Sameera stayed in her house for the whole week. Maaya was with her too. To handle her depressed self.

"She's going insane. She really is."
Maaya said on her phone and Shrey hummed.

"And why is that?"

"For the first four or five days she was crying, crying and crying and suddenly out of nowhere she's started watching detective movies. I'm telling you she has watched more than 20 movies in the last two days. Like out of nowhere she has been doing that an-"

"Wait! More than 20 movies in two days? My love are you sure you are not exaggerating? A single movie lasts for more than 3 hours."

Maaya sighed and went in the balcony on Sameera's house.

"No I'm not. She is watching them on double speed. Half of the time she is watching tv and the other half she is sitting in this very balcony and thinking something. And suddenly she comes and hugs me. I'm confused."

Shrey laughed at Maaya's cute confused voice.

"Don't worry. I think she is getting over her depressed state. And I'm sure that something is cooking up in her mind. Something which will take away the peace of that lady. I'm sure it will be superb."

Maay hummed.
"I know but what if she will not succeed. Already she's heartbroken. Only that small hope that she has is giving her strength to even live."

Shrey sighed on the call.
"That's right. If she will not get him back she might even die. You have to take care of her Maaya. I cannot come, it's my helplessness but you are there, so I expect you to get her life back to it's track."

"Yes I will."

"Okay. Now I've to go. Bye. Love you."

"Love you too. Bye!"

Maaya smiled at her phone and turned around. But she shrieked when she saw Sameera standing there.

She was standing there with her hands folded and her face had a frown. Her pose was same as when she was about to debate with someone.

"Would you like to live with me?"
She asked suddenly and Maaya made a confused face.

"Live with you?"

"Yes like my roommate. I've got some expenses to deal with and I can't burden my family more. Live here with me instead of that hostel and we'll split the bills. This way you'll be able to keep an eye on me too."
She explained emotionless.

Maaya was speechless for a moment. She thought about it and that was a nice deal.

"Sure. Today only I'll come here. But......which room should-"

"Mine. You'll shift in my room and I'll take my belongings to the other one. I'll be back. Bye."

Saying this she went inside her room, took her bag and left.

Hanging it on her back she smirked.

"Game on Maadhavi mam. I'll get my man back. Even if it takes me years to do so. I'll get him back at any cost."

But before she does anything else she went to her college and attended her classes like she did in regular day.

Maaya shifted in Sameera's room and Sameera shifted in Shrithik's room. She was hell damn possesive to let anyone live in his room.

For the next two weeks she made her life come back to it's right track. She cried occasionally and almost stayed in some different world. But other than that, nobody could say that something like that happened to her.

"Shall we go? We have to do all the arrangements! Come on Sameera. Come out fast!"
Maaya yelled from the other side of Sameera's room's closed door.

It was Shrishti's birthday and they were throwing a party. And Sameera and Maaya had to decorate the cafe they rented.

"I'm coming! I'm coming. Wait a minute." Sameera laughed at Maaya's voice. She was having a cold and her voice has become extremely funny.

"Don't laugh you idiot.
Maaya spoke and Sameera opened the door folding the sleeves of her shirt.

Maaya eyed her and sighed.
"Today also? Please Sameera wear your clothes. Not his."

From the day he has left her, she's been wearing his clothes. It didn't matter to her if they looked extremely big on her. Or if it looked bad. Or if they made her look fat or short. It didn't matter.

"Don't start on this. Only because of these clothes I'm having my sanity. If they will also be......t-taken away fr..from me, what will I do?"
She said and her eyes started to well up. Maaya hugged her muttered a sorry.

"I'm sorry. Now let's go."
Sameera nodded and took the keys of her car. Starting the car she turned off the radio as they were playing really bad songs.
Suddenly Maaya turned towards her.

"You'll not start crying again will you?"

"No I'll not. Ask."

"You've been coming home late lately. Are you........do you go to a bar or something to drink or-"
Sameera laughed at it. Like loudly.

"You're saying this my eyes are all puffy when I come back right?"

"Yeah."

"That's because I cry. I sit on the terrace of our apartment building and beg Maadhavi mam to release him. On call obviously."

Maaya made an 'ooh' and turned around.

"But I've stopped doing it recently. It's getting chilly right? My old man would never allow me to sit on the terrace of a 14 storey building."
She laughed lightly, images of him scolding her flashed before her eyes but she didn't cry. Instead she smiled at the beautiful memories.

Maaya saw all this and smiled. That was all love wanted. When you loose your partner you should not cry for him. Instead feel happy that they were there for atleast some time.

Soon they were at the cafe, hanging balloons. Sameera was standing on a table and hanging a balloon when suddenly her eyes fell on Jayant. And quickly she was down on the ground running towards him.

"Hey! Jayant! Wait."
She yelled and ran towards him with her full speed. Jayant looked around confused but he smiled when she stood in front of him huffing.

"Sorry. I was just..............are you free?"
She asked when she saw his backpack.

"Yeah. I was just going back home. My classes just ended."

"Would you like to come? Today's my friends birthday and we are throwing a party. It'll just start in fifteen minutes."
She asked hopefully and he started to refuse

"No didi. I can't come. My-"

"Please come na. It'll be fun. What will you do alone at home with your grandma. Just for sometime. Then we can even go home together. Pllllllllleeeeeeeeaaaaaaassssassssseeee?"
She asked with so much hope that he couldn't refuse.

"Uh......okay right? Now stop making that face. It.....looks like that of a kitten."
He said and she cleared her throat. Embarrassed.

"I'm sorry. Now shall we go?"

"Yeah sure."
Saying this she led him to the party hall.

Jayant looked at her every now and then and only one thought swirled in her mind. That if he was taking it all in a wrong way because she has a boyfriend.

Jayant was a simple mama's boy. And it was all truly feeling weird. Sameera was the first girl he has ever talked to this much. It was feeling weird but for some reason she was giving him a sisterly feeling. He was not feeling all flustered going with her. He did not feel flustered when she made a small pout and asked him to come with her.

"Oi Sameera. Where were you. She has arrived and we have to start the cake cutting as soon as we can. Man I'm dying to turn this boring birthday party into a proper swag party."
Shivam whined and she laughed.

"Okay. So this is Jayant. My friend. And I invited him."
She said and they greeted each other.
After that, they cut the cake and partied.

Sameera made sure that Jayant drank. She sent some girls to flirt with him and forcefully made him drink.
But she also made sure that it was just enough to make him drunk and not a drop more than that.

"Sameera didi! I love you didi. I've never had this much fun before!"
Jayant hugged Sameera giddily and she pushed him back a little, forcing a smile.

"Yeah. Now should we go home? Your dadi must be waiting for you."
Sameera gritted at the mention of his grandma.

But he pouted.
"No she'll be not. She's out of the city. She went to her sister's house and hasn't returned yet. I'm all alone."

Sameera nodded. A slight smile made it's way on her lips.

"You know you look beautiful when you smile."
Suddenly he complimented and Sameera laughed loudly. Slowly she choked on her laugh. Her eyes held tears and she wiped them.

"You know my boyfriend? Before him no one ever said that I was beautiful. Well who will? I'm a tomboy and look at my clothes. Even boys wear better clothes than me. But from the day I've met him many people have said that. It's like his eyes casted a magic on me and I've started becoming beautiful."

"Maybe because you've started glowing. Maybe because he made you really happy. Maybe because-"

"When did you get here?"
Sameera snapped at Shivam. He tended to become very philosophical when drunk.

"I was here from the start. I really wish that someday Shrishti will also say something like that for me. But what can I do? I can't even get the courage to even talk to her in that matter. I-"

"Look she's calling you. Maybe she wants to say something. Maybe........."
Sameera cut him off suggestively and Shivam ran in the direction she was pointing to.

Afterall she could not handle two drunk guys. She was very small compared to both of them.

Then she turned towards Jayant and made him stand. She supported his body weight on hers and dragged him towards her car.

With a very much struggle did she manage to get him in.

"Don't sleep Jayant. We are just there."

She said watching through the mirror that he was all sleepy in the back seat.
She has messaged her friends that she went home.

After sometime they reached his apartment building and again with very much trouble she managed to get him out of the car and inside the lift.
For she has managed to get their house number, she directly stopped in front of his house.

But before she could take out the key from his bag the door swung open and revealed a very angry looking Maadhavi.

Sameera adjusted Jayant on her side as he was smuggling up in her.

"What did you do to him? I will kill you if my grandson even got one scratch on-"

"DON'T worry mam. Your grandson cannot be harmed by me. Afterall he lives with a monstrous lady. A lady with a heart filled with venom. How can I, a mare human, harm such a guy. I-"
Sameera started forcefully. Supressing every other voice. Even Jayant stopped making the sounds he was making. But she was cut off by him himself.

"Dadi! Why are you being rude to her? Huh? She did not do anything. She's so sweet. She made me have the best time ever."
Saying this dreamily he hopped off to Maadhavi.

"Sameera you're being-"

"What can I do mam? I'm a stubborn girl who has been crying all day and night because a bitch decided to take her boyfriend away from her. I want him back. And I'll do anything to do that."

She gritted out venomously and even Jayant could feel the hate in her words. She glared at Maadhavi and turned around but again turned her way.

Softening her eyes she spoke
"Mam, please mam, give him back to me. You know how it feels to loose someone you love. Please mam!"
She pleaded but Maadhavi closed the door on her face.

Tears welled up in her eyes but she didn't let them fall. She just wished that it would have been better if Maadhavi would still have been out of town.

If that would have happened, maybe she could have gotten some hint as to where Shrithik was.
