The limousine picks us up at the airport and takes us to Jai's mansion. Which is located in Beverly Hills close to the forest. He's shown me a number of pictures of the place while we were visiting his parents place. He wanted me to have an idea of where things are for when we move in with him.

Nate looks at me. "Are we really going to live in a mansion?" He looks at Jai and asks. "Can I have some friends come over?"

Jai looks at me. "If it's alright with your sister. Then it's fine with me."

Nate turns towards me. "Can I?"

"Sure, but there won't be any parties of any kind in this house while we're here."

Jai pulls me into his arms. "You're a cool big sister."

I try to be.

The car stops in front of an iron gate with the letter 'M' on it. A voice comes over the intercom. "Marshall residence."

Jai pushes the button. "Henderson, it's Jai let us in, please."

"Yes, Sir."

Nate laughs. "Sir?"

Jai smiles. "It's a respect thing between boss and employee."

Nate salutes him. "Whatever you say, Sir."

I hit my brothers arm. "Stop being smart or I'm going to send you straight to your room instead of exploring."

Nate looks at Jai. "Can we explore the place before we go to bed?"

"Yes," he looks at me. "When you go out I want you to take one of my cars. While your brother takes yours. Just because he's living in mansion doesn't mean he gets to drive one of my cars."

The gates open and Jai drives up the driveway toward the mansion. The car comes to a stop in front of the mansion. I step out and look at the old Victorian style mansion in front of me. It's white and has three floors. Tess jumps out of the car and she runs towards the trees.

Aleysa walks over to the trees. "Tess," she calls.

Tess barks and Aleysa starts looking for the dog.

Jai holds my hand. "Do you want to go inside? Or do you want to look for the dog?"

I look at my sister.

I don't want her out here alone. This is a new place and I don't feel that comfortable leaving her.

"I think it's best we wait for Aleysa to come back."

Nate walks over to us. "Can I explore the house? Or do I have to wait for you?"

"Go ahead. Henderson, might show you around if he's standing next the door."

Nate walks up the house and he enters it.

Tess and Aleysa run out from the trees and they stop in front of me.

I kneel down and scratch Tess behind the ears. "You're a good dog."

Aleysa yawns. "Can someone show me to my room? I'm tired."

"Follow me." Jai takes her hand and they walk up to the mansion.

I follow behind them with Tess. I enter the house and see a few chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. There's a few pictures of Jai with his family. A huge portrait hanging on the wall of Jai in his football uniform. He's not wearing a shirt and his muscles are well defined.

Nate walks into the room and he stands next to me. "This place is awesome, sis. He has a trophy room here as well. Jai has a few medals that he won from a few finals that he won. I want to have a room like his when I become a professional football player."

"I want you to go to University before you become a professional football player. If you get recruited while you're in university I want you to come to Jai and I first. Right now we can't get ahead of ourselves as you need to finish off High School first."

"Okay." He move towards the stairs. "Are you coming to my game on Friday Night?"

"I wouldn't miss a game of yours for the world, little brother. You better go to bed now. You have school in the morning and football practice after school."

Nate starts to walk up the stairs and then he stops. "Where's the keys for the car?"

"I will put them by the front door for you."

Nate takes the stairs two at a time.

Jai stops at the top of the stairs and he tells Nate which room he can have.

Nate says. "Goodnight," before walking to his room.

Jai walks down the stairs. He stops next to me and points to the portrait. "That picture was taken before I left playing football due to the injury I got at the time." He shows me his arms. "They don't look as good as they do back then.

I touch his arm and I feel the muscles. "They feel great to me, Jai. Someday those arms can carry me over the threshold on our wedding night?"

He smiles. "They will carry you across the threshold. I'm not going to let evil and bad luck enter our lives."

"Are you serious,"

He nods. "Mom sat my brothers and I down one day and she told us that it's tradition to carry the bride across the threshold. If we didn't do it bad luck will follow us around. One of my brothers is married and he's had good luck on his side since. Twelve weeks after there honeymoon they told us that they were going to have there first child."

I hope Aleysa will be here when I get married.

I look at him. "Are you going to show me to your room?"

Jai shakes his head. "My room isn't big enough for us. Were spending the night in the master room. No one has ever been in there before. I didn't have it me to use it when I was alone in this house. I kept the door locked and I waited for the woman that was going to share this bed with me for rest of our lives."

He's so sweet.

We climb the stairs and make our way down the hall.

Jai pulls me into his side. "The Master bedroom is on the third floor. Your brother and sister are on this floor. I have hooked an intercom in there rooms so they can get in touch with us at night. I showed them how to use it."

We climb the stairs to the third floor. The bedroom takes up the entire floor and it has a walk in closet and an ensuite.

At least I won't have to go downstairs to use the bathroom.

Jai takes my hand. "There's a spa bath in the ensuite bathroom. Tomorrow we can share the bath and I can open a bottle of wine when Aleysa and Nate are asleep."

I smile. "That sounds wonderful. Would you give me a massage too."

He whispers. "I'll do anything you feel comfortable with, Chloe." He lifts me up and carries me to the bed. He places me on the bed and starts kissing me.

I turn my head to the side and he sucks on my neck.

A couple minutes later, The intercom goes off and I can hear the dog barking.

"Aleysa?" I say.

The dog barks again and I look at Jai. "I have to check on her." I rise from the bed. "I will be right back." I run down the stairs. I stop in the middle of the hallway and I wait for the bark from the dog. When she barks again I follow the sound to the bedroom and I open the door to find Aleysa's face covered in chocolate.
