"Love knows no limits."

KAYON'S P.O.V.:

Today I decided to follow Ed's suggestion. I can't take it any more, her rudeness, ignorance, etc. I kept a maid for her, to help her with everything but my stubborn little wife doesn't allow her to clean her room and cook. The maid cleans every room except Greys. It has been days since the maid is coming still Grey is the one cooking our breakfast, lunch and dinner. I don't want her to stress out that's why I kept a maid but my stubborn little wife won't listen. But I accept one thing that she is an amazing cook and I am getting addicted to the food prepared by her.

On my way home I brought flowers for her but I am still confused about what to give her as a gift. I went to a mall so that I'll get something for her. I saw a jewellery store and remembered a quote or something that I read a few days ago 'If you want to impress a girl give her jewellery, you won't fail'.

After searching for God knows how much time I finally brought a pendant, earring and ring set. It's simple yet beautiful like Grey. It has a stone called Rose Quartz which people believe signifies love. I told them to wrap it in a gift paper and then I headed towards my car with a huge smile on my face. Finally, I got a perfect gift for my little angry bird.

CRYSTAL'S P.O.V.:

It was a very boring day today. Like everyday Kayon didn't come for lunch and our maid was on a leave today so the whole day I was alone at home. He wanted me to rest and so he hired a maid but I don't like to sit idle not doing anything. I like to do my work on my own so I ordered the maid not to clean my room and not to prepare food, she can do other things that her boss orders but not these two. At first, Kayon opposed it but later on, he gave in. He is still avoiding me. Who does that with his newly wedded wife? If he has any problem with me he shouldn't have married me. I can't understand him, sometimes he acts like a loving and caring person and now from few days he is ignoring me so I am also doing the same with him. Now I can't bear living with this heartless Kayon Pride, it's more than enough for me. So today I decided to prepare a special dinner for him. After preparing it I collected all the flowers from the vase and plucked their petals. Few of them were wrinkled but still, I needed them. I then decorated my dining table with them. Then I placed a big candle in the middle of the table that I luckily found in the kitchen's cabin. Today I'll give my jerkhead husband a surprise candlelight dinner. Who knows maybe he'll like it and stop ignoring me. At the time of his arrival, I placed the food on the table and lit the candle.

When I heard the doorbell I switched off the light. I opened the door and got surprised when Kayon smiled at me while entering inside. I too returned his smile. He furrowed his eyebrows seeing the darkness inside. We headed inside with the help of torchlight. "Is there any problem with electricity?" He asked and I nodded my head as no. When he saw the dinner he looked at me then at dinner then again at me. Then I saw a small smile on his lips. He told me that he'll freshen up and join me within a few minutes.

After he came we started our dinner. The whole time he was quite like usual. I thought he didn't like it but after dinner, he gestured me to come close. I went to him. Pulling my hand he made me sit on his lap and told, "you have great taste in your hands. I'm already a huge fan of your cooking." He then kissed both my hands.

I got up from his lap and cleaned the table. I placed all the dishes in the kitchen. I was about to wash those dishes when I heard him calling my name. I went out and saw that all the lights were on. He was sitting on the sofa. I went near him and he told me to sit beside him. Then he gave me a gift box and told me to open it. I was surprised. How can this boring day suddenly turn to a memorable one?  How can the cold-hearted, arrogant Mr Kayon Pride suddenly become all lovey-dove, I wondered.
