I hadn't eaten anything from morning , it was 8:00 pm. Zain was going to come.For all day I kept doing household chores.I was tired and exhausted from doing too much work.I made dinner and resisted myself to eat anything.Then I took a long relaxing shower.I came out only to see Zain laying on bed using mobile.He looked at me deeply making me shiver under his stare.

''I get to know you haven't eaten anything since morning?'' asked Zain suspiciously.

''I haven't''. I said looking at him.My stomach growled and my face became red.

He came towards me and touched my face softly with the back of his hand.My eyes closed at his soft touch.My toes were curling due to his touch.

''Oh baby!! you have to eat.Come, I will make you eat.Okay? Now, come.'' He said while pushing me towards door.My eyes widened at his sudden love for me.

Is he alright? Am I dreaming?Come on pinch yourself girl.

Before I could pinch myself we were already in kitchen.He started moving in kitchen.He took the plate and put the rice in it.Then he looked at me and smirked.

What's with the smirk?

Before I could figure it out, he took a handful of red chilli powder and put it on rice while looking at me with that smirk.I knew he would do something, he would not let me live in peace.

He picked that plate and moved towards me. He grabbed my hands and and walked towards the store room.My eyes widened at the way to that dirty place.I never wanted to go to that place again.I dragged my feet back as he was moving towards the room.He stopped and looked at me.

''Zain, I....I don't want to go to th...that place. Pl...Please.'' I said looking down.

''Okay.'' He said making me shock.

''Babe,don't look at me like that.You have been good today and I am tired, so eat this and sleep on the floor in room. Okay?'' He said while yawning.I quietly nodded and took the plate from his hand.

He walked towards the room.I looked at the plate I was holding.My stomach growled.I wanted to eat.I was feeling my energy level down. But it was too much full of red chilli.I moved towards the hall actually running from that dirty room.I sat on the comfy sofa making me melt at its softness. I wanted to sleep on it not on floor.

I took a spoonful of red chilli rice and put it my mouth fastle and tried to chew it more fastly.But it was too much spicy that I choked and ran towards the kitchen dustbin to throw it.I coughed harshly to get rid of that red chilli powder.I quickly hold the glass from its stand and ran towards the sink.I took a half glass water and quickly gulped it down in one breath.Again I took water and gulped it down. Two to three time I drank water nut couldn't get rid of that chilli powder.My stomach again growled but the soreness in the throat was more than this hunger.

I left that plate over there and walked towards the room with heavy heart and tears in my eyes.My mother never let us sleep hungry.I was missing her, my family badly.I opened the door and saw Zain sleeping peacefully on bed , his legs were sprawled on bed. I moved near the bed ,took the blanket and put it on him.

I took another blanket and pillow from the cupboard in his closet and layed on the floor while covering me from blanket.I could feel the coldness of floor and fate on me.I was really missing my family, their love and care ,everything.Tears escaped from my eyes and I slept on that cold floor with pillow soaked with my harsh reality tears.
