Sameera was woken up with her phone's ringtone. She picked it up to find Shrithik calling her.

"Hello? Sweetheart?"

"Hmm?"

"Sweetheart, wake up."

"I am up. I'm up, old man. What do you want?"

"You forgot?"

"What?"

"We are moving in today. Remember?"

Sameera was still sleepy. She rubbed her eyes.

"Today? I have college. You can do the shifting at evening."

"Sweetheart, today's Sunday. And get up. It's almost ten a.m. I-"

Her phone's battery is dead. She tried to focus on it but couldn't so she does the only thing that came to her mind- sleep again.

Her once again peaceful sleep was broken by the sound of banging on the door.
Usually she is a morning person but she still is a deep sleeper. And sometimes she sleeps way too longer. Just sometimes.

She groaned and got up. Dragging her feet to the door and opening it. There stood, two monsters who woke up.

And the nerve of them to smile at her.

Both of them took in her appearance. Hairs slightly messy. A long oversized t-shirt and, nothing else?
They both looked at each other.
Is she going to wear clothes like this every day? They both still are young boys.
And her long legs weren't helping at all.

She opened the door fully and gestured them to come in. Still sleepy.
But decided it's time to finally get up.

She went and brushed her teeth. And then came out. With her pants on. She looked at them confused.

"What are you both doing here, in the morning?"

"It's 11a.m. Sameera. Just one hour to noon."
Shrey said and her eyes widened. She looked at clock to find exactly what he said.

"Oh shit, I'll be late."

Both boys looked at each other. Just one hour ago Shrithik informed her that today is Sunday and they are moving in.
Sameera who was scurrying to her room was stopped by Shrithik.

"Today's Sunday."

"And you are here for............shifting?"
Sameera asked remembering her talk.
Both guys once again nodded.

She sat in front of them and sighed.

"Sorry, I forgot. Come on, I'll show you guys your room."

Standing up she opened the room at other side of hers.
It was a simple room with an attached bathroom.

"This is your room. You can keep whatever you want in this room, your furniture etc. Do your work and then we'll discuss some rules."

Saying this she left them to her room. Hers was also the same as theirs. After bathing and doing her buisness she went out to find Shrey and Shrithik holding their bed.

She couldn't help but ogle the way his veins were bulging out. Shrithik being the intelligent boy he is, noticed it and smirked.

"Ogling is not a good habit sweetheart."

Sameera looked at him and narrowed her eyes.

"Who said I was ogling. And I was looking at your bed. What was the last time you cleaned it?"

Shrey started answering
"We uh...last time was....."

"A long time ago, right?"
She asked sassily, keeping her hands on her hips and raising her eyebrows.

"Idiots."
She muttered.

"Keep it down."
She said pulling her hairs in her bun. Her crop top started going up and both of their eyes at her stomach.

She growled.
"Perverts. Stop looking. And keep that down."

This brought them back to this world and they kept their bed down.
She glared at them.

"Keep your eyes to yourself otherwise sleep on road. And Shrey. Remember I am very manipulative. Maaya will not talk to you."

She threatened and brought a vipe and broom.

Both boys have to clean their stuff. Which was actually very dirty. By the end of the day when they were done all three of them were covered in dust. And Sameera's apartment was also. After cleaning all of it, they plopped on the couch.

"Ugh...why did I even decided to make you clean all that?"
She groaned and both boys snickered.

"We don't know. Do you?"

"That's what I am asking, old man. Order something, please. I am hungry."

She said and stood up making her way to her room to get a bath.
Shrithik nodded.

When she was in the shower she heard Shrithik yelling
"Oi, Shrey. Get out man. Have you slept there. I wanna have a shower too."

She smiled. These guys were total idiots. And one thing which she was sure of, she was not different. It will be fun living with them.

"I hope pizza is okay?"
Shrithik asked as soon as she came out. She nodded.

"Without cheese?" She asked hesitantly.

Shrey smiled.
"Without cheese. I also don't like it."

Her face brightened up like a light bulb. And she high-fived him.

After the pizza came all of them settled on the dining table.

"I hope the room is okay?"
Sameera asked and both boys nodded.

She leaned back in her chair and said

"Let's discuss some rules, now. Shall we?"

Both boys started a fit of coughing.

"Rules?" Shrey asked, calming down a little.

"Yes, rules."

"Continue"
He said, gesturing her to continue.

She nodded.

"Rule no.1- Do not enter my room without permission."

They nodded.

"We will split the bills."

Once again they nodded.

"As you know, we cannot afford ordering food daily so we'll cook. And it will be one by one."

"One by one? What do you-"

"Shrey, if you'll let me speak, then only you will be able to know what I am saying."

She said calmly and Shrey nodded like a child scolded by his mother.

"I'll cook on Monday and Tuesday. Next four days, you people will cook. And on Sunday, we will see.
R

ule no.4 and the most important one- Absolutely no perverted comments neither gaze.Just this much. I hope you are okay with it?"

Both guys nodded. They thought she will make them do all cleaning in return of letting them live without rent. But these are some easy ones.
Not all, last one was a bit difficult, but what can they do about it? Absolutely nothing.

She got up and took something from above the fridge. They were keys.
Keeping them infront of boys she said.

"Here are the keys. And Shrey, please, don't let anyone, anyone find out. I have not even told my parents, okay?"

"Okay. But you should atleast tell your parents."

"Yeah, I will let them know. Bye, now. I'm going to sleep. TV remote is kept above the STB. If you wanna watch."

"Good night, sweetheart. Dream of me."
Shrithik said.

"I don't want to wake up screaming, old man. Bye. Good night."

Saying this she went to her deep slumber.

Shrithik and Shrey were exhausted. Girls are really clean because according to them, their things were still clean.

They both were wondering, how will it be to live with a girl. It's not daily you get to live with one.

It was six in the morning when Sameera woke up.
And till 8:00 a.m. she was fully ready.

She also prepared breakfast for guys. She was sitting on a chair when door of their room opened.

Both of them came out rubbing their eyes. And both of them were in their boxers.

Sameera who was eating, choked and started coughing.
Those boys had a good body afterall.

Both of them rushed to her. One rubbing her back and one giving her water.

After coughing for about five minutes she calmed down.

"Eat carefully, sweetheart. And slowly."
Shrithik said and she nodded.

"Um...can you both please wear something."

They both smirked and nodded disappearing in their room.

To say they were pleased would be an understatement. The ice princess was finally melting.

Sameera on the other hand was very embarrassed. Yesterday also, Shrithik caught her ogling him and today she got in a fit of coughing. If this continues, how will she be able to live with them. It was like the last rule she made was for herself.

She was tieng her shoelaces when Shrey appeared fully dressed to go to college.

"Wanna go together?"

"Sure." She said and smiled. It will be good having someone's company.

"We are leaving!"

Shrey yelled and they both made their down.

They were walking quietly when Sameera asked.

"Soo....Whats with you and Maaya?"

Shrey smiled nervously. Will it be a good idea to tell her that he likes her best friend very much.

"I like her actually. I've liked her from the first time I saw her."

"Well, it's not a new thing. I already knew it."

"You knew?"

She laughed at this.

"Everybody who sits at our table know this that you both like each other. Except you both."

Shrey gaped at her. Maaya liked him back?

"She likes me back?"

Sameera nodded and he grinned.

"So, will you take her on a date?"

"Date?"

"Yes date. Where you know couples go and like eat or watch sunset or whatever they wanna do. So you gonna take her?"

Shrey scrunched his nose.

"I have to?"

"Of course you have to. Ask her out today. And there are many options for a date on Google. Do which one you can afford.
Let it be cheesy, extremely cheesy, flirt with her and boom! She is yours."

She explained and he nodded.

"I'll see."

Sameera nodded.

"And one more thing! Make everything as much romantic as you can. She is a big hopeless romantic. A very big one."

Sameera's motive to motivate him to take Maaya on date was not for his sake. Actually it was for hers.

From the day Maaya and Shrey have started talking, Maaya doesn't even stop to breathe between her gushing.
She even had dreams about him proposing her. Not only this, but they are happily married and have two kids.

And it's compulsory to tell everything to your bestfriend. And Sameera being the good friend she is, has to listen everything and get her ear eaten.

She was glad that she decided to ask Shrey. After talking to him, she realised that, he was not gonna propose her soon.

Sighing she entered her classroom only to be scared.
Because Shrithik was standing in front of her.

"You are very lucky old man, I didn't punch you."

Shrithik laughed. And kept her hand on her shoulder.

"That was a nice one. Really."
He said grinning. Anybody could hear his smile.

People sitting in the class, can clearly see that her way of walking was a bit different.

"Sameera, why are you walking like this? Are you hurt?"

She made a confused face.

"Me? Hurt? What happened to me?"

Then she understood.

"Oh yeah, I fell from the stairs. You know my neighbour's cat. To catch. That nasty little thing is very notorious."

"Your neighbour bought a new cat? This early. It died two days ago right?"
That classmate voiced his confusion.

"It died? Oh yeah. It died. It's a new one."

Chuckling awkwardly she went to her seat. It was good that she sat alone, otherwise where will Shrithik sit.

"You make good excuses sweetheart."

Sameera flipped her hair, which were tied in a bun, behind her shoulder.

"Talent, old man. Talent."

He chuckled.

"Yes, talent."

"You know, when I first met you, I thought you'll be that tough badgirl who don't do dumb things and is always scary. And there's not a single time you are not acting dumb."

Shrithik said, voicing his thoughts and Sameera looked at him with a bored expression.

"You are not the first one to think like that, old man. Afterall, my aura screams power.
Am I right? Yes, I am right."

Shrithik raised his eyebrows.

"I thought it was boys' job to be this cocky and arrogant."

"Who said I am being arrogant? Who? I am just a sweet little girl who gets mistaken."

She said cradling her face in her hands and making him laugh.

He was really grateful that she was not how she looked but someone who had the capacity to be enough idiot like him.
