Heyooo. (this is just by the way) So, remember that cover I put at the ending of the previous chapter? (To those who read the chapter before I deleted the image) Yeah I had to delete it before I got buried alive with so many various 'opinions'. So this cover got a lot of constructive criticisms from my babies which I really appreciated, got some love and then tons of hate.

Like, there was this particular girl. I have never seen her on this book. Not even a shadow or her ghost. This person prolly flew straight up from chapter 1 to 26, no reading, no voting, no commenting, nothing to prove her existence on here, ignored the story and jumped right to the cover down below to tell me how Horrible the cover is.

I'm like, Sloppy Joe where is you from? Is you real? Is you been sent? WHO IS YOUR LEADER?

😂She wasn't the only one too. Like two other people I have never seen. If they were silent readers, the urge to hate on something of mine surely resurrected them. Like John Does can you Please teach me the power of resurrection?

HERE'S TO AN UPDATE! 😂

(Play song when you see 'PLAY SONG' XD )

"It's green." Jayden said, turning to dump his jacket on the back seat of Kira's white BMW 420i Convertible.

"What?"

"Green for go. Let's move."

Kira turned to the road as the car behind her honked its horn at her.

"Crap." She pressed her foot on the accelerator which set the car in full motion.

Jayden pulled off his wine colored T-shirt from the back over his head, his perfectly carved abs stretching while he pulled off his shirt, revealing a broad chest and toned, attractive muscles.

Kira fixed her eyes on the road while asking, "What are you doing?"

"We're doing something crazy." He dumped his T-shirt where his jacket was.

"What's the occasion?" She asked in a tone Jayden found amusing.

"I'm only trying to make our last day away from that house insanely memorable."

He had dreaded the thought of going back home to the fake smiles from the hypocritical maids, the possible lies from his mother, whom he had a lot of questions for, and the indecisive, hyperactive personal maid of his.

Lara.

That house was purely suffocating, so being out here with Kira was stress relieving enough.

He could finally breathe.

She took a left turn, appearing on a free road where a swarm of pedestrians had paraded the pavements.

"I'm not taking my shirt off."

"You don't have anything beneath it?" He raised an eyebrow.

She glanced at him and realized he still had his slightly thick eyebrow arched, and she lied,

"I don't."

Jayden slowly nodded, fathoming why she couldn't take her shirt off.

"Alright," He began, "Then we'll just go ahead and roll down the hardtop."

"What?" She glanced at him, "Why would we do that?"

"Are you with me?"

She shook her head, "I don't like too much attention."

"It's meant to be a crazy, adventurous ride."

When she deliberately ignored him, he leaned over to her side, goosebumps surfacing on her arms as his bare chest grazed her skin with him trying to press the button to bring down the hardtop.

He managed to do so and withdrew himself to his seat.

"JAY!" She yelled when the wind immediately blew some loose strands from her ponytail.

He put the Starbucks cup on the back seat saying, "Let's live a little. Be adventurous." Then he leaned forward and pressed the 'Play' button on the radio for whatever song was on.

'Golden' by Travie McCoy ft Sia, hit the speakers.

(PLAY SONG)

"It's too loud!" Kira whined.

"It's too low." He jokingly pouted.

Her hair strands blew in her face, provoking a gasp from her natural red rosy lips.

She cleared the strands from her face and whined, "People are staring already!" as she increased the rate at which she drove by 30km/h.

"I know." Jayden enthusiastically glanced out, with his arm on the window sill, a silly grin on his face.

Freedom.

The violent wind eagerly danced with his slick dark tresses and he deeply inhaled the fresh air that seemed to enjoy caressing his closed eye lids and his lips that still held the silly grin.

The scent of doughnuts, flowers and pastries filled the air in a sequential manner and Jayden had never felt this relieved in his life before.

"I'm putting this thing back on." Kira proceeded to put back the car's hardtop but Jayden stopped her,

"Don't."

His gentle hold on her arm made her withdraw her hand from touching the button. She sighed and glanced at him, and with a strict facial expression, she announced,

"Game on."

Jayden laughed as she peeled off her tank top, revealing a strapless caramel bra that complimented her fair skin, and put on her polished brown cat-eye sunglasses.

"That's what I'm talking about," Jayden said enthusiastically, ignoring the fact that she had lied, and ran his fingers through his dark tousled hair as he looked out the window with a grin and noticed the massive attention already spewing their way.

Anytime their car passed by, whether fast or slowly, heads turned, eyes lingered, hearts skipped beats, eyes widened, mouths gaped, goosebumps surfaced, and silly enough, dicks throbbed.

Kira politely smiled at a young man with light brown hair who slowed his car next to theirs and couldn't stop gazing at her with a somewhat surprised smile.

But before he could strike up a conversation, Jayden leaned in and pressed the car horn repeatedly, to alert the painfully slow car in front of them.

Kira shrugged with a smile at the handsome brown-haired man who nervously scratched his forehead and returned the smile.

She waved at him when the car in front of them had drastically picked up their speed, compelling her to set the car in motion.

After fifteen minutes of Kira bragging to Jayden that she was winning the game, their car came to a brief halt at the sight of a traffic light. There were two cars before theirs and a car on their right; Jayden's side.

The car also had its hardtop down, and it was filled with four girls, two blondes, and two brunettes.

Jayden laid eyes on the slim, beautiful blonde girl behind the steering wheel who had noticed him and could not stop ogling.

Her apparent friends did the same and began screaming when Jayden winked at their blonde friend with one of them yelling,

"She just broke up with her boyfriend! She needs some loving!"

"-In the bedroom!" The brunette yelled.

"He's so fucking hot." "Tell me about it." Jayden heard them say as they continued to ogle him, bite their lip and twist their locks of hair.

The girl behind the wheel smirked as she ran her sharp blue eyes from his handsome face to his muscled chest and voiced out, "It must be my birthday."

She then reached for something in her beige handbag as the other girls screamed,

"Give her some birthday sex!"

Another butted in, "It's my birthday too!" And they burst into hysterical giggles, eyes still on Jayden who chuckled.

The blonde girl handed over a card bearing her name and phone number to Jayden.

"Call me." She smirked but before Jayden could even reply, Kira had snatched the white card from his hand and tore it right in front of the girl's face.

The other girls whined, "Heyyy! What's the matter?"

Kira growled, "Get your thirsty asses off my man."

Jayden turned to Kira, highly amused and severely trying not to burst into laughter, "Woah, woah, woah, calm down, Cardi B."

The thick brunette at the back yelled, "Oh my God! His voice! I'm turned on."

The blonde girl rolled her eyes at Kira in annoyance.

Jayden turned to the blonde girl and explained, "My girlfriend doesn't want me flirting with other girls. Annoying, right?"

"That is so retarded." The girls chorused, but whined in sadness when the light had turned green and Kira had already set the car in full motion.

***

"Did you see the looks on their faces?" Kira heartily laughed as Jayden opened the door to their room in the awfully quiet and secluded motel they had been lodging at for the past two weeks.

He had his shirt back on, and so did Kira.

"Home, sweet home." He smiled as he walked in and lazily sat on one of the two laid beds and fixed his eyes on Kira.

She had closed and locked the door because it was way past 8pm and they both had no plans of heading out for the rest of the night.

Kira noticed the sarcasm in his words and voiced out, "I'm sorry about this dump I brought you to. Going below your standard and all-"

"Kira?" Jayden stopped her, eyebrows raised, "I didn't ask for Buckingham Palace, it's cool. I'm comfortable here. I don't even want to go back to that house."

Kira rolled her eyes with a smile as she dropped her car keys on the coffee table beside the olive antique sofa and walked to her bed which was beside Jayden's.

"Well, tomorrow's the day." She covered her mouth as she inaudibly yawned. "Gonna take a shower."

"When you're done," Jayden said as she walked towards the en suite bathroom and closed the door behind her.

In about twenty minutes, Kira was done with her shower, and Jayden followed right after.

He took a lesser time in the bathroom, and got out with a dark brown towel wrapped around his waist and a smaller one in his hand. But what he had laid his eyes on baffled him.

Kira, who was in a cotton pajama top with matching trousers was standing next to his bed and staring at it, like a complete statue.

"Kira." He called out and she immediately looked up.

He curiously asked, "You okay?"

Kira then picked up what she had been staring at; his phone.

She turned the screen towards him and there was a long pop up message on it.

"You have a text message... from Lara." She said.

"Lara?"

She continued, "And trust me when I say, you're gonna need to sit down for this."

A/N: Cliffy? No? Sigh, I tried.
