"Hey, Germany! Come and play football with me!"

"Nein, Italy. Im reading."

"Come on. Football Germany. Germany Football!"

It was then that I heard tiny giggling, "Come on, Germany! Lets go a check it out!" I grabbed his arm and dragged him towards the giggling. We soon found a box close to where we were. I looked inside to see a tiny child, "Hey, Germany! Look! Its a bambina! Can we keep her?!"

"How do you know its a girl? Also, you cant just take a random-"

"Theres a note! 'Please look after this child. Her name is (Y/n).' Can we keep her?! Please, Germany?!"

"Papa!" (Y/n) squeaked, making grabby hands towards me.

"Come on, Germany! She likes me already! Please?!" I picked (Y/n) up and she immediately snuggled into my chest. "So cute!"

"Papa."

"Fine. You're looking after her though! I'm taking no responsibility for her."

"Yay! You're the-a best Germany."

"J-Ja. If you say so."

"Leave the child!"

"Why?! I dont see why I should!"

"Either you leave the child or I leave!"

My mother looked between me and my father. Both me and her had tears in our eyes and my father was angry. My mother walked over to me and picked me up, "I-Im sorry-"

I woke up and squealed loudly, starting to cry. I curled myself up in a ball on my bed and tried to get back to sleep with little success. Every time I closed my eyes, the image of my mother leaving me in a box in the park came back to me. I soon felt an arm around me, "Farfallina, whats wrong?"

"Nothing, papà. I just had a nightmare," I squeaked huddling into his chest.

"About what?"

"M-My real parents. About the night when my mother left me specifically. You won't ever leave me will you?"

"No, non ti lascerò mai."

"Good. I love you, papà."

"I love-a you too, Mia Bambina."
