Erika's POV
Jake kept rubbing his hand up and down on my thigh. I'm pretty sure he didn't even know he was doing it but it was kinda-

J: babe

E: yeah

J: you okay?

E: um yeah could you just not rub your hand on my thigh

J: sorry I didn't realize

E: it's fine

I gave Jake a kiss and smiled.

E: I love you

J: I lo-

Jc: CONGRATULATIONS ERIKA!!!

Jc came in the class room with custom balloons and a party hat on.

E: um Jc can't you do this later?

Jc: no mom just told me the great news

J: oh my god

Jake got up and pushed Jc out of the classroom and I quickly followed.

E: what the hell is going on?

Jc: the doctor called mom, congratulations on the miscarriage you can come home Mikey *smiles big*

E: you're sick Jc, that's not something to celebrate or to be happy about. I'm happy where I am I'm happy with Jake. I miss the old Jc that supported me and wasn't some twisted psychopath. I'm falling apart inside I didn't even get to find out the gender.

It's was silent for awhile with just us three not knowing what to say after me finally letting out how I really felt. It felt like taking a breath a fresh air.

Jc: I'm sorry....

E: what?

Jc: I'm sorry....

J: what in the a$$

Jc: I was so mad that you and Jake hooked up and then you got pregnant after that too. He was my best friend and you're my baby sister the person I'm supposed to protect from everyone and everything and the thought of you two together just made me so angry and I had no right to treat you the way I did and I'm sorry and I'm probably gonna go see a therapist or something for my bipolar problems so that doesn't affect you anymore because I would really like to be in your life again. I miss you guys my new friends kinda suck.

J: um Erika?

E: I'm not moving home but things can go back to normal, Jake?

J: I guess since she's doing that we can be friends not best friends but friends.

Jc: okay understandable

E: since it's a substitute I can skip this period and fill you in on everything that's going on

Jc: okay

E: Jake can it just be me and Jc?

J: um-

E: please

J: alright.

Jake and I kissed and he went back into the classroom and I went outside to the bleachers with Jc.

Jc: okay so you and Jake officially boyfriend and girlfriend?

I showed him my ring.

Jc: that's one hell of a promise ring he didn't even get Alex one of those.

E: did mom and dad not tell you?

Jc: apparently not since you're asking.

E: they signed a contract with Jakes parents arranging a marriage for us and we wouldn't be able to get a divorce until the baby was 5 years old but since I had a miscarriage we can do it now but we both agreed we don't want to do that. So now I'm Erika Paul

Jc: as long as your happy. Although it's weird that you're dating my best friend I do know he's 10x better than Blake.

E: yeah he is.

Jc: okay so what been up, what did I miss since I went crazy.

E: Alissa is back, she's Anthony's girlfriends stepsister.

Jc: that's gotta be messy

E: I had a little fun at the wedding before me and Jake were actually together together. I invited her because you know she still has the biggest crush on him so I wanted her to watch me marry him.

Jc: I've never heard of you to be mean to anyone but Jake

E: I know it's weird we argued before the dinner started and Jake had to stop me before things got to heated.

Jc: I noticed the tan you guys both had so where did you guys go on the honeymoon?

E: Bora Bora that's where we confessed our feelings it was so cute.

Jc fake gagged.

E: stop you said you would be supportive

Jc: I can't help it you know how I am.

E: yeah I know but I quickly got to know the "new" Jc which was a crazy man but it's nice to see the old you back.

Jc: um you said you aren't moving back home where are you staying?

E: right now we're staying at Jakes parents house we were gonna get an apartment when the baby was born but yah know. I still think we both want to get out of their because we never get to be alone because Logan has his friends over all of the time, he throws parties all of the time, we never get any alone time and I don't mean sexy time I just mean plain old alone time. Plus we're married adults-

Jc: you're 17

E: I'll be an adult in two months, anyways talking about our futures. We might be young but everyone knows age doesn't matter even mom said that and she's like the 2nd smartest person I know.

Jc: who's he smartest person you know?

E: me.

We both laughed

E: okay serious time. I need to tell you a secret.

Jc: okay

E: I overhead this conversation between Jake and Logan last night at a party of course and Jake wants to be on the baseball team there's only one spot open he says he doesn't want to play on the team and make me jealous because of how much I love baseball because he didn't want me to be jealous because I couldn't play baseball because I was pregnant yesterday cause I'm not anymore duh. Anyways I'm gonna talk to coach and get him on the team.

Jc: what about you?

E: Jake graduates this year and he still hasn't applied to colleges because we thought we were having a baby if he makes the team a scout could see him and he could get a baseball scholarship somewhere. I graduate next year so I can play next year. It's the middle of the season I have to get him on the team before it's too late.

Jc: dude you're like the greatest wife ever.

E: dude I know
