We were all chilling and talking at lunch and Jake is completely knocked out when he said he was gonna let Erika relax and fall asleep on him. So me being the a$$hole I am....

A: JAKE!!!

Jake jumped

J: holy fvck Anthony.

Jakes POV
I'm just chilling having a nice dream about- just having a nice dream when it's interrupted by Anthony.

A: I'm sorry but shouldn't someone else be sleeping?

J: Erika did you sleep in study hall?

E: no

S: Ooh

J: Erika

E: James just got back and we were talking and-

J: and I don't care.

Ja: Jake why are you being so rude to her?

S: he's not being rude James just trust us Erika will tell you tonight.

Erika's POV
I put on Jakes hoodie that I've been carrying around since this morning and then out my head down on the table.

Then I lifted my head back up.

E: you know what Jake fvck you, you don't get to boss me around my best friend just got back in town and I wanted to talk to him I'm sorry that's such an issue for you a$$face.

Ja: whoah haven't heard one of those in a while and I loved it.

J: are you done?

E:...

J: silent treatment...Again? This is the second time today. Erika I know you want to talk to me, you love me. Who's gonna tell me and Logan shut up all of the time if you're giving me the silent treatment huh? Who's gonna get you free pizza fro-

I smile slowly crawled onto my face.

E: okay okay shut up

J: will you go to sleep now please?

E: yeah I guess

J: come on

I went over to Jake with my hood up and sat on his lap and put my head in the crook of his neck. I was cuddled up in his sweater and I fell asleep in a matter of minutes.

Jakes POV
When Erika fell asleep everyone looked at me.

J: what?

Ja: what are your intentions with Erika?

J: I have no intentions with Erika, James. Sorry to burst your bubble.

S: ugh why not

Jc: hey gang

My whole body tensed up.

A: Jc you need to leave

Jc: what are you gonna do? If you fight me it's gonna cause a whole commotion and wake Erika up and that's not healthy for her or-

J: shut up Jc

Jc: Jake can't fight me because he won't wake Erika up because she could use the extra sleep, I could easily take James and Sunny put together.

I wanted to kill him literally.

Jc: how's the baby Jake?

J: Jc don't do this-

Jc: what colors did you guys pick for the wedding?

J: Erika wake up

E: huh?

J: wake up and go to Anthony

E: why?

J: turn around

Erika went over to Anthony and I basically jumped over the table to get to Jc and we immediately started fighting.

Erika's POV
Anthony took me out of the cafeteria so I wouldn't have to hear the horrible things Jc was saying about me or I would have to hear the fight.

Ja: Jakes having a baby and he's getting married?

E: he told you!

Ja: I don't get why Jake doesn't want you around J- Oh it's with you isn't it?

E: are you mad?

Ja: why didn't you tell me?

E: it's not something you tell someone over the phone I was gonna fly you down the weekend of the wedding and tell you then.

Ja: well no I'm not mad babes can I see the engagement ring.

E: yeah here it-

I looked at my hand and it was gone.

E: oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, I can't breathe.

S: Erika where's the ring

E: if I knew where it was I wouldn't be freaking out

A: maybe you should sit down

E: I have to find it, that was his great grandmas ring. He's been such a great fiancé and I can't even keep a ring on my finger he's gonna hate me forever.

J: Erika I'm sorry for waking you up

E: oh no it's okay

I put my hand behind my back and Jake noticed and laughed.

J: what's behind your back

E: nothing maybe you should go to the nurse and get cleaned up.

J: *chuckles* you know you didn't lose your ring

E: what?

J: you were messing with it in your sleep so I took it off

Jake pulled the ring out of his pocket and put it on my finger.

E: oh thank god.

E: haha that's so fvcking funny I love that joke.

S: I use Mrs. Paul a lot

I hugged Jake and he hugged me back but we stayed like that.

E: you're warm.  

J: James we have to find you a prom date

Ja: Ooh no I'll be critiquing other people's outfits so dress nice babe.

S: will you be my date? Me and my boyfriend broke up last week and I kinda have no date.

Ja: yes I'll be your date

E: why didn't you tell me you guys broke up?

I still didn't let go of Jake and he didn't let go of me because, well I don't know why he didn't let go of me but I didn't let go of him because d•mn he's warm and so so comfy.

S: because you kind of have your own thing going on right now.

E: I don't care you're one of my best friends I'm supposed to know these things to comfort you and kill him and stuff.

S: it was a mutual agreement and I'm not sad so chill. *giggles*

E: ugh fine.

J: uh James I'm assuming Erika will be getting your advice for her prom dress?

Ja: yup

J: I'll be matching my suit with Erika's dress so of course I'll look nice because sister you never look bad.

Ja: I know

S: James is doing my dress too

A: could Rocky come dress shopping with you guys? She's transferring to this school and I want her to feel welcomed.

E: of course Boner

A: shut up

S: *laughs* but yeah she can come the boy to girl ratio is off

Ja: are you and that Rocky girl official?

A: maybe

J: congratulations man

E: let's leave school early. Pam said we could have people stay over tonight. Logan's having people staying over too.

A: okay I'm down

J: me too I could use the rest before work

S: I'm down

Ja: me too

J: you guys stay here I'll go warm up the truck

S: actually Tony could you do it I need to talk to Jake.

A: Jake is that okay with you?

J: uh yeah

I let go of Jake, Jake gave Tony the keys, Sunny and Jake walked away to talk, and Tony went to go warm up the car.

Ja: what was that about?

E: I don't know?
