I wanted to scream so bad. I wanted to scream so bad. This is the scariest moment of my life. I'm going to die. These are my last moments. I won't see my baby anymore. I'm going to die. I'm going to die.

I wish I could scream but I knew I couldn't or else I'd be inhaling the water. I was stuck. The driver's side of the car was smashed all the way into my side, I couldn't get out. I was about to die.

I tried getting the seatbelt from around me. But it was stuck. The driver's side was pushed into my side. I couldn't slip out from the belt because it was so tight. But I wasn't alone. Outside of my window was Cato. I placed my hand on the window knowing this was my end. He swam and swam until he neared closer to the window.

I watched as Cato banged on the window trying to get me out. The blood from his cuts escaped him and dyed the water red around him. I shook my head no.

It's okay. I mouthed the words to him. It's okay for him to let me go. I couldn't let him live with the guilt.

He shook his head no.

I was crying, but my tears simply disguised themselves with the cold river water. I could feel myself losing the tiny pinch of air I held onto for dear life.

My nose began to burn, my throat, my chest. Everything felt like it was on fire. My ears felt like they were going to pop. And then I finally exhaled and out of automatic habit, I was forced to inhale.

Instantly my panic overcame me. I felt my body jerking, my arms flailing all over the tiny space I was compacted into. It felt like there was a huge wet paw clamped over my face.

I can't breathe. I need air. I'm dying. I'm really dying.

That's when I did it. I finally screamed. I screamed.

Images of Justyce played in my head. A movie reel of my life flashed before me. This is my end. And I don't want to accept that. I don't wanna die, Lord.

I felt the pressure sink into my chest more and more as the car sank farther down. Black dots filled my vision and before I knew it I was unconscious.

Still stuck in my seatbelt.
