Jung Kook loves the pregnant Minji way too much.

He would pat her belly before and after work, talking to it, kissing it and telling how much he loves the twins. Minji will throw him the brightest smile and her pregnant charms will make Jung Kook head over heels in love with her. He loves watching his pregnant wife do simple chores and when she would stretch, he's going to grab whatever Minji is holding and finish the task himself, afraid that their babies would get hurt. Her growing belly makes him want to carry her and shower her with kisses. He's been reading a lot about maternity do's and dont's and reminds Minji about her pre-natal vitamins. He's very keen about Minji's situation and he has been Martha's headache because he would always ask her to re-clean and re-sanitize. Minji cannot get down the stairs without Jung Kook around supporting her.

"Babe, I got this. I'll be fine." She told him once.. But her husband is not taking chances.

One time, they did groceries together with Chul and Aiden and while he scans each product to know how healthy it is, Minji will put everything she wants and he will scold her.

"But I haven't any chips for a months now...please?" His wife pleaded. "Aiden said it's fine.. "

Chul pulled her hair gently. "You leave my boyfriend out of your food cravings." Aiden then hugged him.

"You're still in early pregnancy so it's fine..as long as sodium not too high and everything's in moderation." Aiden clarified.

"Babe..." Jung Kook held her hand to kiss it. "I read somewhere that babies tend to develop liking fatty foods if the mother eats junk food.. "

"Oh, he did his research. Cute." Aiden complimented while Chul was getting pasta and tomato sauce. "That study is still unsupported but we have received cases..."

"We can"t have the kids always on Mcdonald's." Minji laughed.

"Bye, Mr. Pringles" And she put it back on the aisle.

The four of them went to eat lunch in a nearby bistro. Chul was teasing Minji as he slowly eat a stuffed pepperoni pizza in front of her and Minji watched as Chul rolled the string cheese using his tongue.

"I hope you choke." Minji irked. The couple ordered pizza while Jung Kook ordered Turkey sandwich and ceasar salad for both of them. While she appreciates that her husband is also eating healthy so she won't feel left out, she's missing the things she can eat before she was pregnant.

"Luv, I have scheduled you for an ultrasound in three weeks." Aiden reminded. It was really awkward between Jung Kook and Aiden the first time they were introduced to each other, but after some time, Jung Kook felt more comfortable and at ease observing how Aiden treats Minji more than a patient. Chul also seems to be more vibrant with Aiden, before, Chul is always cool and would always talk about having a good time but with Aiden, he's become more mature, he's learning how to cook, he's become more organized and he's asking Jung Kook about business.

"Uhmmm... is everything okay?" Jung Kook asked. They just had a check-up with Aiden when she was prescribed with a different brand of vitamins.

"Yes. She will be on her 20 weeks soon which means...you know..check progress." Jung Kook felt disheartened already to what Aiden means. When Minji hit 14 weeks, it was revealed that the healthy fetus is a boy but his twin's organs are still underdeveloped. Aiden and Jung Kook already tried talking to her as keeping the healthy one might lead to complications and even warned Minji that if the baby dies inside, their boy might be infected. She was about to say yes but when she heard the baby's heartbeat clearly in comparison to their previous check-ups, she disagreed, confident that their child will survive.

Even Alejandro is worried about her and would like to send her abroad in an attempt that the medical advancement of another country might be able to help her, however, traveling may be dangerous. Alejandro is attempting if those equipments can be sent to Korea instead, but the approval process even for someone as rich as him has been denied by the medical board few times already even after numerous attempts.

"Babe...are you.." Jung Kook was trying to be delicate as he wanted to bring up the abortion again.

"Babe...please have faith in our child. He or she is gonna be fine. I can feel it." But Jung Kook can't feel it because worries overtake him.

"What are we going to name our second child if it turns out as another boy?" Jung Kook decided to change the topic instead seeing that Minji's flustered already.

"Moonlight 2.0" They both laughed.

Jung Kook thought that he would never got tired of taking care of Minji, but, as her belly starts getting bigger, Minji's behavior started getting erratic and unbearable.

First, her food cravings. She wanted different things that just don't make sense combined: mackerel sandwich and pickles with mustard and gravy. Their house also smelled like sweet and sour curry for a week when Minji wanted Indian and Chinese at the same time. She's taking everything moderately, but even he finds it gross and questionable eat the oddest foods but he just let her.

Her morning sickness also wakes him up. He was holding her hair while she throws-up and when she's done, she's gonna cry, accusing Jung Kook that he finds her icky.

"Babe...I did not say such a thing. Why would I be holding you hair if I find you disgusting?"

"You're thinking about it!" She was punching his chest. "I know you do!"

Jung Kook wanted to laugh at her sillyness but if he does, he is sure that Minji will cry again.

Minji's jealousy has also been toxic. It was cute at first because she will just roll her eyes when someone looks at Jung Kook but gradually, her jealousy and the cause has been unexplainable.

They were shopping for comfortable shoes because her feet has started to swell. A young saleslady assisted them, providing them options and even gave her honest opinion as to what shoes are the best but when the saleslady stood after she put shoes on Minji, Jung Kook looked outside the window and Minji kicked him.

"You were looking at her ass." Minji has become furious already.

"Babe...I'm not! It's drizzling outside..look!" But Minji didn't.

"How long have you been seeing her?" Minji asked. Jung Kook laughed and kissed his wife.

"I'm fucking you when we get home." And Minji smiled. The saleslady went back carrying five boxes of shoes and after Minji tried them all, the saleslady packed them back.

"Can you please hurry up? My husband wants to fuck me already." Jung Kook blushed in embarrassment but felt turned on at how Minji asserted dominance. The saleslady just gave an awkward smile.

Their private time has also been difficult. Aiden mentioned that they can still have sex but Jung Kook is afraid that he might hurt his wife and their babies. So, most often than not, it's Minji who is always on top, carefully, grinding on him, while he holds her belly. Sometimes, they will just touch each other and Jung Kook will finish her off by eating her out but Jung Kook has to admit, he misses getting inside her. Minji is aware of that as she caught Jung Kook jacking off while moaning her name a few times already.

"Sorry babe..." Minji apologized to him while they are cuddling.

"You're giving me twins. We're starting a family. My dick can wait." He smiled and Minji kissed him.

Minji lost herself for good when she saw Jung Kook and Lily together. They are sitting close, both discussing something and Minji knows that she shouldn't be jealous but her husband's secretary just smiled at something that Jung Kook said which made her fume. Lily is a fresh grad, and being Jung Kook's secretary is her first job. She's a petite lady with average features but Minji can't stop thinking that they may be having an affair.

She threw a vase to Jung Kook when they got home then she cried. Jung Kook, tired from the day, got the best of him too. He loosened his tie and gripped Minji's shoulder.

"Stop this!" He shook her. But Minji's reply were just tears.

"Fire your secretary!" Minji yelled in between tears.

Jung Kook let her go then rubbed his temples. "Babe...there's nothing going on! Whose going to feed her family if I fire her because you are jealous?!" Jung Kook tried talking sense into her but Minji isn't buying it.

"Fire her...or I'll leave you!" Minji was serious. Jung Kook raked his hair and took deep breaths, reminding his self that it's just Minji's hormones talking.

'I'm serious!" Minji shouted.

'Then leave! For fuck's sake, Leave! Shit! I wish I was really cheating!" Jung Kook kicked the floor. "Fuck I wish I really am so I can feel guilty!" Then he went upstairs and cried under the shower, trying to wash his anger away.

When he has calmed down, he immediately went downstairs, expecting to see his wife but when the floor's empty, he panicked. He was trying to reach her, cursing himself, but Minji turned her phone off. He called all of their friends, but they all told him that Minji isn't with them. He's almost to tears, feeling helpless when Alejandro called him.

"Hi, Jung Kook. Minji's with me." He told him in a raspy voice.

Jung Kook felt relieved. "I'm going there. How is she?"

"She's playing with Tyler. Can you hurry up? She's aking already if I can help her file divorce."

Jung Kook ended the call and drive to Alejandro's villa.

"Samuel is still in UK, he's being taken care of." Jung Kook and Alejandro are having scotch. Alejandro is back in Korea for weeks because MC Enterprises needs to discuss changes in their operations. Alejandro told him that he texted Minji that he's back yesterday but his wife didn't reply.

"I'm sorry, man. Minji...she's unbelievable!" Jung Kook gulped another glass. Alejandro laughed and re-filled his glass.

"Melissa was the same...if not worse.." Alejandro gulped his drink. "She wanted to leave me every month, telling that I don't love her anymore and I had to stop hiring employees because she's jealous of whomever is new at the company. She even threatened me that she will commit suicide if I get out of the house." Alejandro's eye saddened, missing his late wife.

"...but when she held Tyler in her arms after giving birth, she goes back into her old self, maybe even better. She was more understanding and looked out for Tyler more than me. I even joked one time that I'm having an affair but she didn't mind, she just said that as long as Tyler's with her, she's fine but she cried that night and I slept on the couch for a week." They both laughed.

"You know her better. You know that she's better than this." Alejandro advised. And Jung Kook nodded agreeing with him.

"Sleep here. You can use Samuel's room." Alejandro stood from the stool.

"I can't--"

"Believe me, she'll look for you." Then Alejandro tap his shoulder.

And Alejandro was right. He was awakened by door knocks and when he opened it, he saw his wife crying, apologizing to him. He took her on the bed and embraced her, reminding her how beautiful and how kind-hearted she is that no one in this world can compare. He assured him that his heart will just be forever hers. They slept together that night and they were okay for a few weeks but Minji kept on going back to her jealous behavior, so when she does that, Jung Kook will trap her in his arms and kiss her even if she tries to let go and whisper the things that he loves about her,

"I love that you winked at me this morning."
"I love that you texted me that you miss me."
"I love that you called because you were thinking of me."
"I love the spaghetti that you cooked."
"I love you, no one else."

And those words will comfort Minji and her whirlwind emotions for a while.

Jung Kook held Minji's hands while Aiden rubbed gel on her tummy. They had a fight earlier again because Jung Kook did not tell her he loves her but instead of fighting back, Jung Kook kept on kissing her head and whispering "I love you" to her.

"Moonlight's healthy as ever." Aiden confirmed when he strated running the transducer on Minji's belly. They felt relieved but they are more anxious to know if their other baby is healthy.

"That's strange..." Aiden stood and pressed the transducer on Minji while his brows are knitted. He looked at the imaging then shook his head. Jung Kook and Minji's hearts are beating faster, while looking at Aiden. He cleaned a certain area on Minji's belly and re-applied the gel then ran the transducer on the area but his expression didn't change.

"Can you guys wait outside?" Aiden told them. "I need to have the ultrasound reviewed and confirmed."

"Anything wrong?" Minji asked.

"I can't tell yet." Aiden confirmed.

Jung Kook held on Minji while they wait for Aiden to call them back again. Their feet trembled after hours of waiting when several doctors entered Aiden's clinic.

"These are Dr's. Yan and Lee." Aiden introduced them. "They came from Seoul Private Hospital and the best obstetricians in the country..."

The couple looked confused but they still took the doctors' hands for a handshake, then Aiden played the ultrasound on his laptop.

"These are your utrasound when you learned you were pregnant..." He pointed his pen to two small cotton-ball like figure. "These are the twins...and as you can see, one is already larger than the other."

"Here's the ultrasound after we repositioned them...the weaker embryo improved but not too much..." Aiden pointed at the figures again. "I repositioned them so that the weaker embryo get more nutrients first but the ultrasound missed one thing..." Jung Kook gripped on Minji's hands, ready for the bad news.

"It looks like a penis when you look at it first but the embryo is developing slowly, so it's difficult to tell..." Then he played two sets of ultrasound again to show the differences between the twins's development.

"Here's your ultrasound today..." Then he circled his pen to the larger figure and saw Moonlight's image on the 4D ultrasound. Jung Kook and Minji looked at Moonlight, coiled and though he seems so incomplete, he's making the couple cry. Minji touched the screen, crying. "That's obvious that the bigger one is Moonlight." Then his pen went higher to what seems like strings. "Your umbilical cord is split and Moonlight was having the larger share, thus his development...but his twin.."Aiden pointed to the other ball-like figure then he laid out the sonograms on the table.

"See the progression..." Dr. Yan talked and pointed at how slowly the twin develop which made the couple more confused.

"Look at this.."Aiden pointed to pen to the umbilical cord. "Moonlight slowly takes whatever nutrients coming from the umbilical cord...which in turn, goes to his twin..." Minji cried hearing this. "Moonlight lets his twin feed first before him."

"She is almost as developed as Moonlight." It was Dr. Lee.

"She?" Jung Kook asked.

"Yes. The ultrasound provided good images this time. That's why I called Dr. Yang and Lee for confirmation."

"Look here..." Aiden who is also teary-eyed pointed to a flesh pointed image. "That's Moonlight's hands, he's trying to reach for his sister. He's taking care of her, luv."

Jung Kook fell on his knees and kissed Minji's belly. "I told you
that our child is going to make it! I told you so!" Minji cried. "Thank you, Moonlight." She breathe.

"You're getting the latest X-box when you get out." Jung Kook chuckled in between tears.
