I looked Y/n in the eyes and put a hair strand behind her ear

''You're so pretty'' I said 

She smiled 

''So are you'' She said 

Silence then overcame the both of us

''I wish-'' 

Silence again

Y/n looked at me slightly confused

''Huh?'' 

''Nothing, nevermind'' I said backing away from her and looking down to my lap 

''Mikasa! You can't just tease me like that'' Y/n said looking at me 

Levi's pov

''Where is she?'' I said looking from my computer to Y/n's clock

I opened my phone and decided to call her and, surprisingly, after two rings she picked up 

''Hey, how's it going?'' I asked 

''It's going great! We just picked up more wine! How are you and Jean? What are you guy's doing?'' She asked

I could hear that she was very tipsy 

''Oh, so you're not planning on coming home any time soon?'' I asked 

''We're going to drink the two bottles and then we're gonna go home'' She said 

''Oh...I maybe thought that-'' 

''You didn't answer my question, Levi'' Y/n said 

''Hm? What question?'' 

''Uhh...see? You're doing it again!'' She said clearly irritated at my response 

''Doing what?'' I asked confused and cut off guard by her sudden change of tone

''Completely ignoring my questions and treating me like a child! I'm not a child, Levi! I can take care of myself! You don't need to be so possessive and protective of me okay?'' She said 

''Okay...I will wait for you'' I said hanging up

''Everything okay?'' I asked looking at Y/n 

''Yeah, just Levi treating me like a child again'' Y/n said slowly blinking drunk as hell 

''Give me your glass'' I said 

She gave her glass to me and I poured the deep red liquid into it

I passed it to her and she gave me a smile 

''Cheers! To us!'' I said raising my glass 

''Cheers!'' Y/n said 

Levi's pov

''What was that about?'' 

I sighed and went to the kitchen, passing Mikasa's, Jean's, and Y/n's childhood picture

I picked it up and looked at Y/n 

❝She's so cute❞

I couldn't help but look at Jean and Mikasa

Jean was looking at Y/n and so was Mikasa 

All three of them were cute

''Too bad I have to get rid of you guys''

''And he was all cute and snuggly and his beautiful big bright blue eyes just make me melt'' Y/n said

Y/n had been ranting about Levi's family for the last 30 minutes, her eyes shined as she talked about little Alex and how cute he is

''Not to mention Levi's mom and uncle'' She said as she took a sip from her glass

''What about them?" I asked 

''Totally a milf and dilf'' She said 

''Maybe I shouldn't have said that'' Y/n said as she hiccuped and chuckled 

There was a little bit of silence as I looked at Y/n, admiring just how beautiful she is 

''I want a baby'' She said 

At that moment my heart dropped

I knew that I could never give her this joy. It just wasn't possible. Yes, there are ways but it's not like we can just fuck and she will become pregnant

''Do you want a child from Levi?'' I asked 

My heart was racing

''Umm...yes and no'' Y/n answered 

''What do you mean?'' I asked 

''I think I love Levi but I don't know if I trust him to that extent '' She said

''Oh...you love him'' I said but I couldn't hide the fair disappointment in my voice 

''He's truly amazing, Mikasa, he makes me feel like I'm the only woman in the world. He makes me feel special. He just....makes me feel good'' She said 

''I could do that too'' I said 

My eyes widened 

''I know, you have been doing it for years, that's why you're my best friend'' Y/n said as she smiled and placed her head in my lap 

Levi's pov

''Hmm...really? That's interesting'' 

''Yes, boss, I think Y/n should really keep her distance from her. This girl has some issues. I mean, her physiatrist ever said that she needs to isolate herself from Jean and overall society for some time'' Miche said 

''Thank you, Miche'' I said as I hung up 

I walked over to the window with a glass of wine in my hand

❝Maybe moving would solve this problem and I wouldn't have to kill Jean and Mikasa❞ 

❝No, but I have to get rid of Mikasa❞

''There you go'' I said watching Y/n get in the taxi I got for the both of us 

''Do you want to see my new apartment?'' I asked knowing she will say yes 

''Of course! Why did you buy an apartment here?'' Y/n asked 

''I'm planning on breaking up with Jean and I want to be close to you so why not buy an apartment here?'' I said

''Oh yeah, of course'' She said 

I looked at her and she rested her head against my chest and ''closed her eyes'' for a bit

I took her phone out of her bag and typed the very easy password in

Her home screen was a picture of her, Levi, and who I assume is Alex 

She and Alex looked so cute 

Him not so much 

He ruined the picture

I opened the messages app and went over to the contact which was signed ''Levi'' with a read heart. I typed the message and pressed send 

Levi's pov

I was still looking out of the window when I heard my phone go off

I walked over and saw a message from Y/n saying '' Sorry, going to stay over at Mikasa's! Love you'' 

❝Does she really think that poorly of me? ❞

I went over to the tracking app on my phone and checked Y/n's location 

Luckily, she was only a 35-minute drive away from her house 

I put on my jacket and went to grab my keys

Y/n could barely stand so she clung onto my arm and I didn't mind 

She was truly amazed by my apartment because she kept complimenting it 

I guess Y/n really likes the color black because the whole apartment is black
