*A week later*

"Uh... Namjoon ah..."

"Hm?"

"I don't understand," Jin exhaled, slumping himself onto the leather couch, next to Namjoon, who was excitedly opening his packages.

"Why are you ordering too much stuff and you used the company address?" Jin continued to ask, watching his former leader.

"No one is going to receive it in my home if I put in my address," Namjoon uttered, then he pulled out a pair of cute shoes from the box. "These shoes are so cute!"

"This is another thing that I DON'T UNDERSTAND. Why are you buying kids' stuff?"

"Oh um... it's for Yeon Hwa."

"Yeon Hwa? Who's that?" Jin asked, confused.

"Um... She's..." Namjoon mumbled, scratching his neck as he proceeded. "Hyun Ae's... daughter."

Jin went speechless as he kept on staring at his friend.

"You've got to be kidding me," he breathed as he sat up straight and moved closer to Namjoon. "You met Hyun Ae?"

"No, not yet. I just... I met her daughter."

"She already... had a daughter?"

Namjoon immediately tore open another package and pulled out its contents, completely ignoring the elder's question.

"Ah, this shirt matched the shoes," Namjoon smiled, laying out the baby blue-colored shirt and placing the shoes on top of it on the glass table.

"Namjoon, why are you doing this?"

"I'm just... giving presents to a kid. Is it wrong?"

"No, it's just..." Jin let out a sigh, trying to relax a bit. "What would her father react to you, giving presents to his daughter?"

"I'm just a friend. Can't a friend give his friend's daughter some presents?"

"You sound ridiculous."

"Well, you're the one who told me to look for Hyun Ae."

"Well, I... hah." At this point, Jin was already lost in words. He let out a grunt, leaning back on the sofa, and sighed again.

"Oh, you wanna meet Yeon Hwa? I can bring her here," Namjoon smiled, folding the shirt neatly.

"You're not going crazy, are you?"

"No. Plus, today Hyun Wook is letting me spend time with her so that he and Yoon Hee can handle the restaurant smoothly today. She had to stay with me until the business close because no one is home with her."

"So basically you're babysitting her?"

"Yes."

"But, it's not like you don't have any work here!"

"I've finished them all yesterday," Namjoon chortled, right before his phone rang. He looked at his phone and smiled. "I need to get her. Sorry hyung, but I need to go now," he said, grabbing his car keys and immediately grabbing his coat nearby before going to the door, exiting the floor with the gifts in his other hand.

"Namjoon..."

"Uncle Joon!"

The voice of Yeon Hwa calling Namjoon from inside the restaurant made him smile as he climbed the stairways.

He watched as the girl made her way toward him in excitement and threw herself on him.

"Yeon Hwa," Namjoon laughed, as he kneeled and hugged the girl tightly. He then passed the paper bag in his hand to her. "This is for you."

"Aw... thank you," Yeon Hwa said, placing the bag down and looking into it. She gasped as she pulled out a pair of new shoes, right when Hyun Wook stood behind her. "This is so beautiful! Uncle Wook, look! I got new shoes!"

"Sorry if I bother you," Hyun Wook chuckled, scratching his head as he patted Yeon Hwa's head.

"Nah, it's okay. I also wanted to spend more time with her," Namjoon smiled, softly pinching the kid's cheek. She giggled as she hugged the paper bag and him too.

"This is rare," Hyun Wook suddenly whispered. "She's never been this easy to bond with someone who she just met. You? Just in a week, and you're already one of her best friends."

"My best friend!" Yeon Hwa cheerfully said, flashing her widest smile at him.

"Oh, um... Namjoon hyung, can we talk inside? Yeon Hwa, go to Aunt Yoon Hee and show her your new gifts."

She nodded and quickly made her way back into the restaurant with her gifts.

"Uh... I need help from you." Hyun Wook said, dragging Namjoon to the side.

"What is it?"

"You know, Yoon Hee is four months away from the due and... It has been a while since the last time we went out, just the two of us. And we haven't finished shopping for our newborn's stuff," Hyun Wook explained, letting out a sigh as he kept on, "and kids are going to have their two-week school break starting tomorrow..."

"You want me to take care of Yeon Hwa?" Namjoon asked, knowing his real question.

"If it's not burdening you," Hyun Wook muttered, almost immediately. "Hyunnie noona... she doesn't want to hire someone to take care of her daughter for some safety reasons. And I can't have Henry hyung take care of her because he needs to be in the restaurant if neither Hyunnie noona, Yoon Hee nor myself are not in. And I can't just send Yeon Hwa back to Busan with my relatives there. It's just too far."

"But why me?"

"I just... Of all those who I've seen had met Yeon Hwa... she's most comfortable with you. Plus, there are seven of you."

"So now it's a fanfic about BTS being babysitters in their thirties?"

Hyun Wook froze. His face was stiff as he heard it, thinking that Namjoon might not agree with it. But then he laughed.

"Hey, I'm just kidding. Sure, why not. I always wanted to introduce Yeon Hwa to the rest."

"But I'm also letting her stay with you. I already asked her last night if she can stay with you for a week."

"That's fine. I'm living alone anyway."

"How about her meals?"

"Don't worry, Seokjin hyung live nearby. I can make him cook. Oh, I can ask his girlfriend to come by too since she can cook."

Hyun Wook let out a big sigh of relief as he heard it.

"I'm so relieved," he laughed when he saw Namjoon frown.

"Hey, don't underestimate me. I can bake."

"Well, if you're talking about your madeleines, fine. Last time, Hyunnie noona finished the whole jar of it in five days. Anyways, around lunchtime tomorrow, you can come by and pick her up. I'll pack up some things for her, and I'll get her back after a week, just a few days before Hyunnie noona come back for the birthday party. So for today, don't forget to drop her back here before eight."

The automatic glass door opened as they walked towards it.

"Wah, this is so big!" Yeon Hwa excitedly said, hopping on her feet as she ran toward the middle of the lobby. She spun around, head looking up as she stared at the interiors of the BigHit building.

She looked back at Namjoon and ran back to him while giggling.

"You own it?" she asked, eyes lighting up as she stood by him.

"Half. Oh, we need to get a visitor's pass for you," Namjoon said, grabbing her hand as they walked toward the receptionist.

"Hello, Mr. Kim. What can I do for you today?" the receptionist greeted, bowing her head.

"She's going to need a pass too, right?" Namjoon asked, lifting the little girl in his arms. "Give her one, please."

"Okay. What is your name, sweetie?" the receptionist asked with a smile.

"Kim Yeon Hwa," Yeon Hwa said to the receptionist.

"Yoon Ha?"

"Yeon Hwa."

"Yeon Ha?"

"Just like in 'Hwa Yang Yeon Hwa'. Kim, Yeon, Hwa," Yeon Hwa finally explained, saying her name much slower.

Namjoon turned to her sharply, and his heart was beating fast.

Just at the mention of Hyun Ae's favorite album.

"Ah... sorry, I'm still new here," the receptionist apologized, as she proceeded to register the girl.

"How did you know that?" Namjoon suddenly asked, in a shaky tone.

"Hm?" Yeon Hwa hummed, turning to him as she poked her head, scratching it.

"'Hwa Yang Yeon Hwa'. How did you know that?"

"Ah, mama always repeats it a lot. I know it means 'Most Beautiful Moments in Life', but I don't really know what it is. Mama always said that she loves the album, especially this one song 'Save Me'. She always sings that one part, 'Thank you-' "

"'Uri ga dwae jwoseo.'"

Namjoon took in a sharp breath after he whispered his line, continuing the song that brought up more memories of Hyun Ae, making him more shaking inside.

"Oh, you know that song too!" Yeon Hwa clapped her hands in excitement, not knowing the truth.

"Yeah..." he smiled, patting her head softly.

A minute later the receptionist gave him the visitor's pass and he stared at the name, smiling.

"Your mother chose a great name for you. Let's go."

*

"Oh, Namjoon hyung-"

Jungkook froze in his tracks when Namjoon just walked into the room with Yeon Hwa beside him.

His wide eyes were stuck at the sight of the little girl as he approached the two of them.

"Meet Yeon Hwa," Namjoon introduced, patting her head as Jungkook kneeled before her.

"Hey little girl," he whispered, caressing the kid's hair as his eyes scanned all over her cute round face. "You looked just like your mother when we were seven..."

Jungkook looked up at Namjoon, with a surprised look all over his face. "Hyung, she's the spitting image of Hyun noona. I can't believe this!"

"I'm Yeon Hwa!" the girl introduced herself, getting chuckles from Jungkook.

"Call me Kookie oppa."

"'Oppa'? Oi, you're over twenty years older than her. She should call you 'grandpa'!" Namjoon hissed, softly hitting the back of the maknae's head with his hand.

"Sheesh..."

"Uncle Kookie, is that okay?" Yeon Hwa asked, fiddling with her fingers as she smiled.

Jungkook chortled, and poked her chubby cheeks with his fingers playfully, before trying to tickle her.

"You're seriously one cute little thing, I just want to squish you-"

"Hey, hey," Namjoon called out, trying to slap Jungkook's hands away but he wouldn't stop as Yeon Hwa's giggle became louder.

She threw herself onto Jungkook and wrapped her arms around his neck, letting him lift her.

"Mama told me that she had a friend that she called 'Baby Kookie,' is it you?" she asked.

"Ah, Hyun noona... Is it necessary to tell her daughter about it?" Jungkook groaned as he bounced her around playfully.

Namjoon smiled, seeing how Yeon Hwa had gotten along with Jungkook easily as he kept on teasing her.

"Oh, a little kid! Hi!!!!!" suddenly another voice shouted, from one of the long hallways in the room. Both Namjoon and Jungkook turned around, and there was Taehyung, running down the hallway toward both of them.

"What's your name?" Taehyung asked, gasping for air as he offered his arms to carry her.

"Kim Yeon Hwa!" she said, hopping from Jungkook to Taehyung in no time.

"I'm Kim Taehyung! You're seriously so cute!" Taehyung giggled, kissing the girl's cheek with the tip of his nose before turning to Namjoon in pure happiness.

"Look at her! She got a dimple!" Jungkook pointed out, poking her visible dimple.

"Namjoon hyung, I'm taking her to the lounge, can I? Please, please, please," Taehyung pleaded, and so was Jungkook.

"I know it's going to be easier because of you, Taehyung. Go now, and I believe in you. Both of you. That's Hyun Ae's daughter. I'll be there."

Both Taehyung and Jungkook nodded, and almost immediately they turned around and brought the kid to their entertainment lounge.

"Namjoon ah..."

Namjoon turned to the voice, unaware that Jin was there standing by the pantry.

"Yes?" Namjoon breathed.

"That kid... Hyun Ae's daughter?"

"Yes, she is."

"I got to be honest..." Seokjin paused as he walked closer to Namjoon.

"She got your dimple and smile."
