After a while, my mom decided it was about time to go home. Even though I really didn't want to leave, I wasn't going to disobey my mom again. Robins uncle and him dropped us off at our house and waited a couple minutes to drive off, even after we were inside.

My mom set her stuff down on the couch and picked up a couple chairs that were knocked over.

"Alright mi hija. Let's start cleaning up." She said. I set my stuff down aswell and grabbed the broom from the kitchen. I started sweeping up small pieces of glass that were on the ground and threw them in the trash. There really wasn't much to clean up, it just looked like a lot. I got a paper towel and started cleaning up the now dried blood off the floor.

The worst part was, I don't even know who's blood it was.

Once everything was cleaned up, I took my stuff to my room and closed the door. It looked untouched. All but one thing. My underwear drawer was slightly open. I walked over and closed it. I felt ashamed of myself and almost like I needed to throw up.

As it started getting dark, I went out to the living room to make myself some dinner. Even though I wasn't very hungry, I hadn't eaten well in days. I guess thinking about everything made me lose my appetite.

I walked out and my mom was lacing up some high heeled shoes. I looked at her confused. She was wearing a slutty dress and her hair was curled. Her makeup and done and she had a small purse next to her while she got her shoes on.

"What are you-"

I was interrupted by a knock at the door. My mom ignored me and stood up, opened the door and let inside a tall man. I didn't recognize him at all. He gave her a long sloppy kiss and then realized I was standing in the room.

"Who's that?" He asked. He gave me a disgusted look and I glared at him.

"This is my fucking house bitch." I said.

"Alina Rodriguez! My apologies. That's my daughter."

"Oh. You ready to go?" The man asked.

"Go? Go where? You're not going anywhere mom." I protested. She rolled her eyes and turned to look at me.

"I'll be back." She said. He opened the door for her and they started to leave.

"Mom seriously!" I yelled.

"Alina you're fine. Grow up." She left and the man closed the door. I stood in the living room frozen in shock. My mom really left with a random man the night we get home.

I sat down on the couch and tried my best to keep myself grounded. I turned the tv on for background noise. I kept hearing noises outside and getting scared, even though I knew it was just the wind or some squirrel.

I couldn't do it. I stood up and walked over to the phone. I dialed robins house phones number and waited for the line to stop ringing.

"Hello?" It was Robin's uncle Marco.

"Hi. It's Alina. Can I talk to Robin?" I asked shakily.

"Yes of course, is there something wrong?" He asked.

"No nothings wrong, I just wanted to tell him something." I lied. Robin got on the phone and greeted me with concern.

"Alina are you okay? Is he there?" He asked.

"I'm okay Robin. I just wanted you to come over. Maybe a couple people could? My mom left and I don't want to be alone." I said.

"I'll be over in 10. I'll pick up Finn and Gwen on the way." We hung up the phone and I sat back down on the couch. The house was so quiet, even with the tv on. It almost felt erie.

It wasn't long until I heard a knock at my door. I got up and went over to the window. I looked out the window to see the people standing at the door were Robin, Gwenny, Finn, Donna and Bruce. I smiled slightly, then walked over to the door. I opened the door and welcomed everyone inside.

"Hey Alina, is everything okay?" Gwenny asked.

"Yeah everything's fine. Why?"

"This was just so last minute. I thought maybe something ha-"

"Gwenny. Everything's fine, I just missed you guys." I walked into the kitchen to grab some snacks for everyone. We didn't have much but we had a couple bags of chips and some strawberries.

I took everything out to the living room and set it all down in the table. Donna had the remote and she was searching for something to watch.

She turned on a movie and we all sat down. Some of us sat on the couches and a few of us sat on the floor.

Even though I was literally scared for my life, I felt so safe around them.

Hey guys, I'm so sorry I haven't updated on a while. My schedule is so busy and I'm finding it hard to find motivation to write. I promise I'll keep updating as quickly as I canπŸ’—
