It was the day after that. Sameera had her earphones plugged in and was making her way to the theater in the mall. It was her speciality that she can go to movies alone. She can go to expensive restaurants alone and will not even care if she's out of place.

There was a new action movie released and from the trailor it looked good so why not try it.

And coincidentally, Shrithik was also wandering in the same mall. His t-shirts, which he brought, just three months ago, have become old. So he needed new ones.
And then he saw her, blue baggy pants, black oversized t-shirt, juice and phone in one hand a backpack on her back and hairs tied in a bun. And most importantly, all alone.
Usually, when girls go to mall, or anywhere they, at least give a second thought to their appearance.

They will have different looks for everywhere they go. They'll wear different types of clothes when they are at college, home or at a movie theatre.

But Sameera, she wore same clothes everywhere. Just changing once, before bedtime.

He walked up to her.

"Hey sweetheart."

She looked at him and sighed deeply, slumping her shoulders.

He was looking hot. In his white t-shirt and blue jeans. And that beard was not helping at all. If she were not ignoring him, she would have totally eaten him by now.

"Here also? Are you stalking me, old man?"

Shrithik grinned.
"I don't have anything to do other than that, sweetheart."

She glared at him.

"So, why are you here?" He asked walking behind her and looking for some good clothes. What if nobody can see him, he can see himself and he should maintain himself.

"Do I really need to tell you?"
He nodded.

"I'm going to watch a movie."

"All alone." She looked at him and nodded. His eyes and mouth were wide open.

"Close your mouth old man. Might catch flies."
She laughed.

They reached the theater and Shrithik started walking in. But he was stopped by her.

"Where are you going,huh?"

Shrithik motioned in front of him with his hand.

"In the theater. I also want to watch that movie."

"Without ticket? Where will you sit?"

"Oh Sweetheart, are you forgetting that nobody can see me? I'll sit wherever I want and nobody will be able to see me?"

Sameera gave him a duh look and spoke

"And Mr.Invisible what if, somebody already booked the sit on which you are sitting? Where they will sit, on your lap? Stay here I'll buy you a ticket."

Shrithik disapproved.

"No, there is no need. You don't have to-"

"Shut up, old man. Remember you owe me a favor. AND, don't move."

Commanding this she went to the counter. She bought a ticket and showed it to man at the door.

He looked behind her, right through Shrithik and gave her a confused expression.

"You are alone miss?"

"Yes."

"And you have two tickets?"

"Yes. I wanted two seats. You know, to keep my popcorn and beverages. Now can I go?"

He, still with a hesitant look, approved.

"His face was so funny."
Shrithik exclaimed.

He stopped when he noticed that Sameera has stopped walking.
He walked back to her to find her concentrated on her phone.

"What happened?"

She looked up to him and showed him her phone. She was looking at her online ticket.

"What's the seat number? E 17 right?"

She asked like a child asking her big brother who she is afraid of.
He looked at her phone to find a big crack exactly above the screen number, preventing it from being read.

He took her phone and rotated it.

"Yeah. Come on now. Movie is gonna start."

She nodded and followed him.

They both sat beside each other. There were 10 minutes for the movie to start.

"Sweetheart, I am going to get myself a drink. Do you want anything?"

She nodded.

"A sprite or an appy. An appy actually. Big one."

He nodded and brought a coke for himself and a 'big' appy fizz for Sameera.

The movie has already started and Sameera was paying her full attention to it.
Her eyes were opened wide, she was not even blinking.

And when hero appeared a big grin appeared on her face. So big, that her cheeks might hurt.

For a moment she glanced at Shrithik to find him looking at the screen and drinking his coke. She frowned.

"How do you even drink that? It's tastes bad."

He looked at her and raised his eyebrows.

"You don't get to say that. It's good."

"Have you tried this? Appy fizz?"

He shook his head in no and she handed him her drink.

"Try it."

He narrowed his eyes at her.

"You are not a wishful serpent right?"

She scowled at him.

"Don't. I was just saying because appy is way better than coke. Enjoy your waste drink old man."

(No offense to coke lover. That was my personal opinion. )

"Aay girl. Keep quiet and watch the movie. Don't talk to yourself."

She glared at him and turned her head to the giant screen.
And it doesn't even took a second before once again a huge grin broke out on her face.

Shrithik has never been more confused in his life. How the hell did she go from strom to rainbow. HOW?!!

After their little debate on the drinks Sameera not even once in one hour forty two minutes, even glanced at him.

Their was only one reason and it was:
She was too preoccupied with the that she didn't even finish her drink.

"That was a great movie. It was the best."
She said stretching her hands out and yawning.

"Yeah, it was. I didn't know you liked action." Shrithik asked.

Normally girls like action, but it is not their first choice. And from what he could see Sameera loved action.

"I love it. Mysterious and action movies are best. And else everything is good. And dramas are worst."

Shrithik stopped walking and kept his hand on his heart and made a very emotional face.

"Stop it sweetheart, you'll make me cry."

He grinned. He also thought the same.
If someone has a same taste in movies like you, you can totally rock it.

She also smiled at him.

"Sameera, why are you smiling to yourself?"

A male voice came from behind her. It was
Raj. He was the most handsome guy in their whole college. They were best friends. Their story was a cliche one.

A Badboy with dark, mysterious aura who talks to nobody. Sameera was paired with him for a project. At first she tried being nice but it was of no use, so she stopped.
Raj's mother died before the submission of project so she went to his house.
She was the only shoulder he had to cry on. And slowly they became friends.

And no, they don't have feelings for each other. They are best friends.

Sameera looked at Raj and smiled nervously.

"I...uh..just seeing how I look when I smile. Yeah. Just looking."

Raj smiled sweetly at her. A bit extra sweet.

"Don't you know? Like a shit." He said keeping his hands on her shoulder.

Sameera hit his arm.

"As you are any better."

"Of course I am. Not everyone can see this shit face daily."

At this Shrithik laughed. A loud laugh. Raj turned his head to find the source of laugh but found nothing.
Sameera kept her hand on his and said

"Must be someone from the shops Raj. Or one of the people walking here."

Raj shook his head in no.

"It was a loud laugh. Somebody was definitely listening to us."

Raj was very protective of Sameera. Due to his past he was always alert and suspicious.

"It was nothing Raj. By the way, what are you doing here?"

And Raj's cheeks started to burn. He knew one day or another she will know it. But not this soon.

"I...uh..it is a girl. I like her. And she is my friend. I came with her."

Sameera's eyes widened and she squealed.

"You idiot. Why didn't you tell me. I could help you set her. Who is she?"

Raj pointed behind her.
"That girl. In that store. Cashier."

That girl was cute. Sameera has seen her at college sometimes and she is a nice girl.

She jumped at him and hugged him.

"This is gonna be so cliche. Good girl, badboy."

Shrithik, who was watching this interaction rolled his eyes. He went behind her and whispered

"I am going."

Sameera subtly nodded at him.

Shrithik went to his apartment. Their landlord was talking to Shrey. They were having a heated conversation. Their landlord was looking angry but Shrey was trying to calm him.
He pointed a finger at Shrey and said something but Shrithik couldn't listen to him. And soon he was gone.

Shrey sighed and sat on the sofa keeping his head in his hands.

"Is there any problem?"

He looked up trying to find him but couldn't. He smiled reassuringly at Shrithik.

"Everything is fine. That guy just got something up his ass. Nothing big."

Shrithik nodded. He wasn't convencied but left the topic.

"Tell me if there's any problem. You know you can."

Shrey nodded and smiled.

There was silence for a few minutes which was broken by Shrithik.

"Shrey?"

"Hmm?"

"Is, that Raj guy, her boyfriend?"

Shrey looked up trying to find him. He surpressed his laugh. Sameera and him have been friends for one week and he is already jealous?

"Why? Are you jealous?"

Shrithik shook his head in no. Why would he be jealous? They have known each other for maximum seven day. And if he wanted to be he'll be for Shrishti. She can see those guys and not him. How sad!

"Why would I be? Just asking. They were looking close. And that guy wasn't ugly."

Shrey laughed.

"No they are not. Sameera doesn't do boyfriends."

"So what does she do? One time fling?"

Shrey shook his head in no vigorously.

Shrithik's mind came up with a reason.

"Um...is she...is she lesbian?"

"No, of course not. I mean, nobody has seen her eyeing girls. Actually, I don't know. You both are friends right? Ask her yourself."

"You sure want me beaten."
Shrithik shook his head mockingly.

"She will not do anything. She seems like she could beat you to pulp, well she could. But she will not. Believe me."

Shrithik narrowed his eyes at him.

"How do you know so much about her? Don't forget you like Maaya, not her. And if you like her, don't give Maaya false hope."

Shrey sat up straight at this. And awkwardly laugh.

"I..I don't like her. She's s always with Maaya at the college.......so....when I...... when....I-"

"-stalk Maaya, Sameera is automatically stalked. And because you don't have any other thing to do you just look at them. And subconsciously you obsereved her. Right?"

Shrey was wide eyes, looking in thin air. He nodded slowly.

"What about your girl? Need some help to woo her?"

Shrey blushed red and threw a pillow at Shrithik.
He laughed.
Shrithik actually thought that they will good together. Both of them had curly hair and could definitely make cute babies.

"Aww, is my dear, manly Shrey blushing."

"Nooo. Why would I?"

"Sure, sure."

Shrithik was no less in teasing. Shrey is really grateful that he has a friend like Shrithik. Who can kill and die for him. A friend there for him in every condition. There were many times Shrey has lost hope, but he always manages to motivate him.

But don't underestimate his teasing and annoyance. Sure he is good, but he definitely is more evil than good.
But its fine.
