Zelda Argyros POV

I admit it was a bit of a touchy subject for me, I thought I hid it so well that no one would ever notice anything. My husband, however just had to sense everything. I'm still puzzled how he knows every tiny detail there is to know about me, even the things I'm doing my best to hide.

My phone buzzed notifying me of the awaited call. "It's confirmed, they took the bait." Lee said when I answered the call. "Sophia just confirmed it." He added.

"You didn't disclose anything to her, did you?" I inquired.

"Of course not, but can I ask you a question?" He asked.

"Go ahead."

"Why did you assign her as your proxy if you don't trust her?"

"I don't trust anyone outside my family, but does that mean I have to stop doing business?" I rhetorically questioned. "No, it just means that I have to pay extra attention when dealing with people."

"So, you really don't trust her." He mumbled.

I answered nonetheless. "I didn't say that either."

"I'm really confused now." Lee said.

"And I'm too busy to clarify, but don't worry you'll find out eventually." I assured.

"Honey, our little trouble maker is awake." Tyrone said from the door with little Cia in his arms, and Arcadia holding his other hand, wobbling in her baby steps beside him.

"I'll call you later." I told Lee before hanging up, not waiting for his answer.

I rolled my eyes at how Tyrone was going to spoil Acacia just like he did with Arcadia, she never misses the chance to be held up, and her father is never able to decline her. Therefore she grew the habit of never quit crying until one of us held her up. Believe me it was difficult at times when you have two other hyper kids playing hide and seek with you all day, and no matter what you do nothing seems to satisfy her unless she's in your arms with you standing up with her.

Even though all of our kids got that habit, Arcadia was the hardest one to deal with. Until now if she cries the only solution to make her forget about whatever made her cry was that method.

"Really, Tyrone! Are you going to make the same habit again with Acacia? Like all of our kids weren't hard to deal with." I asked incredulously.

"I can't resist those cute chubby cheeks, especially when she does those cutie baby faces to me." He smiled, playing with her cheeks a little before handing her to me to feed her.

"Just so you know, if she develops that habit I'm so going to bring her to you to deal with her even if you're in the middle of a meeting." I threatened playfully.

"I'll be more than glad to have you coming to visit me at the office." He said. "Now will you help me move my clothes out, I'm going to have a shower." He pecked my lips before going into the bathroom.
I know he missed me bringing his lunch everyday into his office like I used to do before the incident, but I can't afford to distract myself right now because even I'm not sure what will happen if I let my guards down even if it was for a minute. This game we're playing right now is all about having a clear mind and staying focused.

For the sake of my husband and my kids, I have to win this. I have to finish this once and for all before I get the privilege to enjoy the simplest things in life with my family.

"Come on babies, wanna help mama prepare your dada's clothes?" I asked my cutie pies in a baby voice after I fed Cia.

"Yes, momma!" My little princess answered enthusiastically, and my other bundle of joy gurgled something incoherent while giggling as a reaction to her sister's enthusiasm. I chuckled and extended my hand towards Arcadia to catch. Then I made my way to our closet and picked him a dark blue suit with a black shirt, and every other thing with the help of the girls. I put them on our bed before I headed towards the boys' room to pick theirs too, I put Acacia down on Egan's bed, and surrounded her with pillows to make sure she doesn't fall. Arcadia sat next to her sister on the edge of the bed, her tiny legs dangling from the bed, and watched silently as I rummaged through her brothers' closet.

I picked an black suit with a black bow tie with white dots for Eyton. As for my eldest I picked an all red suit with black highlights on the edges of the pockets and collar, a white shirt to wear under the jacket, and a black bow tie.

Then I picked the girls up and went to their room to pick their dresses too. Since Arcadia is like me a maroon-lover, I decided to dress the girls with princess dresses in the colour that matches that of my dress, but that matches their father and brothers' too.

The only difference is that we girls will be wearing the same dress since Arcadia like for her and her sister to wear the same dress as mine. So their dresses will be a mini replica of mine, an all dark maroon dress with a black belt which is so beautiful on them.

I spent a whole day searching for the same dress in their sizes, but after multiple fails I contacted my personal designer to design the same dress but with a somehow childish touch to it for my princess, then I gave it to my tailor to make it. That was how the last week went, I was busy running from shop to another for my little cutie pies. However with my reward being the smile on their faces, I knew it was all worth it, that I would do much more than that just for that mere sight alone.

This week, well tonight to be exact is Tyrone and my anniversary, so there will be a lot of guests. Therefore my my kids, husband, and I should be nothing less than perfection, I made sure of it. This was the least I could do to express my gratitude for having such a beautiful family, such a strong support.

The Second House's members will also be attending, all of them to celebrate our moment with us, as a one big family. We'll be holding the party in one of Tyrone's hotels, one that was fully reserved for this event because the majority of our guests are coming from abroad so they'll need somewhere to stay in. The party usually lasts for two days before we wrap everything up.

Tyrone makes sure to spare no expense when it comes to our anniversary saying that it's a once in a year thing, and that it's his chance to openly show me off. However, and despite how many reporters we invite my pictures never were once posted online. I kept my anonymity intact for a reason, but after tonight everything will change.

Tonight shall carry a big surprise for all the attendees, and I can't wait to officially start my plan.

A/N

Hello, lovelies! How are you all? I hope I didn't keep you waiting for a long time.

Don't forget to vote and comment. Oh, by the way, I just wanted to tell you that I might not always reply to comments not because I don't want to, but because I don't always notice it. I'm not always online, and when I connect I find dozens of notifications that most of them get lost in-between. And sometimes I don't even get notified that somebody commented. I get to know only when I browse my email.

That's all I wanted to clarify. Thanks once again for all the support I keep getting from you guys, it's deeply appreciated 😘.

Until next time, happy reading!
