Maya's POV

After a long and tiring shower as I was crying the whole time. I knew that Rohaan had came.The sound of door opening, keys clinking on table and coat thrown on bed were reaching my ears and I tried hard to stop letting my cries out from my mouth. I went out of bathroom and after saying Salaam I went down to set table for him. He didn't notice my teary and tired face as my hairs were enough to shield me from him acting as a curtain for me but I didn't miss the frustration creasing his forehead.

I set the food on table and was going to call him when I saw him cascading down the stairs. I lowered my eyes. He pulled out his seat and sat on it. I served him dinner and sat beside him.  He pushed the plate between us on table and motioned me to eat. I shook my head. Suddenly he pushed the chair back and stood up. I looked at him. His sudden gesture made me flinch at my place. He didn't say a word and went in the study room. I could heard a 'thud' voice of door being closed. For a long time I kept looking at the plate in front of me full of dinner which was untouched and door of study room which was closed.
A lone tear escaped from my eyes but I quickly wiped it away.He has never done something like that before.

Was he too changing?

This mere thought made me shiver at my own place. I shrugged those thoughts and started to cover the food. Suddenly his loud voice was booming in house, he was scolding someone very badly. I flinched at sudden voice and stopped myself from screaming in fear. He was talking about his loss and things I didn't understand. I quickly covered the food and rushed to room. I didn't want to be in front of him. What if he scold her or worse what if he hurt her? Would he hit her? Would he?
All these thoughts were clouding in my head and I was just rushing to room to get under the duvet, hid away from him right now.

I hid under the duvet trying to keep my heart calm. But to my dismay the door of room was opened and he came inside and stressful groan was left from his mouth. Literally I was shivering under the duvet, praying that he wouldn't see me. But then his voice reached my ears.

"Maya, what's the problem with you today?" He asked annoyed.

I didn't give him answer wishing that he might took the cue that I didn't want to talk. But to my disappointment, he pull off the duvet from me in which I was shivering badly. This much that my teeth were rattling but I was holding it as not to make any sound. He kept looking at me. I slowly got up from bed with lowered eyes and tried to keep my fear inside which was bubbling up to come out, to be evident on my face or was it already?

"Will you answer? Please?" He asked stressing the question but still seem annoyed.

"It's n-nothing." I said and shook my head. Before he could say a word his phone rang and he annoyingly answered the call.

"What can I do? Tell me? YOU are the one to make me lose this project. This Chinese delegations were important for us but you useless made me lose it." He said in loud voice again making me flinch hard and this time it was not gone unnoticed by him.

I could heard the other person on phone trying to tell him that they still stand the chance in next meeting but Rohaan was nowhere listening to him. The anger was raising up in him by every passing minute. Like the volcano filling up and was ready to explode and my fear was that if it was going to be me who was going to borne his explosion. This fear was making me shrunk by every passing minute.

He was scolding him very badly. I thought to make Rohaan calm. I was going to put a hand on his arm but then he scolded the person on phone in so much loud voice that my hands flinched away and a scream died in my mouth as his blue ocean orbs filled with anger clashed with my fearing ones. He cut the call at an instant and came near me. I took steps back. He was going to hurt me. I knew he would.

"Maya?"

"No, not again I d-didn't say a word. I am sorry. I will not do it again. I will not. I pr-promise. I know ,I know I had a-already promised but this time I would d-definitely keep it and next time I will not say a-anything in your problem but p-lease I am s-sorry." I stammered. I hate it but my fear was making me do what I never wanted to do.

"For God's sake Maya! I have already told you that I wouldn't hurt you." He said in loud frustrating voice.

His sharp voice was making my legs shiver. My whole body was trembling badly. His scolding were loud enough to make me run for my life and I ran. I tried to ran away from him. To hide away from him, from the demons whispering me that he was going to hurt me badly,  he was same like him. My head was heavy and my heart was pounding. I ran towards garden. I could hear him calling my name and the sound of his feet were enough to make me know that he was behind me.

Suddenly a hand clasped my arm and I was being jerked. My body hit to his torso and a low groan left from my mouth. Pants could be heard from both of us and our heartbeat was accelerated. Tears were pooling in my eyes. I struggled hard but he held my waist and pulled me more into him. My bellows could be heard in his arms but my trembleness was more than that.

"Shh jaan!! I am over here with you. I'm sorry I shouldn't have scold you. I am not going to hurt you. Shh!! Be calm meri jaan. Be calm." He said in soothing and calming voice.

His calm and soothing voice actually worked on me and my breaths become slower and calmness drawn into me. He hold me close and then after a minute he pulled away and my eyes were lowered tears on the verge of my eyelashes. He put his one arm under my knees and hold me up in his arms. I hid myself in his chest and wrapped my shivering hands around his neck. He took me to room and put me down and kissed my forhead tenderly. My eyes got shut instantly and pleasure ran in my nerve. Then he went out of room leaving me in sitting position, legs drawn into my chest. After a minute or so he came back with a tray full of food.

"We should eat." He said and smiled a little. I shook my head but he didn't listen to me and bring the morsel near my mouth. I opened my mouth and brought my face near but he pulled the morsel back and his hot breaths fanned my forehead and he kissed it making me blush. His lips lingered more than usual and then he pulled back with a satisfied smile. He again brought the morsel near my mouth and this time I caught his wrist and put the morsel in my mouth and he chuckled. We both ate in silence then he went down to put the utensils in kitchen.

I stood up and went to balcony. Winds blew and hit my face softly. I went near the railing and hold it. I closed my eyes and felt the wind hissing around making the grass blew and the sound of trees swishing was pleasurable sound to ears. His hand hold my waist and pulled me into his chest making me scared. He pushed my hairs at the side from my neck with his nose tip and kept his face on my shoulder. His hot breaths were fanning on my neck. My legs shivered but I made myself stable. His lips grazed at my neck and kisses were showered making many knots in my stomach.He took me to bed and there I saw his love for me.

The moon and stars witnessed their love for each other hidden inside and they bonded their hearts together.
