Shrithik was getting extremely bored watching TV. Nothing good was coming. Till now he was watching TMKOC but it was also over now.
Shrey was also at his college and not here to keep him company. He groaned.
What should he do.

He got up and left the house. Going where? He doesn't know.
'We'll see what will happen.' His behaviour was like this.

Without knowing he reached at their college. He looked up at it.
'C.V. RAMAN, INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE, HYDERABAD'

He walked in. Looking here and there, not knowing what to do. He was walking past a class when he saw her.
Her eyebrows were scrunched forming crease lines to occur. She looked concentrated. She was scribbling something.

She was sitting at the back of the class. He entered from the back door and stood behind her. She was still concentratedly trying to solve a problem.
It was a hard one. Shrithik inspected her solutions. She was right most of the places.

He watched as she cut all of the thing she wrote. And started doing it all again.
Shrithik sighed. He took the pen from her hand and bent down and started writing.

Sameera squealed as the pen was taken away from her but soon calmed down when she noticed it was him.

She looked at what he was writing, he was solving that problem for her. With the gesture of his hands and writing he explained whole solution to Sameera without speaking a word.

He knew anybody can listen him and if they will it can cause a problem.

She smiled at him. Immensely grateful. She has tried that equation almost ten times.

He sat beside her and took out a notebook from her bag. Sameera watched him. What he was doing.

He opened the notebook and started solving equations from her book. Sameera gaped at him. Her mouth wide ajar.
Was he seriously serious?

If there was a option to not study, she would have totally picked it. But this guy, he was willingly studying?
Looks like boredom can get you do anything, even studying.

She watched him. As his brows slowly started scrunching together. His lips, slowly formed in a pout. A cute adorable pout. He didn't even looked up. So concentrated.

And to her surprise, well, not much, he was extremely intelligent. Every question was solved in one go.

Sameera whose head was on her palm, which was plopped on her elbow, was staring at him.
And to everybody else, she was zoned out.

"Sameera!"
Her professor yelled and she moved her eyes to him, calmly. Looking at his angered expression, she stood up.

"Yes, sir?"

"Lately, you have been not paying attention. Any reason."

Sameera nodded her head and frowned, sadly.

"Yeah, my neighbour's cat died."

Raj and Shrithik both laughed loudly.
Shrithik was out of his bubble before her excuse. And it was the most funny excuse ever heard.

"Shut up. And why are you not concentrated, because of your neighbour's cat's death?"

"Because of my neighbour."
Sameera gave a very long explanation.

Fortunately, nobody noticed Shrithik's laugh.
Her professor asked

"Because of neighbour? Explain."

"Actually, my neighbour loved his cat very much and every night he cries. I may add like an absolute donkey. Day and night just crying and crying and crying. And because of his crying, I am not able to sleep. And as I am not able to sleep, I am not able to concentrate in the class. It's just simple."

Whole class was silent for a minute and then there were roars of laughter. Everybody knew she was lying.

Her professor was also laughing litely. This was the reason everybody loved her.

After the class was over all of them were sitting in the cafeteria. Shrey included.

While everybody was laughing and Shrithik was trying to control his laugh, Shrey looked troubled.
He was trying to smile, but couldn't.

Shrithik and Sameera, both were aware of this thing. Sameera leaned towards Maaya, hoping she knew something.

"Maaya?"

"Hmm?"

"Is something up with Shrey?"

Maaya shook her head in no. She also looked at him, and he was indeed looking troubled.

"Did you...did you guy got in a fight?"
Sameera asked and Maaya's head quickly turned towards her and she vigorously shook her head in no. Sameera nodded her head in understanding.

Shrithik also asked Shrey but he denied his trouble. He was very well aware that once they are alone Shrey is not gonna spare him. And confrontation with Shrithik can sometimes be scary.

To avoid meeting him, Shrey left early. Shrithik decided to give him some time. It must be something really big that he is not telling him.

Sameera got a text from Raj.

'Do you wanna meet her?'
She furrowed her eyebrows and then looked up at him. He was sitting literally in front of her and about whome was he talking?

'who?'
She asked back.

'Pihu. The girl I like.'
She grinned and nodded.

"Guys, we will be back."
She said and held Raj's hand. Shrithik also followed. She looked back at him and smiled.

Raj led her way to Pihu. She was sitting at a corner eating quietly.

"Pihu." Raj said and she looked up. Her face brightened looking at him.

"Hiii. Isn't she Sameera?"
Pihu said looking at her.

Sameera nodded with a smile. A big one. Without warning Pihu took her in a hug.

Shrithik was standing close to her so he had to move back.

"I am so glad to meet you. I like you very much. You are so beautiful. At first I was a little scared of you but then Raj told me that you are so sweet and nice."

Pihu smiled and her phone rang.

"I am sorry, I have to go. Bye Sameera. Bye Raj."

"Bye." Raj and Sameera said at the same time.

"So...how is she? Do you like her?"
Raj asked nervously.
Sameera raised her eyebrows at him and smirked.

"What if I say no?"

"You will not say."

"But I am saying. There are many flaws. She's too talkative. Too much friendly and-"

Raj narrowed his eyes at her.
"Isn't the talkative part rich coming from you? But do you really don't like her? I saw you smiling."
He asked a bit sad.

Sameera pinched herself to prevent her from laughing.

"What if say no? What will you do?"

He ran his hand through his hair.
" Nothing. I'll stop talking to her. What else."

And this was it, she slapped him.

"This is how much you like her? Ofcourse I like her, you little piece of shit. She's so cute."

She giggled and Raj hugged her.

"I love you, I love you very much." He was very happy.

"I love you too."

Shrithik who was watching this whole thing rolled his eyes. Who will not believe that they were not couple. They were declaring their love for each other.
He got really bored with the romantic crap. He sighed.

Both the bestfriends bid their byes and he was relieved.

"That was soooo boring."
He slumped his shoulders. Sameera laughed.

"It's bad to laugh at other's misery sweetheart."
He pouted.
Sameera looked at him and then started laughing loudly. She also started running.

Shrithik understood what she was doing so he chased her. Laughing himself.

During this chasing game they reached Shrithik's apartment building as it came before.

They both were standing with their hands on their knees.

"That was fun."
She said and he nodded.

"Do you want a drink?"

"Yes."

He led her way to his house. Both insulting each other and laughing. Some people gave her a few weird glances, but it didn't effect her a bit.

Voices were coming from his house. He opened the door slowly to find, the landlord saying

"I don't know anything, I want you to leave this house in two days. You are so irresponsible. Forgetting to switch off your tv, fan etc. And remember you also haven't paid rent for two months."

Shrithik stood there shocked.
Not paid rent for two months? And he didn't tell him. He should have told him, Shrithik would have definitely done something. And he can definitely bring money.

The flat owner stromed off. Shrey came out to find Sameera standing there.

"Sameera? You heard?"

Sameera nodded and looked at Shrithik. Noticing this Shrey sighed.

"Come on in, both of you."

They made their way inside. And Shrey bought two glasses of water handing one to Sameera and keeping one at the table. Soon it disappeared.

"So...why didn't you tell me?"
Shrithik asked. Seriously.

"I didn't want to tension you."

Shrithik stood up.

"Tension! I don't have anything to do, how can I get in tension from such small things? You could've told me! I would have done something."
He exclaimed.

"What can you do, huh? Steal somebody else' money? They are also earning it."

Shrey said, raising his voice.

"I am going to my parents."

Shrey said after a minute of silence, slowly. Sameera had to strain her ears to hear him.

Shrithik looked at him with a calm yet deadly expression. It was scary, making Sameera gulp. That poor girl was feeling so out of place.

"You are not doing anything like that Shrey. Just twenty days are left. Just twenty. We will sort it out."
He said calmly.

Shrey made a tired expression. This was Sameera's que to speak.

"You can live with me."

Both of their head jerked towards her.

"What?"
Shrey asked.

"I said you can live with me. I have a spare bedroom. You don't have to pay any kind of rent. And as old man said only twenty days are left for whatever reason, so you can go afterwards."

"Are you sure? I mean, no rent?"

"Of course, I am. If not, I would have never said. So you coming?"

Shrey contemplated the idea. Shrithik waited for him to make a decision afterall, he's the one visible.

"Yes. We will just shift tomorrow only."
Shrey smiled a bright smile making Shrithik's face light up.

Sameera nodded.
"Don't you dare tell anyone. I can get in a big trouble. Specially Maaya."
She said seriously making Shrey laugh He nodded his head.

She looked at Shrithik and he looked at her with a confused expression.
She sighed.

"Walk me home old man. I am not gonna go alone."
Shrithik laughed and nodded. Yesterday only she was glaring at him when he said that he will walk her home.

Both made their way out.
Now Sameera can ask the question with was itching her.

"Old man?"

"Hmm?"

"Old man?"

"Yes?"

"What are twenty days left for?"

He looked down at her, debating whether he should tell or not.

"For the results to come. He has given a exam for internship in Canada. After twenty days he will be gone."

"You have checked the results, right?"

He once again looked down at her and smiled nervously.

"I..ih.. yeah..."

"You haven't told him right? Don't tell him."
Sameera exclaimed and Shrithik nodded.

"Yes sweetheart. I will not tell him."

When they reached her apartment building she looked at him.

"Call me and tell me when you will shift. I'll keep your keys ready."

Shrithik raised her eyebrows.
"How will I call you sweetheart? I don't have your number."

"Ask Shrey. He will give you."

"This is not fair sweetheart. How will it look if I have to take my sweetheart's phone number from my friend?"

Sameera glared at him and took out her hand. He handed his phone to her. She typed in her number under name 'Sameera' which was soon changed into 'Sweetheart'.

"No thankyou, old man."
She said and disappeared inside her apartment building.

It was 9:00p.m. when her phone buzzed indicating a message.

'Good night, Sweetheart. Dream of me.'

She smiled but texted back.

'Really old man? Text message. In this era of WhatsApp, instagram. You are texting me?'

Soon his reply came.

'well sweetheart, after all, I am an old man right?'

She laughed.

'you got me there, old man.'
'now I am going to sleep. Do not disturb.'

'your wish is my command sweetheart. But still, dream of me.'
'good night'

She didn't think it was necessary to reply back.

Tomorrow is gonna be an interesting day.
