Hyun Ae stirred a bit as she heard the birds chirping outside.

Still, with eyes closed, she let out a soft sigh and paused for a moment, realizing that Namjoon still had her hand in his. She opened her eyes but immediately regretted it.

"W A K E U P," Jungkook howled, his weird face hovering over her sleepy face but upside down, at least from her point of view.

"Ah!!!" Hyun Ae screamed, and immediately shot up and their heads collided against each other. Hard.

So hard.

"Ah!!! Noona!" Jungkook whined, leaning against the back of the sofa with his hands covering his face. Nose, actually.

"Ow... my head... YAAA! Why did you do that?! Ah, my heart..." Hyun Ae cried, her hand rubbing her chest, trying to calm her racing heart down while the other hand was rubbing the area that got hit by Jungkook's head.

Hyun Ae forgot the fact that Namjoon was still sleeping beside her, but he was already fully awake when she screamed earlier.

"What happened?! Are you okay?!" Namjoon asked, scooting closer to her as he reached out to her head and rubbed the red spot.

"Hyung, I'm the one you should be worried about! My nose is bleeding!" Jungkook whined again, even showing his bloody hand to his leader, but none of them really paid any attention to him.

"No bruise?" Hyun Ae asked Namjoon, who still kept on rubbing her head.

"No. It's nothing," he smiled, patting her head softly.

"What the hell, Kookie?!" Hyun Ae suddenly asked, turning to Jungkook, who was still on the floor, covering his nose.

"I was trying to wake you up for work!" the young one claimed, as she began to climb off the sofa and sat beside him, pulling his head backward.

"But do you have to wake me up like that?! Sheesh!"

"Why weren't you sleeping in your room last night? Why are you with him?"

"I..." Hyun Ae paused, and stared at Jungkook, who still had his head tilted back, but their eyes met. Then she slapped his shoulder. "You know why, you fool."

Jungkook chuckled, lifting up his arm, only to see his pajama sleeve now covered with blood. "Look at my bloody nose! How could you, Hyun noona," he continued to whine.

"I'm sorry! I didn't do it on purpose, for your information. Plus, this is not that serious, just lay down a bit, and you'll be fine," she grunted, passing him a box of tissues that she had grabbed earlier.

"Hyun Ae ah, you're late!" Jin suddenly called out from the kitchen.

"Oh, shoot!" Hyun Ae muttered, swiftly standing up to her feet then she collected her pillow and Koya bolster, before turning to Namjoon, who had been sitting against the sofa's armrest.

"Hehe. Thank you." With that, Hyun Ae began to run back towards her room, entering it to make herself ready for the day.

Jungkook peered over the sofa, just to find Namjoon was caught smiling as he still staring at Hyun Ae's room door. He took this as a chance to surprise his dreamy hyung by jumping onto the sofa with the tissues in his hand.

"Oooh, RM-ssi~" Jungkook teased, poking his finger towards Namjoon's chest.

"Nothing happened! She just needed company. Thunderstorms last night were scaring her."

"I believe you," the maknae confirmed, pulling out more tissues and sticking them into his nose as he laid his head down on Namjoon's thigh. "Hyun noona's biggest fear is thunderstorms."

"Hah, I smell something good!" Hyun Ae chimed as she closed her door, finally done and ready to go to work.

She walked towards the kitchen and everyone was there. Except for Jin, others were still in their pajamas. Bizarre bedheads everywhere, and she couldn't help but chuckle at their 'amazing' morning appearances.

"Just a simple omurice," Jin said, as he slid a plate across the counter towards Hyun Ae who had taken a seat and grabbed a spoon beside her.

"Thanks!" she said before she began to cut a piece of the omurice and ate it. "Mmmm this is superly good!" She took another bite and let out a satisfied groan. "Hah! It has been a while since the last time I had a proper breakfast-"

"What?" Jin swiftly turned around at her, his brows furrowed. "So all this while, you skip breakfast?"

"I... don't really skip it. I mean... I always have some cookies at the café though..."

"You shouldn't skip your breakfast. I should come here every day to check up on you."

"No, you shouldn't! Don't worry about it!"

"No, I will make sure you're taking your breakfast every day before work," Jin said, crossing his arms over his chest, and staring at Hyun Ae.

"But-"

"ONLY... if you promise me that you'll start taking it tomorrow," Jin said, holding out his pinky towards her. Hyun Ae stared at it and linked her pinky with his.

"Fine. I promise," Hyun Ae sighed, just right before Namjoon took the seat beside her and began to eat his omurice. Then he slowly glanced at her, and Hyun Ae caught him.

"What are you looking at? Is there something on my face?" she asked, taking another bite as she still stared at the leader.

"Noona, you look different today!" Jungkook suddenly appeared by her side, stealing a bite from her omurice.

"Oh? Ah... since my new staff is starting today, don't you think that I should give a good boss impression? So I put on light makeup today," she explained, smacking her rosy lips together.

"Hah... new staff. Yeah right," Hyun Ae heard Namjoon mumble as he took a sip of his tea.

"What's your problem? Am I wrong?" Hyun Ae scoffed, shaking her head as she continued to eat.

"Namjoon..." Jin called out in a deep voice, making the leader turn to the elder.

"What? I didn't say a thing," Namjoon said, taking another bite.

"Oh, I should be going now!" Hyun Ae rushed and took another bite, before passing the plate to Jungkook, giving him the rest of the omurice. She then quickly walked towards Jin and patted his arm. "Thanks for the meal, Seokjin oppa!"

Jin then made sure his hands were dry as he wiped them against his apron, then untying it. "Hey, let me send you-"

"Nah, it's okay. I can use the public bus."

"No, no, no. Let me just send-"

"Oppa!" Hyun Ae cut him off, then she grabbed his hands and took a deep breath before continuing. "Don't worry about me. This house is under your supervision once I leave for work. Okay? So don't worry about me. Worrying about protecting this house from being wrecked by the others and my room is strictly prohibited from anyone."

The girl gave him a look, then he sighed in defeat. "Fine. Be careful on your way to work," Jin smiled, patting her shoulder softly.

"Okay! Bye, everyone!" Hyun Ae waved her hands at the others as she made her way to the door.

"Hey, what about your lunch?" Yoongi suddenly asked, taking another bit of his food when she turned to him.

"Oh, I'll buy it."

"Don't you dare to skip again-"

"WHAT?" Jin cut off, then turned to Hyun Ae with wide eyes. "YOU SKIP LUNCH TOO?"

"Errr nothing! Bye, I'm late! See you later!" Hyun Ae hurriedly said, immediately leaving the house and shutting the door behind her.

"Huh," Jin shook his head, walking back to the kitchen, where the rest of the boys were still having their breakfast. He then took the seat where Hyun Ae had sat earlier, before turning to Namjoon beside him, who was still eating. "And Namjoon..."

"What?" Namjoon muttered.

"Seriously?" Jin sighed, crossing his arms over his chest, still staring at the group leader.

"What did I do?" Namjoon asked, taking the last gulp of his drink as he finished his food.

"You need to talk to us," Yoongi snickered, giving the tall guy a knowing smirk.

"What???"

"We're not really that stupid," Jin said, tilting his head as Namjoon slowly looked back at him.

"What is it?"
