Arya's POV

He looked at me in confusion and asked, “What is wrong, Arya? You are looking worried.”

I shifted my gaze to him from the bike. “Actually, Sir. The thing is, I have never rode on a bike before. It’s my first time riding a bike. So, I am little bit nervous.” I revealed my nervousness to him.

At this he looked at me and then smiled. He pulled me a bit closer to him. And wiped my hair away from my cheeks. He looked me in eyes. “Are you scared that you will fall off the bike?” he questioned.

And I just looked at him anxiously and didn’t say anything. “Don’t worry. I won’t let you fall, Okay. Trust me and hold me tight.” He consoled me and I sat on the bike.

And I held the back of the bike tightly though he told me to hold him but I was feeling kind of shy to hold him. So, I just held the back of the bike.

And he wore helmet. I didn’t know why but I was getting the feeling that I was fleeing away from my home with my boyfriend. Probably, because it was midnight and I was going out of a sudden with a handsome man.

As the bike started, I got scared a bit. But, then I calmed down and realized that the bike ride was not that bad as I thought. It was more of enjoyable. The fresh breeze, the beautiful scenery. It was an enjoyable experience.

“Hold me,” Sir, uttered from his helmet and I didn’t know why listening to those word made my heart skip a beat. And made me feel a sudden tingle in my stomach for a few seconds.

“No, I am okay here.” I said a bit shyly looking away from him.

“You are stubborn, Don’t blame if you feel any sudden jolt then, Okay”  He sighed.

I didn’t say anything. I was enjoying the ride singing songs in my mind feeling the cool breeze touching my skin. I was in my own vibe when out of nowhere I felt a sudden jolt and I was about to fall when my hands involuntarily grabbed Sir and held him tightly.

And I clung to him in fear kind of cuffing him in my arms. I was feeling afraid, then I felt something, it was a heartbeat but it was not mine but of Sir’s heart. And I realized that my one hand was just above on his heart and another was above his tummy.

I could feel his heartbeats faintly in the start but out of a sudden his heart started beating wildly. And I could feel those heart beats. I wondered did not it mean that I was close to him now when I could feel his heartbeats? And my breathes left my body in slow motion tingling my other body parts.

“I can feel his heartbeats, ” this thought was making me shy. But, that shyness wasn’t enough for me to remove my hand above his heart. I liked the way how his heart beat. It was like an alluring symphony to me. I wanted to feel this symphony more and more though I didn’t know the reason. But, somehow it made me feel deeply closer to him in a strange way. And though, I liked to be alone.

But that time I didn’t want to think straight. My heart was beating as faster as his, drumming inside my chest. If it wasn’t for bike then I think we might hear each other’s heartbeat in the silence. He was my personal human music box at that time.

Feeling his heartbeats were making me do things I wouldn’t do on regular basis such as clutching his shirt tightly which was under his jacket and sitting as closer to him as I much as I could. My chest and his back were colliding with each other and then I put my head on his shoulder thinking I might hear his heartbeats from there. But I could not but I felt very comfortable and his shoulder was my comfort place. So, I let my head placed there. I continued feeling his heartbeats in a silence through my hand. And gradually, I felt drowsy and slept on his shoulder hugging him tightly from behind.

Riyansh' s POV

I was riding the bike feeling the cold breeze touch my face. Though, I was wearing a jacket but it was still kind of cold and out of a sudden there came a speed breaker which led to a jolt.

And because of this jolt Arya's arms suddenly wrapped me from behind. She hugged me tightly from the behind in fear. And her warm embrace made felt like somebody wrapped me with a cosy blanket in a cold and shivery night.
Her hand was above my heart. After realizing it I didn’t know why but for a moment every thing just stopped for me. For a very short moment, everything just froze. I froze, my heart froze, I felt like the bike froze too, and the time froze too. Everything went black and white. And then, suddenly everything became colourful and normal again except my heart.

My heart which stopped in that short moment was now beating so wildly. That, I felt like there was only one part in my body  which worked and that was my heart. My heart became a beast out of control. It was like this beast wanted to come out of my chest.

Above it, her clutching of my shirt inside of my jacket. I felt like in any moment I will lost everything that I own. My heart, my breaths, and my control over my senses which were going crazy.

I could feel her fingers sometimes slowly traced my heart above my shirt and I used to bit my bottom lip in nervousness as it always made me breathless. And I had to take a deep breath. But I didn’t want her fingers to go away anywhere else.

I wanted them to stay on my chest above my heart. A little bit later she placed her head on my shoulder and slept. I saw her sleeping peacefully from the side mirror and at that time I felt a feeling of contentment. Her peaceful sleeping face made my heart like it was made of butterflies. I just felt happy like I have accomplished something very great. And I couldn’t help but smile at this. And my heart kept on beating like a wild beast.
