✥✥Arya's Diary 4th page Part 2✥✥

"Where's Riyansh?" I questioned myself in drowsy, dream filled, groggy voice.

The Coldness of Air Conditioner was spiking my skin, engraving it with goosebumps. I shuddered and tried to lean in the warmth of Riyansh's body in the middle of my slumber. His arms were not just warm but comfy as well.

But even after dragging my body on half of the bed, I couldn't reach his arms. I fluttered my eyes open with a lot of courage and strength to glance at him. But he was nowhere to be seen.

I blinked my eyes again and again to shake away my dreams from my eyes. And the blurry, heavy surrounding around me became more clear to me.

"Where has he vanished in the middle of the night?" I complaint to myself. I wasn't in the mood to get up and find him. But I felt uneasy without him, lying alone on the bed.

So, with a lot of struggle and shaking my head for a good minute. I finally stood up and started finding Riyansh. I went to the balcony, he wasn't there, to the kitchen, he wasn't there, living room was in the middle of both of them, so he wasn't there as well. He liked to study in the room. So there was no chance he was in our small library but still, I checked there. Now, one room was left and it was Miracle's room.

I took heavy steps towards her room because I was still partially sleep walking. And I found him there, sitting near the crib of Miracle. His head was lying on the crib ,while he was watching Miracle, sleeping in silence.

I went to him and sat beside him, leaning my head on the crib as well. Glancing in his eyes, I mumbled," What are you doing here?"

He glanced into my eyes with affection and traced the outline of my lower lip with his fingers, gazing towards the finger's movement, he replied," Watching Miracle sleep."

His breaths were mild warm, fanning my lips and the tip of my nose.

His eyes mirrored sorrow. "You know What Aaru? I always thought I did right thing by marrying you only one year after our relationship. Because I could not wait and I really loved you. But now I am realising I did wrong with Dad." He uttered.

"Why?" I questioned being curious.

"Because...it just have been 6 months with Miracle and still, I am feeling like she is my daughter who is marrying someone and leaving me for forever and It's hurting me. So, I wonder how much hurtful it had been for Dad when he saw you leaving as a bride. I feel guilty for that now. I want to say sorry to him."

His words made me smile a little, thinking how adorable he was. But it hurt me too, seeing him being upset.

"You love Miracle way too much. Don't you?" I commented having a smile.

He glanced at me and shifting his gaze to Miracle he said,"Look at her Arya, How innocent she is, how precious she is, How small she is. Who won't love her? Everyone loves her, including you and me both."

"Yes, You are right." I beamed at him with watery eyes, seeing his affection for Miracle made me emotional.

"I am happy, My Little Princess would finally have a home, but I will surely miss her Arya." He smiled as some tears gushed freely from his eyes.

He buried his face in the crook of my neck, pulling me into a tight hug. He whimpered, breaking in my embrace. But he kept his sob muffled so that he won't wake up Miracle. His lips trembling against my neck, while sharp and stinging breaths tore his throat. His wet tears sliding over my body. While I massaged the back of his head to console him. My other hand was stroking his back up and down.

Seeing him cry, even my eyes started drizzling. A harsh breath left my throat. Hearing it, he immediately put his head up from my neck and looked at me.

"Oh Arya, Why are you crying? Did I make you cry? I am sorry I didn't want to make my Little Lioness teary." He apologized while his own cheeks were still damped with the strings of tears.

He swept his tears with the back of his palms and started wiping my tears looking at me with endearment.

"It's okay Riyansh, I am just fine." I cupped his hands above my cheeks.

"Still, I am sorry my Aaru." He said planting little kisses all over my face.

"Let's go to our room now. You must be feeling drowsy. Aren't you?" He stated with concern.

And having my hand wrapped in his hands, he tried to get up and pull me to the room. I tugged his hand, staring at him with conflicted emotions.

"What happened Arya?" He questioned, I didn't reply and just wrapped his waist in my arms once again, pulling him close to me. His heart striking in his chest as the warmth of his body made me felt cozy and sheltered. I tied him tight in the hold of my embrace.

"I just want you to feel okay and not troubled." I uttered.

He lovingly stroked my head and said,"Look at me Arya."

I looked up at him with worry and he gave me his genuine smile," See, I am fine and happy. So, stop worrying unnecessarily, Okay my cutie." He pinched my cheeks with a big grin. And seeing him grinning genuinely, I reciprocated with a smile.

Then we went back to our bedroom where he cuddled me in his arms protectively and slept having his head on my chest. Though, I was already awake. So, it was hard for me to sleep again.

"Tomorrow, our Miracle will leave us." I said to myself staring at the ceiling, massaging Riyansh’s head as he slept soundly over me. And I didn't remember when slumber overcame me.

"Are you here, Arya?" Aarav enquired through the phone.

"No, But we will be reaching there in 10 minutes." I replied. While Riyansh was holding Miracle in his arms.

"Okie Dokie, Meet you there then." He replied.

"Bye," I smiled and hung up the call.

"Wasn't that your same friend who keeps teasing you?" Riyansh questioned.

"Yep, he's that same loser." I retorted with a big grin.

"I am excited to meet him." He mumbled.

"Sure," I replied.
