleeping and have been screaming at teachers. Don't do this to yourself, you're better than that. Prom is tomorrow and you're up for king you don't wanna go up there looking a mess do you?

I got up and went back to my table.

E: okay boner times up

A: bye babe I'll pick all of you guys up at Sunny's at 7 o'clock

E: what?

R: Anthony and Jake got a limo did you forget?

E: uh no sorry I thought we were getting ready at my place then I remembered the situation.

S: oh

E: anyways Rocky are you going with Anthony?

R: I was gonna but I didn't want him to leave Jake stag on prom night.

E: what about Jc?

S: he said he's not going

E: wonder why he didn't tell me

Sh!t sh!t sh!t, this is Jakes first and last prom and he's gonna he all sad and stuff.

E: you guys I have news.

R: what?

E: this is Jakes first and last prom

S: what do you mean he's a senior he had junior prom

E: *explains the whole situation* even though he called me a slvt and stuff I just I'm literally the reason he didn't go to his last prom and I can't be the reason this one sucks.

R: maybe one dance

S: throughout you guys relationship I noticed how much he liked to hold you even before you guys were official before the wedding and crap so I think that'll make it a little better. If he'll even show up.

R: I'll make sure Tony makes he's there

We finished lunch then left the cafeteria to hang out by my locker until the next class.

Jakes POV
I finished up my salad and then went to sit by my locker until the next bell rang for class when one of many evil people I know sat next to me.

Al: hey

J: ugh what do you want?

Al: well I noticed you kinda acting not you today and you're acting like this big mess and I know you don't like me but I do still *whispers* love you. And if I notice you acting weird I'm gonna worry.

J: well number one I don't love you, number two your right I don't like you-

Al: ugh Jake I didn't come over here for you to insult me. What's wrong?

J: why don't you go cheat on your boyfriend or something. Oh oh oh wait you two broke up didn't you? Why is that though? Oh because he's a cheater and he cheated on you just like you did to me with him and like he did to Erika with you. Oh I'm sorry honey that must've sucked for you too bad I don't care. Karma is a b!tch.

Al: I deserve that.

J: that was me telling you too go away.

Al: can I just ask one more question.

J: will you leave me alone for the rest of my life?

Al: um yeah.

J: go ahead.

Al: do you have a date for prom?

J: me and my date are on the rocks right now.

Al: oh well if she's backs out would you maybe wanna go with me?

J: listen Alex I don't like you like at all seriously because you broke my heart and the fact that you come here all the sudden and ask to come and be my prom date is just stupid you don't care how I was feeling you're up for prom Queen and I'm up for king and you want to win that's all you want so please go away.

Alex got up walked away.

Erika's POV
I walked over to Jakes locker and he was sitting against his locker with his head down.

E: um hey

J: hey

He got up and fixed his clothes as if this was a first date or something.

E: I'm coming over after school.

J: w-why?

I immediately noticed he quickly looked me in the eyes then looked away and put his head down.

E: just to pick some stuff up for prom and a little more clothes.

J: you said only a day.

E: I know Jake but-
