********2 years later***********

"Mommy! Pick me up!"

"You'll have to wait, Nathan. Mommy's making dinner." I reached down and pet his head. 

Logan and I had given birth to son. His name was Nathan Python. He was very adorable. He had my dark hair, but Logan's sea colored eyes.

"When will Daddy be home?" He asked, trying to climb into a chair at the table.

"In a few minutes, honey." Logan had a big meeting today. This meeting could make the company worldwide if the client accepted the contract. As his PA, I should've been there, but the babysitter cancelled last minute, so I had to stay home with Nathan.

"Peachy!" Nathan yelled, running toward the dog. Peachy had gotten so big. He towered over Nathan. Nathan jumped onto the dog and rubbed his fur. "Peachy! Peachy! Peachy!" He sang.

From the kitchen, I could hear the front door open. Logan must be home. A few moments later, he entered the kitchen dressed in a suit, holding his suitcase. He looked exhausted.

"Daddy!" Nathan yelled and ran to his father.

"There he is! My pride and joy!" Logan yelled, swooping him up into his arms. "How's my little boy?!"

"Hungry!" He yelled.

"Daddy is too! How about we eat Mommy for dinner?!"

"No, Daddy! That's mean!" Nathan said.

"Really Logan?" I said, raising my eyebrows.

"I'm just joking with you, honey!" Logan said as he set Nathan onto the ground. "Daddy's buddy Tim brought home some cookies. Do you want some?"

"Yes! Yes! Yes!" Nathan yelled jumping up and down.

"Go find Celeste! She has the treasure!"

"Yay!" Nathan ran out of kitchen and into the living room with Peachy chasing after him.

"Hey baby, I missed you at work today." Logan said, as he circled his arms around me from behind.

"Gosh Logan, I'm so sorry. I couldn't have just left him here with Celeste."

"Bunny, she wouldn't have minded. She said it was okay."

"But, she's the maid, not the babysitter. She already does so much, I don't want to pile more work onto her."

Logan let out a sigh and placed a kiss on my neck. "This is the fifth time Emily has cancelled. We'll need a new babysitter if she keeps this up."

"Her mother is in the hospital, Logan."

"Then we should fire her. I bet she would like it better if she got to spend time with her mother anyway."

"But then, she wouldn't be financially stable."

"Bunny, I understand that you're worried about her and all but think about our kid. We need to have someone to take care of him while we're gone. I can't continue having meeting without you, Bunny."

Then, I remembered. "Meeting?! How did the meeting go today! Did he sign the contract?!"

He let out another sigh. " I don't know, Bunny..."

"You don't know? What does that mean?"

"Look, I think Mr. Gold still hates us. You know, for putting his daughter in jail?"

"Chloe put herself in jail! We didn't do anything but call the police!"

"I know. I know. But, he was being weird today. He was having a conversation with my client before I saw him. It felt pretty sketchy to me."

"I hope it wasn't. The company needs this, Logan. The bigger it gets, the better."

"I'm supposed to be getting a phone call from my client today. Hopefully he says yes."

I switched off the stove. "Dinner's ready!" I said.

"What's for dinner, Rabbit?"

"Stop!" I playfully pushed him. "Don't call me that. And it's pasta!"

"Mmm, I love your pasta." He whispered into my ear, then began to nibble my earlobe. "It's so wet, sticky and white-"

"Logan, stop! Don't you dare compare my pasta to... to that!" I yelled at him. My face was now the color of a tomato. He always joked around like this with me. Ever since we got married, he never failed to make sex joke when I let my guard down.

"Make me a plate, please...." he begged.

"Take off your suit, first. Then, you can eat."

"Okay, baby. Be right back." He left the room and told Nathan that it was time for dinner. Nathan came in riding on Peachy's back.

"Go wash your hands," I said, setting him onto the ground.

"Okay Mommy!" He yelled and ran into the bathroom.

I placed some chicken into Peachy's bowl, then made the three of us plates of food. Logan came down the stairs in a black t-shirt and black sweats. Of course he looked absolutely gorgeous. 

Nathan came back from the bathroom with clean hands. Logan lifted him up and placed Nathan in his chair. He put his bib around his neck too. Logan set the plate before Nathan as well. After, Logan and I sat down and began to eat.

The food was delicious. Violet started to come over a few times a month to teach me how to cook a lot better than I ever could. Speaking of Violet, she had given birth to twins a few months ago. One was a boy and the other was a girl. They were absolutely adorable and loved to pull Charles' hair.

Violet, Grace, Beverly and I often made our kids have play dates together. They had a lot of fun together and so did we. Logan even took Nathan to meet Charles, Tim and Noah. They loved him of course.

"Mommy, I'm done!" Nathan said. He was so messy, he had pasta all over his face.

I sighed, then cleaned him up. "You're so messy," I smiled as I cleaned off his face.

"Daddy is too!" Nathan said, pointing at Logan.

I turned to Logan and shook my head. Of course, he had pasta on his face too.

We were walking through the meadow. We were taking Nathan to the play house, along with Peachy. 

The meadow was so gorgeous. The flowers and the grass had grown beautifully. Every time Logan and I came to this meadow, I thought of nothing but our wedding. I'll never forget that wonderful day. 

Instead of going into the house, Logan and I sat in the grass and watched Nathan play in the flowers while Peachy followed him.

"I love our family so much," Logan said with a smile on his face. "Thank you so much, Bunny. Thank you so much for giving me a baby boy."

i smiled at him in return. "I couldn't have done it without you, Logan. We have to do this together, you know."

"Don't worry, I do. He's going to grow up to be a wonderful person."

"Yeah. I hope so."

Suddenly, I heard a loud ringing sound. "Shit," Logan quickly took his phone from his pocket. "Hello?" he said. Logan turned away from me and began to speak on the phone. 

Was it the client? My heart started to pound. I didn't know what would happen if he said no. What would happen to the company?

"Thanks a lot. I look forward to working with you." Logan said, then hung up the phone. 

"What happened?" I said, panicking. "Did he say yes? Did he sign the contract?"

He turned toward me with a smile on his face. "He signed the contract."

I squealed and jumped onto him. "Oh my goodness!"

"Yes!" Logan yelled in happiness as he spun me around. 

I can't believe this! The company will become worldwide now! I can't wait!

"Mommy, Daddy.... I'm tired." Nathan yawned, slowly walking toward us. His eyes were fluttering closed. 

Logan set me into the ground and swooped up Nathan into his arms instead. "Let's go home, buddy! Time for bed!"

As we left the meadow, I took Logan's hand in mine. We smiled at each other, then headed on our way home.
