Chapter 10

A few days had passed since (Y/n)'s phone call with her father. Again she was in Bakugou's room sitting on his bed next to him as he read a manga Kirishima had recommended him. The girl felt her phone vibrate as a notification appeared on her screen. Curious, Bakugou looked over and noticed the message from her dad.

'I hope you're doing your hero work! Love you! And remember I'm keeping tabs on you!'

(Y/n) groaned as she switched off her phone. Bakugou didn't want to pry but he had a feeling it would be better if he did.

"(Y/n) what's up with your old man? He sounds insane."

"He is! No doubt about it, but honestly he's the calmer of the two. Don't worry about him though he just wants me to become a hero very badly." She hugged his side again as he placed a hand on her back. This position became normal to the couple whenever (Y/n) was upset. Bakugou soon grew used to it.

"Do you want to be a hero?" He asked warily of his words.

"No, but again, don't worry after I graduate I'm going to run away where he won't find me. Hopefully, America is far enough, maybe I'll even go to Mexico or Canada as long as it's away from here." The girl said digging her face deeper into Bakugou's side. The couple stayed silent for a moment.

"I don't think we'll be together until we graduate but even if we are I'm not letting you come with me."

"I wasn't planning on it," Bakugou said. "I want to become the number one hero in Japan before I conquer the world." He smirked thinking of his plan. The girl smiled up at him. Seeing his determined face reminded her about her crush on him. It was long gone now but the feeling of being with him was enough for her.

"I'm going back to my room! Give me a good night's kiss before I go!" The girl stood up from his bed and playfully puckered her lips while stretching her arms towards her boyfriend. He reluctantly accepted and moved towards her. He gave her a quick peck before going back to looking at his phone.

The girl smiled as she walked out of his room.
