I'm so sorry for this late a**
update. I was having a massive writer's block and it took me 20 days to write this lame chapter.
There would be spelling and grammar mistakes and I didn't proof read it
cuz I still can't write anything.
I tried my best, this was all I could do.

Author's POV

The day was spent, for different people, differently. For Yoongi it was just a blur of many people meeting him. For Taehyung it was actually something where he can grow his contacts and business too. For Jungkook it was an almost family day, with his kids. And for Jimin, it was a day where he was trying to distract himself from the fact his ex-lover is sitting just across the stage.

You see Jimin's plan to keep his kids away worked pretty much accurately. He, himself succeeded in avoiding the man who ruined his life. Though, his heart still ache, he knew that CEO was their with his lovely wife, so that's another reason he wanted to stay hidden.

Park Jimin personally has no problem with that Jieun lady. She wasn't the one who ruined him, degraded him and made his life hell. It was her husband, and Jimin wasn't a person who hold some unnecessary grudges. Yes, he stayed away from his friends too, but the actual reason was that somehow all of them are connected to that CEO. He wanted to protect himself from a single chance of coming face to face with that man.

So at night, in his apartment he was having dinner with his family which was of course ordered because Jimin had no energy to cook by himself. He was thankful to that baby sitter who controlled his kids very well.

"Appa?" Hanwool spoke as soon as he finished his dinner.

"Yes baby?" Jimin answered, rolling spaghetti on his fork and feed it to Byung ho, who as compared to his brother still loves to eat from his father's hands.

"I made a new friend today!" he clapped excitedly.

"Ah wow baby. I'm happy" it's not new. His kids has a capacity to make anyone their friend no matter wherever they go.

"Yes.. His name ish Sungie and he's so cool." seems like Hanwool was very much fond of that kid.

"Aw that's so cute bub. Anyway it's already too late so let me give you guys a bath and then we'll go yo sleep." He said as he finished feeding Byung ho. Both boys nodded and ran to their room.

Jimin sighed as he took plates to kitchen. Sure, it's just first day but he was tired as hell. Honestly speaking, it wasn't just physical but more of mental strain. The thought that man is near his kids is terrifying. Because Jimin still believed that he will kill his kids when he come to know of them.

Shaking his head, he went to room, where his kids were. He gave them a quick bath. Both of the kids were babbling about their new friends but most of it just fly over their Appa's head. Soon enough the family went asleep.

Sunday: 9th March

The final day of the conference. Actually the conference ended yesterday on a very good note. There were many researchers who talked about their discoveries, and the hospital owners who collaborated with other owners on different projects. Overall the conference was a success and the organisers were very happy about that.

As planned, on 9th March a grand buffet dinner was held for everyone. All the guests and staffs were invited.

Kim Taehyung was in his hotel suite playing with his daughter. He was already dressed for the dinner and now was waiting for his husband to groom his son and then himself. Remind you, Sung ho was a very naughty kid when it comes to getting ready, so Jungkook was having a hard time.

"Sungho. Be a good boy and listen to your Appa" Taehyung thought it was finally his time to show up and his words really worked. His immediately followed his husband's command and got dressed.

After some time, Jungkook himself got ready too, looking ethereal as usual.

"You are looking so gorgeous babe." Taehyung whispered as he neared him.

"You are so lame Tae, always the same line." Jungkook replied him with a teasing smile as he picked up his daughter in his arms. He pecked the baby's face making her giggle.

Taehyung looked at his small family with a content smile and they went out towards the dinner area.

Park Jimin was getting ready for the buffet dinner, he wasn't very keen of. Truly, he didn't want to go there, but it was a special order from their CEO to all the workers who worked day and night to make the conference successful, would definitely attend the dinner, leaving Jimin with no choice.

As before, he hired Hyejin as a babysitter for his kids. It's as clear as daylight that he's not going to take his sons with him. He, himself was sure that he'll be able to dodge the CEO Min like he's been doing for the past week.

Now, he had seen that CEO from backstage during the course of conference. That man was same as 4 years ago, it seems like the time passes by without touching him. He's the exact same person whom he mistakenly love but the only difference is, the man is now claimed.

Jimin shook his thoughts as he finished getting ready. His kids were already with the babysitter in his lounge. As it was about to 7, he refrained them from going outside. He came out of his room, seeing his kids drawing something.

"Mr. Park?" Hyejin spoke as she saw him.

"How many times I have told you to call me Jimin." Jimin smiled at the kind woman.

"Yeah sorry, Jimin. So when will you come back?" she asked him.

"I'll try to come back as soon as possible cuz I really don't want to be there. But anyways, I'll try to be back by 9." Jimin answered while checking his cufflinks.

"OK. Have a safe journey."

"Thanks"

"Hanie! Byun! Give Appa a hug quickly" both boys came running to their father, hugged him, and smothered him with kisses.

"Come back shoon Appa!!" they both yelled as Jimin went out of the apartment, smiling at their cute antics.

After a half an hour drive, he reached the venue. There was a separate parking area for the staff members so he parked his car there.

"It's the last time Jimin. After tonight you don't have to worry any more about anything." he did a bit of self talk before getting out of the car.

Going inside, he met some of his colleagues who were serving at the entrance to welcome the guests. Jimin's senses were on high alert, his heart was pounding at an immense speed because of the mere chance of encounter with that person. Jimin somehow wanted to laugh at this situation because there was a time when his heart, beat to see that face but things are quite opposite now.

He silently walked towards some of his colleagues in Neuro department. They all seemed  enjoying and chatting among themselves.

"Hey! Dr. Park,  you are looking stunning." Dr. Lee, one of his colleagues commented as soon as he reached them

"Ah.. Thanks Dr. Lee you, yourself are not looking bad." he chuckled and took a glass of wine from the table beside them.

"Everything came out so cool. We really outdid ourselves." Dr. Park Jihyo, a member of their department spoke while admiring the decorations.

"You are right. I believe we need this kind of gatherings to relax ourselves from daily routine." Dr. Cha commented.

The conversation went on smoothly when Jimin noticed something or rather someone. A beautiful long haired man with big doe eyes and elegant smile, holding a baby girl in his arms talking to someone.

Jimin gulped thickly, as he feel like to run away from there and that's what he did. He put his now empty glass of wine on table and excused himself to restroom.

"I'll be back in a few minutes." With that said he made his way out with quick steps.

He can't see me, I can't afford this. Not now not ever.

He made his way inside the restroom and took some deep breaths. After some seconds, his breathing got normal. He open the faucet and splashed some water on his face, mainly to get his senses back.

What he didn't noticed was the door of a cubicle open and a man stepped out. The man opened a faucet next to him, washed his hands. Just when Jimin was about to grab some tissues someone else grabbed them too. Jimin opened his eyes to see who it was and oh... that was a bad decision.

His eyes widened, lips parted in shock and the reactions were same of the other person along with confusion and the person spoke

"Jimin?"
