Teacher: "Where's your book?!"
Me: "At home."
Teacher: "And what it's doing there?"
Me: "Having more fun than me."

Giara's POV.

"Just remember our deal. If you break it, you'll face the consequences." I said to him. I am sure he's going to explode when he finds out that I'm joining his school. That's why I made that deal to keep his mouth shut. It's easier to handle him when you have something against him.

"What do you mean by consequences?" He questioned.

"That's for me to know and you to find out if you step out of our deal." I said smriking at him.

"You know you're hired to protect me, not to threaten me." He said glaring.

"Threaten is not a exact word. I would say taking measures to handle a brat like you." I replied returning him with my glare, I walked ahead saving myself from his whining.

"I'm not a brat. You ar--"

"Think before opening that gutter of yours." That made him shut up.

"Good you are here." Mr. Olsen said as we entered in the living room.

"Good morning Mr. Olsen, Mrs. Olsen." I nodded at them.

"Good morning mom, dad." He greeted.

"Good morning. And how many times do I have to tell that you don't need to address me as Mrs. Olsen, Giara." Mrs. Olsen said sternly.

"I am sorry ma'am but I don't think it's appropriate."

"There's nothing inappropriate in that."

"Dad you wanted to see me?" Mr. Bratty interrupted our talking.

"JAY! That's very rude. You don't cut off people who are conversing." Mrs. Olsen scolded.

"What? I don't have time to listen to your petty talks. Plus I'm getting late." He shrugged.

"Yes. I wanted to tell you something before you leave for school." Mr. Olden interrupted before mother and son start fighting.

"What is it?"

"Giara will be joining your school." That made the hell broke loose.

"WHAT?!? YOU CAN'T DO THAT. SCHOOL IS THE ONLY NORMAL THING IN MY LIFE. I DON'T NEED THIS STUPID CHICK FOLLOWING ME THERE!!"

"You are not arguing. The decision is final." Mr. Olsen said with finality in his voice.

"But dad---"

"Remember our deal brat." I whispered to him making him abruptly stop talking.

"Okay." He hissed at his dad.

"No arguing Jay. You're goi-- Wait. What? Did you just said okay?"

"Yes dad."

"Wow. That was way easier than I thought." Mr. Olsen muttered more to himself.

"Is that all dad?"

"Yes. You can leave. And I hope you'll not cause any trouble for Giara."

"Yes dad." With that he walked out angryly.

"I'll keep you updated. Sir, ma'am." I bidded good bye and left to see Mr. Bratty stomping towards his car.

"Keys."

"Fuck!! Stop doing that." He screamed clutching his chest like he was going to have a heart attack. Drama queen, I thought rolling my eyes at him.

"Keys." I repeated.

"Keys? Oh on I'm not letting you drive Olivia."

"I didn't asked for permission." I said putting my palm out for keys and looking at him amused that he named his car Olivia. " Don't argue with me when you know you are not going to win." He quietly handed the keys.

"Good boy." I said getting into the driver's seat.

*At school parking lot*

"It's good to see you following my rules. But I need you to answer some of my questions." I said cutting off the engine of his car. He kept quiet just like he was asked to for whole ride to his school.

"Are you going to open your mouth or I have to force you?" He didn't uttered a word.

" Okay then. I'll just have to inform your father about that nigh--"

"What the hell is your problem?"

"Good now that you've opened your mouth, answer my question. Did you tell anybody about getting a bodyguard apart from your cousin/bestfriend?"

"No."

"Hmm. So-- " A knock at window of car interrupted me. I turned to Marcus the cousin knocking at the window, I ignored him and turned to continue my talking just to see Mr. Bratty was out of the car.

"Asshole." I muttered getting out and walking towards him to hand in his car keys.

"Pretty lady? What are you doing here?"

"Mr. Moretti. Good morning." I greeted. "I'm joining your school."

"Joining, as in with us every day?" He sounded excited.

"Yes. And I would really appreciate it if you would keep my identity a secret."

"Yes. Of course." I nodded. "Come on. Let me introduce you to our friends. But wait. What are we going to introduce you as?" I never planned about that.

"No one's introducing anyone." Mr. Bratty said. "And you-" He said pointing towards me. "- are staying away from me and my friends."

"But Jay. It's to late for that. Every one saw her getting out of your car."

"But--" Before he could start his whining again, a squeaky voice interrupted him.

"Jay! Baby!!" A blondie came running towards him with group of people following her.

"Hey babe." Mr. Bratty said kissing her on cheek.

"I'm sorry about yesterday." She said pouting her glossy lips. And I mean glossy-glossy lips.

"It's okay baby girl. Like I said, we could reschedule it."

"Thank you for understanding." She said pecking him.

"So Jay? Who is this pretty face?" A brunette with grassy green eyes said winking at me.

"Yes. Who are you?" Bratty's blondie questioned eyeing me up and down.

"Giara Edwards." I said eyeing her down too.

"And why were you in Jay's car?" She questioned.

"Because I was driving it." I said in a duh tone.

"Jay never lets anyone to drive his car." She said. "Unless you're..." She said trailing off.

"I'm his cousin."

"She is dad's friend's daughter."

We both answered at same time. I opened my mouth again to answer but was cut off by him. We both glared at each other.

"Ohhhkay. Now I'm confused." That brunette muttered.
