Hazel's intentions were fair and unexpected. For the first time, she was on my side. She didn't care about the consequences. She wanted to show Max that it was really over between them. She was serious this time and she wanted him out of her life.
To be honest, Max wasn't really happy with her behavior, he was trying to apologize and bring me down but Hazel was still defending me. She was telling him how it was his fault, that he should've never come in the first place.

I was so mad that I had to punch him straight in the face. I know it was wrong but I couldn't control my jealousy. I wanted him to leave the bedroom. I hated him. He lost my respect when he disrespected my father. He was insensitive about his death. He was taking my father's case as his way out to hurt me. He knew my weaknesses and that's why he didn't mind in the first place.

Hazel was mine and I didn't want to lose my fight. I wanted to be the last one standing next to her. I still wanted her answer. I didn't want to forget what Max did and said to me when we first met. I was not about to lose Hazel. At that point, I didn't care about the consequences. I wanted to show Hazel that I was also a real man. I was there to protect her and show her that she was important in my life.

"It's late." Hazel interrupted with strong emotions. "Max, I think you should probably leave. It's over between us and there's nothing you can do anymore. I still care about you but I don't have feelings for you anymore. So please." She paused as she opened the bedroom door for him. "Leave."

Max begged for mercy. Right in front of my face. He really didn't care about my feelings, he didn't care that Hazel was mine, he didn't respect me and didn't see me as a man. He was the man in his opinion and thought that he could just make me disappear in Hazel's life.

Money doesn't make you a man, Max.

The thing that was pissing me off the most was the fact that he was trying to buy Hazel's love by offering her money when he knew well that her father didn't have that problem. I thought Max was a great man and a gentleman but he wasn't. I started to wonder that he only dated Hazel to show her how ambitious and rich he was. He wanted to impress her family by showing them the fake side of him. That was the truth about him. He was nothing but a douchebag.

Hazel did deserve someone better, a real gentleman to take her physically, mentally and emotionally.

Me.

"Hawk, you too," Hazel ordered as soon as Max closed the door behind him."I want to be alone." Her tone begged for me to leave.

"Thank you, Hazel." I thanked her as I worshipped her body with a desperate hug. "I didn't expect you to be on my side," I explained. "I know, It wasn't easy and I really do appreciate everything."

"I want to sleep, Hawk." Her lazy voice dragged her own bed in her mind. "Don't forget to close the door behind you." She jumped on her bed as she rested her head on her white comfortable pillow. "Goodnight."

"What about my answer?" She sighed. "Do you want to be mine?" I reminded her.

"Not right now, Hawk." She declined. "I'm tired and I'll give you my answer tomorrow morning. I just want to rest my mind right now. There are a lot of things going on, I want to change the situation."

"Hazel?" I began."In case, your answer is no tomorrow. I want to tell you that I truly like you and I want us to stop arguing with each other. I want us to be cool. I know I said a lot of bad things to you and I'm sorry from the bottom of my heart. I just want you to forgive me." I spoke the truth.

"I forgive you, Hawk." She stated, nicely. "You're not perfect. I'm not perfect. Nobody is."

"I'm glad to hear those words from you, Hazel," I paused."Thank you. I promise I'll try my best not to hurt you again. You have my word." I promised.

"Hawk?" She called me, using her sweet tone. "I'm glad you're honest with me."

"Anything for you, Hazel." I encouraged her. "Goodnight, future babe. Sleep tight and dream of me tonight." I kissed her small forehead as I headed outside her bedroom.

Sweet Hazel, I beg of you. Please be mine. Please make me the happiest man alive.

You're my angel, you guide my light. Without you, I can't handle the darkness.

Hazel Brown, I need you to be mine.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Bro," My best friend, Jack picked up. "I know it's late but I need you, man." Jack was the only person who was there for me whenever I was down and needed someone to speak with. Jack was more like a best friend, he was like my brother. He was a good friend, the kind of friend you can tell anything to. The kind of friend who can take you somewhere and make you forget all the bad vibes.

Sometimes, I feel like he was the only good friend in my life. I had other friends but it was never the same. Jack never gave me a reason to question his loyalty. He held me down and trusted me with his personal matters and with his life.

Jack Parter was my best friend. A real friend.

"Hawk?" He yelled over the phone. "What's up, man? Are you okay?" He asked, worried.

"Yes, I'm okay," I said, dryly. "I know, you're going to be mad at me for not hanging out with you but I will have time to tell you all about it when you come to this house," I confirmed.

"You went ghost." He laughed. "How is it going? Any girlfriends?" His curiosity was worse than my own ego. He wanted to know everything that was going on in my life. "I know, you don't do girlfriends but tell me."

"That's the reason why I'm calling you right now." I chuckled. "I need your help, man."

"What is it this time? Did you get someone pregnant?" He made fun of me. "Or did you run over your neighbor's dog again? Remember that time." He reminded me as a funny memory popped in my head.

Yes, I remember that time. I ran over someone's dog, I called the police and told them that I witnessed everything. I blamed it all on Jack. The dog's owner was Jack's girlfriend, I had no idea and they broke up because of me.

"Yes, I remember." I laughed. "Jack, I thought you loved me. Why would you do that to me? Don't you care about me? Why would you do that to Jaxer." I imitated his ex-girlfriend's voice. "Baby, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Please take me back my love, I need you in my life." I imitated Jack's old response.

"That's not funny." He laughed. "You're a bad friend." He joked around. " I was really feeling this girl. She was really bad and she knew how to ride it well too."

"She was. I'll give you that." I complimented him. "But someone's more beautiful." I thought of Hazel.

"Who-is-she?" Jack teased. "My boy, Hawk wale is in love? Someone, bring me some popcorn." His tone was amusing. He was really making fun of me. he never thought that I would fall in love one day? I was a bad boy and still is.

Sex was my weakness.

"Her name is Hazel." I started. "Hazel Brown, she's so beautiful, Jack. I'll give her the world. I would do anything for this girl, man. She drives me so crazy. I want her to be mine. I want her. I want this girl, Jack. She's just so gorgeous and I'm in love with her good personality. Sometimes, she acts different but..."

"Hold up, Hawk!" Jack interrupted. "Slow down, man." He suggested. "What's the problem?" He asked, furious.

"She doesn't want to follow my rules, Jack." I sighed. "I did my thing, brother but she still doesn't want to follow them."

"Wait, you're still with these stupid rules. What did I tell you, Hawk? You'll never gain someone's love if you keep thinking about sex all the time. Think about it this way, girls are like peppers. They can be sweet, they can be spicy. You can't expect them to taste good if you don't know their original flavor." He explained. "What I'm trying to say is, you need to learn how to communicate with her, you need to figure out what her weaknesses are. You need to know what drives her crazy the most and I'm not talking about your stupid tongue, I know that's what's on your mind but you have to know that sex is not always the solution."

"What should I do?" I asked, dryly.

"Ask her out."

"Already did. She's giving me her answer tomorrow morning."

"Be a man. Make her breakfast in bed. Girls love that." He implied." and this is the best time to warm up your tongue for tomorrow because you'll have to wake her up." He thought about me eating Hazel out.

"Great idea," I replied, amusingly

"Good luck, man." He said, firmly. "I'm going to exercise my tongue with someone right now. She's waiting in my living room. Talk to you soon, brother."

"Yeah, soon." I hung up.

I was ready. My tongue was, too. I wanted Hazel's answer but the night was still young and all I was thinking about was how I was going to make her feel good and make her mine tomorrow.

Sex isn't always the solution like Jack said but my tongue was.

I was ready to eat my hot breakfast tomorrow.

Hazel Brown's vagina.

It was my favorite meal.

I couldn't wait anymore. I had Hazel on my mind all night, it was difficult to close my eyes when I thought about all the things I wanted to do to Hazel.

She wasn't ready.
