For the next hour, all four of you would be hanging out and having fun. 

Well at least you and Jean 

Mikasa and Levi didn't like each other and you could tell. You were a little pissed at Mikasa because in your mind, she didn't even try to like him and you felt sorry for Levi, but Jean was quite fond of Levi. 

In fact, Levi even laughed at some of Jean's stupid jokes. 

You took Mikasa's hand into yours and she looked at you

''Me and Mikasa are going to go to the women's sauna'' You said as you smiled at Levi and Jean 

''Oh we will go with you'' Levi said as he walked towards you 

''A, a, a'' You said as you placed your hand onto Levi's chest 

''It's called a women's sauna for a reason'' 

When you touched Levi's chest, you felt Mikasa tense, but your attention was brought to Jean as he put his arm around Levi's shoulder 

''Well, we will go to the men's sauna then. Me and Levi have a lot to talk about'' 

Mikasa did the same and forced you to turn around and head to the sauna. You turned your head around and saw Jean waving at you two with his arm still around Levi's shoulders.

Levi's pov

As I watched Y/n and Mikasa go off, Jean took his arm off of my shoulders and cleared his throat

''Don't worry, she will be fine'' He assured 

''Yeah, I think so too'' 

I and Jean headed to the sauna and as we went in into the warm wooden sauna, I felt myself relax. Jean sat down next to me and sighed, throwing his head back

There was a moment of silence before Jean spoke up

''I wanted to apologize''

I felt myself rise and eyebrow and I turned my head to look at him 

''About what?'' 

''About Mikasa's attitude towards you,'' He said still not looking at me 

''Oh it's fine'' I assured him 

''She's always been so fucking protective of Y/n. Like fuck, I remember when I was a kid, I used to think that she was such a pain in the ass'' Jean said as he smiled

''Why's that?'' 

''Because she was always around Y/n. She was like her mother. She never let anyone near Y/n, so when I wanted to become friends with her, I used to think that if I could only get her to relax a little...'' Jean said before he let out a long exhale 

''But I did it. I never liked her, I mean, I always found her annoying an-'' 

''Do you still find her annoying?'' I asked 

He turned his head towards me and looked at me like I was crazy

''I-I.....don't know'' Jean said as he looked down to his lap 

''I mean, I loved her, that's for sure, but.....'' 

I felt Jean get lost in thought but I was too invested in this conversation to just let it slip 

''But?'' I asked to try and keep him talking 

''It just...isn't like it used to be. I mean... I don't even remember when was the last time she showed any real affection. Her kisses are cold, her touch is barely even there'' Jean said still looking down 

''She doesn't love me. And I don't think I love her'' Jean said exhaling 

''Then why stay together? I mean if there's no love?'' 

''I don't know. It's complicated'' Jean said 

''Do you like someone else?'' I asked 

''I don't know. It's like I've lost all of my emotions with Mikasa'' Jean said 

''Did you ever love her?'' I asked adding the fuel to the fire 

''Yeah....well at least I think so'' 

''I think, I always liked Y/n'' Jean said

You and Mikasa were sitting in silence when Mikasa spoke up 

''Y/n, why him?'' 

You clicked your tongue and sighed 

''Because I like him'' 

''He's not a nice person'' She said 

''How do you know? You don't even know him '' 

''I can tell. His vibe is off'' She said 

''Everyone who tries to come near me has their vibe off to you'' 

''I'm serious, Y/n!'' She said 

''I am too!''

''Why can't you just accept that I'm in a relationship and that you cant control every part of my fucking life?''

''I just want to protect you!'' She answered 

'' I don't need your protection! I didn't say anything when you and Jean got together!'' 

''Don't bring him into this!'' She said 

''Oh, I will! Why can you love Jean, but I can't love Levi?'' 

''I don't love Jean!'' She screamed back

''What?''
