It's been a week since you were taken back by the Red Room, and everyone is a mess over it. Nat blames herself for not going and helping you, Steve can't stand not hearing you crack a joke in an important meeting and making the whole room light up. But the worst one  of all them, is Bucky. He asked you a question thinking you were still behind him, but he turned around and you vanished he ran back to where the office was but it was gone. It was like it was never there to begin with. He hasn't left the bedroom in days, hasn't said a word to anyone, nothing. He feels as if he's lost you forever. Over the intercom comes a message from Steve " Buck, c'mon out we have to talk". Bucky rolled his eyes and pressed the button to respond saying no but Steve suddenly ran into the room and grabbed his friend. Bucky didn't event try to fight him, he didn't care about anything anymore. Steve dragged him into the living room and plopped him down on a barstool. Bucky looked around the room and saw the entire team looking back at him. Steve stood up and said " Y/N is a part of us and we can't just leave her in that hell to rot, we're gonna get her out, and Buck we're gonna need you, are you up for it?" Bucky looked around once again with a smirk and said " hell yeah I am. "
    
      You woke up in a dark room, you tried to stand up and walk but you were chained to a wall. You heard a noise from across the room and you were ready to fight. But a voice came from across the darkness " you don't have to be afraid Y/N, I know who you are.. I'm nothing to fight" you see the figure of a woman a little younger than yourself stand up and come towards you. Through the small amount of light you have, you saw she had  platinum blonde hair, bright green eyes, and glowing white hands. " I was sent hear to train to become an assassin, but they didn't want me because of my mutation..." She spoke slowly with a new yorker accent. She then said " I was originally going to be sent to train with the X-Men but plans changed and I ended up here.. I saw everything with your team, I can see through walls.. I'm sorry about what happened to you." Your mind automatically went to Bucky and the others and you knew you had to get out of here. You can't suffer through this again, or let your new friend suffer either.

  As everyone was getting ready for your rescue mission Bucky was cleaning up the room a bit, for your homecoming. He made a mess of the place while you were gone. Suddenly he stopped and picked up a picture frame. It was a photo of the two of you at some bar in the city. The team was hosting a party after Ultron was defeated, and he had his arm around your waist with a beer in his metal hand. He saw how happy you looked in this photo and packed it away in his duffel bag for the mission. He brought the bag out into the foyer while Pietro glared at him from the couch. Pietro said "  bring my girl back in one piece army man. " This comment almost sent Bucky over the edge but he just threw up his middle finger to show how much he appreciated it.

    It's been days since you've last seen Bucky and it's driving you crazy. You miss him so much, being without him is worse than being here again. You leaned your head back against the wall and started to cry. Your cellmate ( who's name you found out was Gwen ) lit up her hands to see you and try to comfort you. All you wanted to do was hold him again..

The jet lifted off as the team was on there way to rescue you. Bucky had to sit next to Bruce who talked about science the whole flight. Bucky popped in an earbud from his phone and played a video of you he recorded while on a date. Seeing you smile back at him from the screen made him even more ready to see you again. The jet landed on the roof of the mansion and the team split up and went to search for you.
     
    You and Gwen heard commotion from outside about a security breach. You both looked at each other with matching smiles, you knew you were going home.

    Bucky and Steve ran down the corridor where the office was on their way to find you. He saw the door again and busted into it. The room was empty with no windows or furniture. It was a wasteland..
    
   Nat & Clint fought off the guards while Pietro & Wanda followed suit down the hall where you were trapped.

  Gwen & you heard this and started making as much noise as you could to catch their attention, and it worked. Pietro skidded to a stop outside the door trying to run through it but Wanda's hands lit up and the door crumpled to pieces in front of your eyes. As soon as she saw you and Gwen in the darkness she crumpled both of the chains linking you to the wall like paper  wads. Pietro rushed in a hoisted you & Gwen up on to his shoulders and ran up back to the jet. The rest of the team was notified that you were both out. You were so eager to see Bucky that when he jumped up into the jet you screamed. You ran into his arms as he held you tight. Telling you how much he missed you and loved you, you cut him off with a long & passionate kiss. Gwen smirked as she said "  so this is the Bucky you never stopped talking about?" This made you and Bucky blush as he sat you down and buckled you in to your seat. Gwen ended up sitting with Pietro and was talking about their mutations. As you flew home, you feel asleep in Bucky's arms. This moment is what you've dreamed about since the last time you saw him. He looks down at you smiling about finally having his girl in his arms again ♥️
