Rose used his shocked state to remove the menu from his grasp and walk away, hearing the mocking laughter of the other guys at the table for what she did. She returned moments later to give them their ordered drinks.

The guy who messed around with Rose kept his eyes elsewhere when she returned, the others however, carried amused faces.

After a further five minutes Rose was back at the table again to deliver their food, "Enjoy" she politely says and walks over to Drew who was on his second serving of fries and nuggets. Rose automatically grabs a nugget from his plate, Drew didn't say anything, but he was surprised when he watches her shove the whole large nugget in her mouth.

"How can you shove the whole thing in your mouth, they're huge" Drew asks.

Rose smiles, some of the nugget showing through her teeth.

An hour passes and the five guys are looming over the counter waiting to pay, Rose was tidying up "All done?" she asks, and they nod their heads.

She totals their meal "Nineteen, forty-three" she says, and they hand two twenties over. Rose was confused, "It's for you, for biting back at Will" nodding towards the guy already heading out the diner.

Rose smiles and accepts the tip and they leave the diner "This place never ceases to amaze me" she mutters as she stares at the backs of the bikers leaving the building.

Will, Bryce, Tyler, Jason, and Ricky mount their bikes and with a single nod at one another head off towards their final destination.

Ricky was the leader of the small posse. He had always looked out for them all, especially since he was the oldest of the bunch. Upon the departure of his parents, Ricky took his little brother Jason under his wing and though getting him involved in some not so legal things, he kept him safe.

As they drove, Ricky couldn't help but think about the waitress, she reminded him so much of someone he used to know, the stubborn sassiness, but he figured it was impossible, his old friend was from another country and had passed on long ago.

When they finally returned to their clubhouse, Ricky was surprised to see one of his guys stood outside with an anxious look on his face, the kid looked like he had seen a ghost, his skin was pale and his hands shaking slightly.

"What's got you so pale Reece?" Ricky questions.

"There was a phone call for you about an hour ago, I tried to call you but I couldn't get through to you" he stumbles out but Ricky understood what he was saying, though he couldn't figure out what was so bad about the call that had the boy going white.

"Who?" Ricky inquires.

"Mathews, Leighton Mathews" Reece splutters out. Everyone had heard about Leighton Mathews; he was a legend in MCs across the world.

Ricky's eyes widen, he never heard from Leighton unless it was important. A swift nod and Ricky went straight to his office.

Calling back the number, it rang through once before he picked up the call, "Hello" Leighton's voice carried down the line.

"Leighton" Ricky breathes out.

Leighton knew that voice and breathed a sigh of relief upon hearing his voice "It's been a long-time old friend, how is everything over there?" Leighton queries. He wanted to out right ask about his knowledge over there but couldn't blurt it out.

"Good, how about you? You never call unless it's an emergency" Ricky says getting straight to the point.

Leighton was always polite, but Ricky had a feeling that something was wrong, he could hear it in his voice.

"I'm calling about Quinten" Leighton says softly.

Ricky stopped breathing upon hearing that name. almost seven years since Sam's death so why was Leighton calling about him now.

"What about him, Sam died over six years ago" Ricky muttered, his voice shaking at the thought of his old friends' death. Ricky was never able to handle this one subject. Ricky grew up with Sam and Leighton, they along with Scott, Sam's younger brother were always causing trouble. When Sam passed Ricky couldn't handle it and left for Australia with his brother never turning back.

"It's not about Sam" Leighton tells his old friend.

Ricky wasn't sure why he was calling then, "Who else are you calling about?".

"His niece" Leighton says, and Ricky almost drops his phone.

"When did Scott have a kid?" he says.

"She's seventeen, almost eighteen".

Ricky was shocked, Scott had a kid whilst he was still living in America? But he never saw her.

Leighton smiled at the thought of hi goddaughter. Sam was her uncle, so Scott asked Leighton to be Rose's godfather, he accepted without a second thought.

"Are you sure?" Ricky couldn't believe it.

Leighton laughs, "I'm sure".

It took a few more moments for the information to sink in, "Okay, now that I have processed that, why do you need my help?" Ricky asks.

"She's missing, and we think she's in Australia".

Ricky straightened in the chair at the thought of Scott's kid missing, she was Sam's flesh and blood and that meant him doing anything he could to help.

"How?" Ricky poses.

Leighton reeled off the information about the situation and Ricky remained silent on the line listening to everything his friend was telling him.

"Wow" Ricky uttered when Leighton finished his explanation.

"Yeah" Leighton sighed out.

"There's something else, she isn't alone" Leighton says.

"What do you mean?" Ricky poses.

"She's pregnant".

Ricky was now fully understanding of why this was an emergency situation, Leighton had told him the information about Rose wanting to visit Australia and why they needed his help.

"How far along is she" Ricky asked.

"About six months"

"I'll get my boys on it, send me a recent pic will you".

Leighton pulls the phone from his ear and calls to Michael, "Send a picture of Rose to the number I'm on with".

Michael rushes to his computer and sends a recent picture to the number Leighton was on call with. A few clicks on his keyboard and sent the image.

Ricky's phone pinged and he takes the phone from his ear to look at the image, what he didn't expect to see was the girl from the diner and he laughs.

Leighton was confused at his friend's outburst "That explains a lot" Ricky mutters.

"I know where she is" Ricky tells Leighton, he didn't need his men out on the search he had already seen her.

Leighton felt his knees go weak at the information he was given by Ricky.

Ricky gave Leighton the address, and they ended the conversation, Leighton was elated, not only would they get their girl back, but he will also see his old friend again after so long.

Leighton practically skipped to the living room with a grin on his face. The guys were lounging around the room, they had just been in the gym training and no one had any leads on Rose, until now that is.

Ace was even there, despite being part of the problem Rose left, he had grown fond of the boy.

"Why are you grinning like you're on crack?" Tommy asks.

Everyone laughs. They weren't going to laugh for long.

"I've found her" Leighton says.

The room went silent. Scott was already tearing up "Please tell me this isn't a joke?" Scott croaked out, he wanted his baby home, and if this was right, they were one step closer to bringing her back.

Scott looked at Leighton who nodded his head in confirmation and the tears fell from his eyes.

"She's in Australia, Ricky says he saw her six hours ago working in a diner a few hours form where he lives. I have the address" Leighton grins like he won the lottery holding up a piece of paper.

Scott jumps up and embraces his friend then reached for the paper, only Ace grabbed it before him.

The young man looked at the paper, he was going to Australia, he was going to bring his girl and baby home, handing the paper to Scott after memorising the address he ran upstairs to pack. He moved in when he began his search finding it easier to work and sleep in the same place.

It took all of a few minutes to pile in clothes, phone, passport and roughly throw them into the bag.

"Ace" Scott calls out as Ace runs down the stairs missing many steps as he does. "Where the hell are you going?".

Everyone knew where he was going, they just wanted to hear what his plan was to get there. And it was also amusing to watch the boy frantically run about the place.

"To get Rose" Ace says boldly, nothing was going to hold him back.

"I know that boy, I was just wondering how you were going to do it when commercial planes take forever" Scott informs Ace with a teasing tone. Just watching Ace panic and act out of impulse confirmed Scott's earlier thoughts that Ace cared for his daughter.

He understood the need to rush over there, but they needed to be prepared, "Dominic get the jet ready; we leave as soon as it's fuelled" Scott orders out.

Ace is surprised to hear that Quinten security had their own jet but remained silent whilst everyone gathered themselves and their belongings ready to head to the other side of the world.

Back at the diner Rose locked up as an idea occurred. "Hey Drew" Rose calls out as she collects the remaining dishes to take back to the kitchen for washing.

"Yeah?" he calls out.

"How do you feel about going on holiday for a while?" she suggests. With the baby due soon and the sudden change in lives, Rose wanted to have a rest and for before she is locked in raising a family.

Rose also knew that Drew had never been on holiday before and figured now would be the perfect time for them both.

"Uh..." Drew didn't know what to say, Rose saw the look of astonishment on his face at the suggestion and she smiles.

"I figured it would be the perfect time, I'm due in three months and I could use the time to relax before my boy rips me a new one coming into the world".

Drew chuckles at Rose dramatic explanation on how she was going to birth her son, however he was hesitant "What about gran?".

Dana walks out the back just as Drew spoke, she had heard it all, "You can and will go. I will be fine on my own for a while, you deserve a break. Both of you do, hell if I could afford it I would tell you to pick a country and I would buy it so you can start your life again because this is not how I want you to live the rest of your life".

Rose smiled at Dana, she knew the lady wanted the best for her grandson and she couldn't give it herself which is why Rose was determined to give him at least a few weeks away from here.

Drew argued with his grandmother for a while until he finally caved when she grabbed his ear and forced him to listen to her, at that point Rose was laughing in amusement at the family interaction.

They remained in the diner with Dana to figure out where to go on their holiday, Rose immediately vetoed America and England. Paris was an option from Drew who sent a wink and a wiggle of his eyebrows at Rose who laughed and scrunched her nose at the location "Too cliché" she says.

An hour of searching locations and they agreed on Spain, it was warm this time of year and Rose immediately booked a package holiday for the pair, they were to head out late morning the next day.
