The guy is seriously bad news, but if he hadn't woken up all of them would have been killed by the lions. They didn't have a choice at that time.

Senku recognized as well that Tsukasa wanted to help the youth too, so as long as Tsukasa didn't know about the revival fluid's recipe he would be under control. Senku stared at the tall, bulky teenager that had a struggling look due to Senku's clear words against his grand dream.

Senku's clenched hands laid beside him as he stood firm before the bigger male.

He knew that even if it killed him, he had to keep quiet about the miracle fluid in the cave.

"OIIII!!! Good news, Senku, Taiga, Tsukasa!!! We have a full pot of revival fluid for the cave!" The loud male yelled as he cried out of happiness. Unaware of the fallen defiant mask Senku had undeniably expressed seconds before, replaced with one of frustration and disbelief.

"Uuuuhhhhhhh" Senku groan, his inevitable distress smacked into his face as he saw his only and most valuable card under his sleeve used up. His mouth gaping down, sweating liters of sweat. (Yes, that is, in fact, the guy I like....)

Taiga realized Senku's failed plan as she saw the poor science guy's face crumble into desperate shock. Taiju held the bottle high as he stared at his best friend unknowingly of what was happening.

"What's this 'miracle fluid' you speak of?" Tsukasa demanded.

Senku immediately turned to look with surprise at the male that was now looking at him. He smiled as he cracked his neck. "Let's not waste time standing here explaining it. It'll be ten billion times faster to just show you." Senku started to walk his hand behind his neck. "You'd better feel honored to see this. Time to enjoy the humanity revival show." He looked back as he smirked at Tsukasa.

Taiga jumped off the rock to catch Senku's side and she subtly grabbed his coat.

They left the beach and walked back to their camp, Taiju carrying the basket filled with shells with a carelessness that showed his ignorance towards the current treacherous grounds. Taiga had let go of Senku's coat as she walked behind the others including Tsukasa, who was right behind Senku's steps deeply interested in what he was about to show.

As she walked, she turn to look up above the trees to see a nest filled with chirping birds. The sound prolong not only above the tangled branches but right in front of her too which pique her interest. Following the sounds brought her behind the tree where it hid a chirping hatchling. Blind sight and with feathers barely visible. She held it in her hand it's tiny body, it's body barely taking any portion of her hand as it shook every chirp it made.

She looked back at the guys who were barely getting far.

And so she decided to rapidly wrap it in a cloth and tie it to her chest tiger-skin top's cross section as she began to climb the fair, giant tree like a stork in its way to deliver a baby.

She reached the top after ignoring the fact that insects could roam the trunk and crawl up her hands.

She was accustom you climbing trees since she did to gather eggs, and fruits. She was in her territory, she knew the place and she knew how to roam it. She confidently stepped into a thick branch as she sat down on it, untying the cloth.

She swirled around as one feet was set on the moderately thick branch below the nest, one hand hugging the tree the other holding the precious life that was held in a tiny body full of liberty. She smiled as her hand began to slide the baby into the nest.

Senku turned to look behind where Taiga should had been, but sounds of shuffling leaves were aggravating into louder mingles before he widen his eyes and his feet initiated to run towards the feet on the air, of the falling figure. "o-Oi!"

Bam. "Gh!" She groaned and held her nose with one hand then slid it into her mouth where she tasted the metal like savor of her own blood. She rolled to the side and curled into a ball in the stiffen pain as she held her mouth.

"BAKA! What are you doing up there?!?!" He knelt down and placed a hand behind her back as she sat up.

She had fallen face first into the floor, instead of her back since she had twirled around like a cat born to land, except that her hand didn't retained her fall.

She gained a bleeding nose and a bruised forehead filled with smacked dirt. She sweat dropped and nervously giggled at Senku's scolding. Her shy eyes looking down, embarrassed and in pain.

"Taiga-Chan! Are you okay!?!" Taiju yelled as he circled the girl beside Tsukasa.

Senku observed her other hand that had been raised high in a careful tight grasp, but now rested on her chest. It had been high in the air worth the air she lost during the impact. It held a nestling.

"Taiga~" Tsukasa warmly smiled at her good deed.

"Tsukasa, is it possible for you to... get him back home?" She asked as she pointed to the tree, her hands already handing it to the heavier man.

"YOU'RE SO NICE TAIGA!" Taiju complimented with bright smile.

The scientist kept knelt down, subtly amazed at Taiga's shaking leg that laid ahead of him. The recently clean replaced white bandages were gray and red, tainted with dirt and stained with blood causing it to look ragged and dirty.

"I can." He jumped and in one grasp held on from a branch and quickly placed the bird into the nest.

"Thank you" she murmured. Her soft frown turning her face away and her hand reaching to hold into Senku's coat.

"Don't do that without any help clueless tiger"

She timidly smiled looking away with a small laugh at what the young scientist had to say.

Along the way, they walked slow, and on one occasion Taiga looked over to see a red figure above the trees. She squinted her eyes and smiled as she saw the small figure shivering its wings. A butterfly.

The blurry view couldn't keep her from knowing it was a beautiful red butterfly. She had never seen such a crimson butterfly in her life. Her feet took a step to the right towards the tree it lay, a dumb smile played on her lips as her eyes shined and her hand reached out.

Or so they were shining until she was almost choked out her skin and clothes as Senku pulled her back from her top she had as a shirt with one hand. "Where are you going bubble head? How are you still alive with that reckless curiosity you have?" He asked with incredulity, squinting to scrutinize.

She laughed at his joke...or joke she thought.

Tsukasa chuckle and the genius and tigress knew she had undone the tense knots on the air slightly, but the tiger hasn't forgotten Tsusksa's words and expression. None of them did despite the lifted weight.

"I'll treat Taiga's injury primarily" Senku warn as he dragged the girl inside the laboratory.

"You never say anything do you?" He asked once they were inside.

"I didn't notice."

Senku didn't ask the reason why she didn't notice the pain. He had seen her long face and saddened eyes that agitated each step they took closer to the camp. "You did"

She didn't reply because they both knew the reason why she didn't speak up. Even then he could see her eyes that shivered in worry. The ones that he couldn't help but stared at with the same wonder of a explorer under water like an ambitious miner searching for gold.

He winced at the gravity of the opened injury he had sewed up before but had opened and releasing its red wines out. "It opened"

"Don't you say~" she muttered.

He pulled out new cloths and began ripping them into strips and setting them into a pile next to her thigh. He used a needle and began to sew again as she bit her lip and closed her eyes leaning down into his body because of the pain.

"Hang in there. I need a few more"

He compressed her leg down to stop it from moving in pain. She opened her eyes and observed the needle swim in her skin a string following behind to gird her injury together.

Once he finished, he washed her bloody mess, using multiple cloths, dry and wet, to wipe out the remains of blood.

His reprimanded her following with her being a wild, savage, barbaric, undomesticated, uncivilized, feral, agrestal, untamed, etc. (T^T) Stone Age female and so on and so on, ending with an angry look. Then silence corrupted the lab in a peaceful manner. He smudge the faint blood that painted her leg into a pinker color.

His hand moved up and down and then he rinsed it in water that slowly stained onto the same color he wished to avoid.

His hand holding the cloth slid down her injury in a slow pace to prevent unnecessary pain. His eyes staring at her hairy thighs and sewed skin. The slow pace coming to a stop as his eyes trailed slowly up to see the quiet girl observing his every move in a tempting way. Her gaze lifting with his as she stared in pure curiosity.

He knew he could be bitten. That the tiger was ambushing and scrutinizing a weak point to attack, but he couldn't avoid but stare into her wise eyes that held certain innocent curiousity he adored.

She smiled and helped his motionless hands that held the cloth to sink it with clean water again. She smirked showing no intended game but neither...neither did she show no seduction.

Her eyes telling off her hunt. Or maybe her dead prey.

Senku shook off his temptation of staring at her pretty face. "Oi. You got a pimple" he remarked out looking like a disinterested bastard.

She timidly smiled and covered it with one hand as she looked away. "I know. I get them a lot and they come in armies....like volcanoes"

"Yeah, I have seen."

"You'll get them too one day"

"I don't care"

"Sure" she dorkily grinned not believing his statement.

He wrapped the new bandages around and took them off once they got stained with a faint crimson color. He wanted them to be clear white, in case the wound opened again. He furrowed his brows together and wiped the area once more.

He roughly began wiping causing her to grimace and shortly groan. He apologized and began to softly wipe her skin. His hand then worked to warped the bandages until he was enchanted a magical spell when he felt the minuscule contact of her skin with his thumb. He completely paused....

His thumb delicately moved up and stopped when he had to disconnect their touch to wrap around.

Moving his skin against her was like something he had done for years, like a instinct he was born with. Or something he had done in his past life if such thing existed. Only with her. He stared ahead with a focus look filled with perplexity. Remembering that night where he had gently ran his hand down her trail of mystery, pulling her slowly into sinful demise.

Her figure leaned forward. A hand finding its way to sustain the side of his head frailly. His eyes awaiting an impact on his lips but stopping to see her eyes inches away. Her hot breath near his lips, both nearing temptation to savor each other.

He could see her longing, sharp caramel eyes.

Her aching heart reminded her of her line she couldn't crossed for her sake. Her aching heart reminding her of reality. His wondering eyes stared back and she could swear his eyes knew what she longed for.

She gently moved aside to kiss near the corner of his lips adoring the feel of his smooth skin. A slow long peck near his lips that caused him subtly flinch as he were shock by a scant of electricity. Scant as appearance but a thunder storm inside him.

"Thank you for caring for me" she sweetly muttered beside his cheek.

He stood paralyzed until he jumped again as if he had bounced out of her enchantment, a surprised look stuck into his face as he stared at her gentle smile.

"AHHHH!" Taiju yelled as Senku gently turned around still impacted at...at whatever he was impacted by.

"....Don't even start big oaf."

Taiju invaded with unnecessary questions about their kiss and relationship, Tsukasa furrowing his brows in wart confusion. Tsukasa entered and approached asking if she was well to which Senku responded she was.

He undid the knot he had tied up wrong due to the commotion, getting frighten at each second by the unstableness that it caused to be in such state he had been.

He cringed at Taiju. "No, we are NOT. It's not even a millimeter of what you think. I am not interested in that kind of stuff, and we have more important matters like Yuzuriha." He walked out without looking back. The knot tied up incorrectly. He poured the liquid and confessed that it wasn't the right amount.

"You...I." Senku began and he seemed out of mind. He took a moment to gather his thoughts. He smirked and stood up, clearly composed. "Tsukasa and I will play word games or something while you go get more. So make a mad dash big oaf."

"Thanks! I'll be right back! I'll go at full speed!" Taiju cheerfully ran away only to be held back by a hand.

"In that case, I'll will go, since I'm the fastest. So would you mind telling me where this miracle fluid is?"

Senku quietly chuckle and he confessed to himself that he should have known he would have catch on quickly. "If he learns where the source of revival fluid is, there's a ten billion percent chance he's going to be able to stop my operation: Let's Save Every Last Human." He thought.

"Giant, it's his girl." She gulped down trying to clear her dry, tighten throat hoping Tsukasa and others couldn't hear her do so. "He wants to do the process to save her all alone. We'll have another time to show you the place" she calmly looked at him with a gentle smile.

Tsukasa stood surprise taking a step towards her. He nodded until Taiju cut in.

"No, it's alright. As long as Yuzuriha revives as soon as possible I'll be happy. Reviving her is the most important to me and it hasn't been on my own that I can be with her again. It's all thanks to Senku I can be with Yuzuriha again." Taiju made a whole emotional speech as Senku wanted to kill him deep inside his soul despite his teethy smile, his brow hanging down flinching in the urge to end his whole entire stone life.

When Tsukasa left at an incredible speed, Senku immediately began to formulate the miracle fluid with the hidden nitric acid he had in the edible plants basket. He explained to Taiju the situation, and he wasn't able to believe what he was saying since Tsukasa seemed like a nice person. And he was.

"That's why he is too much too handle. I don't have one millimeter of interest in his grand vision for a 'mighty world'. I find civilization-building games more exhilarating"

"Alright. You don't need to explain. Senku I trust what you say. Something happened while I was gone, didn't it?"

Senku had a dark bitter look, his back towards his friend. Taiga had sat on the table beside him with a subtle frown as she deduced their complicated future in Senku's sour look.

Once the formula was ready, Senku urged Taiju to run ahead of them to wake her up.

"Sorry to keep you waiting, Yuzuriha. I...I...I..." Taiju gently placed the pot above her ahead. Slowly tilting the pot as his hand shook in nervousness.
