Elena's POV

I walk out the kitchen and settle myself on the couch, trying to ignore the contractions that I'm feeling. I place my hand on my protruded belly and try getting comfortable on the couch.

I munch on my popcorn as I try to patiently wait for Richard to bring the pizza on his way here from his home.

With me being in my last semester and very close to birthing, Ethan has people babysitting me at all times.

He had to go to office today and had his brothers come babysit me and the girls, who are going to be two, very soon.

Just as I turn on the TV and start munching on my chocolate coated popcorn, I hear tiny feet coming towards me.

I look up and see a red face Elaine with arms crossed and a scrunched up face.

Not many people can tell the difference between the twins, but Ethan and I have noticed that even though both the girls are light skinned and are nothing like me.

Elaine is a shade darker than Athena. You can't really see the difference in tones unless you look closely.

"What's wrong baby?" I ask her once she's infront of me.

"Mama, I no' talking to uncle Marcus again." She pouts, mispronouncing Marcus' names as Markis.

I put my popcorn aside and help myself up by tightly gripping the couch. My grip tightens when I feel another contraction but I don't mind it as it's been going on since morning.

"What did he do, sweetheart?" I brush her curly coils from her face.

"He doesn't wann- Ahhhh!" She screams when my water suddenly breaks. Her tiny hands flying her cheeks as her eyes are wide open, in shock.

My eyes stare at the now wet floor with wide eyes.

"'Thena! Oh my gosh! Bring the potty, mommy made a wee wee on the floor. Come wi' the potty!" Elaine screams out to Athena.

I stand frozen, still not quite used to water breaking, even though it's my second time and I'll be welcoming Ethan and my third and fourth child.

Michael appears from up the stairs with a screaming Athena in his hands.

"What's this I hear about a potty?" He asks with a smile.

I take deep breaths, trying to calm down. Athena screams about wanting to be let down so she can bring me the potty.

"Elaine. What's wrong with your mommy?" He asks when he sees me standing in one place. He lets Athena go and she finally runs in their bedrooms direction.

"Mama made a wee wee." She tells Michael.

"Mama, you okay? You wan' make poo?" She asks me.

"Oh my word! Elena did your water.. did you?.. Are.." he rushed down the stairs while I nod at whatever he's trying to say.

A scream escapes my lips when a contraction finally comes and Elaine looks at me with wide eyes.

"Sean! Marcus, Mason!" He shouts out when he gets to my side.

His hands go around my shoulders, bringing me into a hug.

"What happened- ohh. What's wrong?" I hear Mason's voice.

"What's with all the screaming?" Goes Sean.

"I got the potty." I hear Athena.

"What's the potty for?" Sean asks.

"Mommy wants to poopoo, she already made wee wee on the floor." Elaine explains.

My grip on Michael's shirt tighten as a scream leaves my lips and another contraction hits.

"Take me to the hospital you idiots!" I scream.

"Yes! Hospital!" He says as if he just realised it and lifts me up bridal style.

"Did her water break?" Mason asks.

"Yes. Clean it up and follow along with the girls to the hospital. Sean let's go!" Michael says.

"Get the baby bag by the door." I whine out.

"Getting it." Sean says as we make our way out.

"Where is uncle Mikey taking mama? She needs to poopoo" I hear Athena say.

"What's wrong with mama?" I hear Elaine ask before we make it out the door.

We get to Michael's truck and he opens the back door before putting me in and sliding in after me. He throws the keys at Sean and shuts the door.

"Okay! I've never done this before and all I have is knowledge from the movies I've watched. So is this the part where I help you push?" Mike asks.

I look at him with wide eyes and look away, trying to calm myself down and just breath. What was Ethan thinking when he was letting these guys babysit his wife who was a labour ticking time bomb.

"Sean. Call Mom and Ethan. Call Ethan first so he can tell me what to do. He's been through this before." Michael says when the car starts moving.

"Sean?" Is the first thing I hear when Ethan answers.

"Ethan! It hurts, it hurts so much! My water broke and I think the babies are close." I scream before Sean could say anything.

"Oh my- shoot! Baby, I'll be at the hospital just now. I'm already making my way out the office. Just take deep breaths, okay sweetheart? And don't push till you're told to do so by a doctor." Ethan says. I can tell he's moving because of all the shuffling from his side.

"Yeah." I breath out.

"I love you babe. Hang in there." He says and I hear a door shut.

"Ethan, what am I supposed to do? She's sweating and taking deep breaths." Michael asks

"Just have her practice her breathing and get her to the hospital quickly." Ethan says.

"Okay. Hang up. I gotta call Mom." Sean says and hangs up.

Sean calls mom up but I'm too busy crying to pay attention to their talk. Sean comes to an abrupt stop and just when I think we're finally at the hospital, I see Richard get into the car with pizza boxes.

"Why aren't we at the hospital yet?!" I scream while squeezing the life out of Michael's hand.

"Sorry, but I couldn't be in a car with a pregnant woman in labour without a doctor." Sean says.

"How you feeling Lena?" Richard asks.

"Bad. Very bad. I feel like pushing. The need to push is very strong!" I cry out.

"Do you think you can ignore it till we're at the hospital?" He asks.

"I don't know..." I scream out when a painful contraction hits, then continue. "The feeling is very strong." I shake my head.

"Then maybe we can start in here." Richard says.

"Woah! Hold it right there." Michael says with a wince when I squeeze his hand. "I don't think Ethan will be happy with you seeing..." He stops then looks at me, before leaning forward to Richard." Elena's areas." He whispers.

"I don't have to look. All I have to do is have my hands waiting to catch the babies when they come out." He says

"I don't care what you do! I have to push!" My head goes back against the seat in pain.

"Okay. Sean stop the car so Mike and I can change seats. While we do that Lena please take off your panties if you have them on. Give us a sign when you're done and we'll get back in." He uncomfortably says.

I nod at him and let go of Mike's hand. He flexes it and gets out.

I put my hands up my dress and discard my panties. My hand moved forward to poke Sean, letting him know that I'm done.

He lets Mike and Rich know so they can get in and they do.

Richard sits next to me and Sean races to the hospital once they're in.

"Okay Lena, you have to sit with your back against the door and your legs apart. I'll have my hands down waiting to receive the baby once you've pushed he or she out. You can push when your next contraction hits. Okay Lena? And don't forget to breath."

I just nod at him, already feeling my next contraction coming up. My back makes contact with the door and I make sure that my legs are far apart enough. I have one butt cheek on the leather seat and the other butt cheek off the chair, my one hand gripping the driver seat that Sean is sitting in and the other, my seat.

My contraction hits and I push with a loud groan. I stop, once the contraction is gone and I breath.

"Deep breaths Lena. You're doing good." Richard encourages.

Unlike my first birth, I think this one won't last as long as the other one because I can already feel the baby crowning. There's hair down there that's not mine.

My next contraction comes and I push, making sure I've put lots of energy in the push.

I let out a happy cry when I hear a cry. Michael looks back, startled and Sean let's out a scream.

"Gimme a shoelace." Richard says to no one in particular.

Mike fumbles with the compartments in his car before giving Rich a yellow shoelace.

Richard cuts the umbilical cord just as Sean pulls up at the hospital.

He doesn't even turn off the engine before he rushes out, into the hospital.

My contractions start again and try to hold it in and take my baby boy from Richard with years in my eyes.

I cradle the baby very close to my chest, trying to keep him as warm as possible.

I sit up in attention when I feel my door being opened, and I see a bewildered Ethan staring at me and the baby wide eyed.

"Nurse!" He shouts out as he sees the blood on my dress and Richard's hands.

Sean comes out the hospital with nurses and a gurney.

I'm taken in and my son is taken away from me and wrapped in foil as were taken into the hospital.

I open my eyes to see Ethan sitting opposite my bed with his eyebrows scrunched up, and I see Elaine and Athena sleeping on me.

Athena on my chest and Elaine resting her head on my now little tummy and her body on the bed.

I smile at them and see that Ethan still hasn't looked at me.

"Eth-" I stop myself from saying his name when my voice comes out dry and parched.

His head whips to my direction and he quickly gets off his chair with a look of relief on his face.

"Babe!" He kisses my forehead. "You gave me such a fright when you passed out after delivering our little girl. Oh.. you have no idea what a relief it is to see you awake. The girls refused to let you sleep. They slept after getting tired of waiting on you to get up." He smiled with tears in his eyes.

I smile up at him and lick my dry lips.

He takes Athena off my chest and tries taking her in his arms but she grips my hospital gown tighter.
She finally opens her eyes when Ethan continues.

"Mama?" She looks at me with tears pooling in her eyes. She straddles me and her bottom lip begins to wobble.

I sit up when Ethan woke Elaine up. She throws herself on me. Her tiny hands having me in a choke hold. As she hugs me.

"Mama!" She squeals.

"Yes babies." I hug them.

Ethan brings me a glass of water and I quickly gulp it so I can calm Athena down.

I give him back the glass with a smile on my face.

"What's wrong baby?" I ask Athena.

She shakes her head and snuggles into me.

"I guess she just missed me." I smile at Ethan.

"Where's are our new set?" I ask Ethan with a chuckle.

He smirks and shakes his head before picking up Elaine who stretched out her hands for him.

"They're in the nursery with all the babies. I'll get them." He says and makes his way out the room with Elaina clinging to him like a koala.

"Are you okay my love?" I ask Athena and finally succeed in pulling her away from me so I can see her face.

She nods at me, then looks at my now flattened tummy. "Where baby?" She asks me with tears pooling in her eyes.

"Awwwn, you wanna see baby?" I ask her before she nods at me.

"Daddy went to fetch the babies." I smile at her and she nods, looking at me with her big hazel eyes.

Her eye colour reminds me of what eye colour the new twins could have.

I hope Elias has Ethan's shade of grey eyes.

Ethan comes back in the room pushing one baby in a cot and a nurse behind him pushing the other baby in.

"What time is it?" I ask when I realise that none of the family members are here.

"3 am. Everyone will come in tomorrow. Mom couldn't sleep here because she's babysitting Jason's sick a-" he stops himself and looks at me in a way of saying that I get what he means and I nod.

The nurse walks out leaving both the babies in front of my bed.

Athena's wide curious eyes look down at her younger siblings in wonder. While Elaine does the same in Ethan's hands and starts to squirm so he can let her down. He puts her on my bed and her face matches Athena's as they watch the two new borns scrunch up their faces and squirm.

Ethan gets both babies before I can and places them in my arms, the same way I'd carry Athena and Elaine when they were babies.

I give both my darlings kisses on their foreheads and once I pulled away Elaine repeated what I did, with Athena following after her.

"You see the babies?" I ask them and they nod. Athena blushes and nods her head before hugging Ethan. She's always been the shy one.

"What are we gonna name them?" I ask Ethan

"We agreed on the boy being Elias." He says.

"And her?" I say referring to our baby girl.

"How about.. Eliana?" He asks.

"I love that." I smile.

"Athena, Elaine, say hi to baby Elias and baby Eliana." I smile at them.

"Hi 'ias. Hi 'ana." Elaine says.

"Won't you say hi, Athena?" I ask her with a smile.

She shyly smiles and leans over to give them sloppy kisses on their foreheads.

Elias scrunched up his red face and let's out a loud wail, frightening Athena, causing her to cower away into Ethan.

"Oh no. He's hungry. Babe, please help me undo the buttons." I ask Ethan.

"Baby eat po'ige?" Athena asks.

"No. Baby doesn't eat porridge. The babies drink milk." I lose focus on what I'm saying when I feel Ethan's hands on my boobs.

He has a smirk on his face as his slightly rubs on my nipple before he exposes my boob, and he repeats the action with my other boob as well.

I just glare at him while he smirks.

I slowly push a nipple into Elias's mouth and do the same with Eliana and they both latch on. Sucking hungrily.

"That, baby food?" Elaine asks in shock.

I laugh at her shock. She's here acting like she was never breastfed.

"Yes. The babies drink milk till they're big like you." I say.

"Is painin'?" She asks with her brows up in worry.

"No baby. It's not paining at all." I reassure her.

"Okay." She smiles.

I look up at Ethan and see him looking me breastfeed like it's the first time.

I giggle when I see that the look on his face resembles Athena and Elaine.

He looks up at me and smiles. He leans down, pecking my lips and muttering an 'i love you' before repeating his actions.

"There she is!" I look up at JoJo with a smile.

"Ahhh! Aunty JoJo." Athena squeals and stretched her hands eagerly to JoJo because she can't get off the bed on her own.

"Nana!" Elaine squeals when she spots Mom.

Everyone walks in with balloons and gifts. I smile at everyone.

They all congratulate me on the babies and I get different gifts from everyone.

"Take this Ethan." Michael says, handing Ethan his car keys.

"What's this?" Ethan asks.

"The keys to my truck. I'm gifting it to you because after what happened yesterday I don't think I want it anymore. To think that from all the things that have happened in my back seat, my nephew's birth would've been one of them." He says, "Please, keep the car." He says with wide eyes.

I laugh at his reaction and he ignores me to go check on the babies.

"What are the names?" Sean asks.

I hear a girly squeal from Athena as she squirms for JoJo to put her down before she starts screaming, "Seany."

I laugh at her tactics and the pout that JoJo has on her face.

"What are the names Lena?" Abby asks.

I open my mouth to answer but I'm cut short by Elaine and Athena.

"'lias and 'iana." They say, pointing to the different babies.

"Translation of baby language please." Sean says with Athena in his arms.

"Elias and Eliana." I smile.

Everyone talks about the names and I look next to me when I feel someone sit on the bed.

Ethan kisses my forehead and pulls me into him.

I snuggle into him, inhaling his intoxicating male scent and just enjoying the feeling of being in his arms with our family and friends around us.

I look up at him to see him already looking at me before kissing him. I pour out all my emotions in our kiss and Ethan does the same.

"I love you." I say once we break away from the kiss.

"I love you too." He says, pecking lips. His peck slowly turns into a kiss but we stop when we hear another loud scream and squeal.

I look over at my babies in alarm.

"Mama!" Athena gasps.

"Yes baby." I call out.

"Papa see!" Athena happily squeals.

"What is it?" Ethan says. His voice coming out deep and I feel his chest rumble as he lets out a small chuckle when Sean looks over at us with a smirk.

"Grey eyes?" I ask.

"You know it!" Sean loudly says, causing a smile to break out on my face and a chuckle from Ethan.

I cuddle into him some more. Living for this moment, where all our loved ones are in one room and enjoying each other's company.

How y'all been doin?

I've finally managed to finish this book. It's 1 am and totally worth it.

I literally sat and started writing without stopping because I literally planned this out in my brain. Just kidding, the only thing I planned out was Elaine coming out looking all cute. The rest of the chap was literally a live in the moment, moment 😂😂.

I apologize to anyone who had a problem with the baby talk. But before you judge me,lemme just give you a little insight on my life.

I have three youger siblings, 1 brother and 2 cousins, who can't pronounce my name properly and mind you my bro is turning 8 next month. They can't pronounce my name do badly that they call me by my sister's name. Jenny. When they do say my name, it sounds something like Kalina or Kayina and it's traumatizing, so I HAD to have baby talk in here.😊😊😊

And can someone please make me a cover for the next book? Like guys, pleaseeee, s'il te plait!
