Soft kisses on my forehead startled me awake, her scent filling my senses. How I had longed for this woman to be next to me again after all these weeks. Last night had been amazing, something we had both been craving and desperately needed. Her breath was hot on my fresh mark, I could feel the Lycan inside me stir. I opened my eyes and met the gorgeous icy blue eyes of Kena.

My gaze quickly capturing her gorgeous face, 'Good morning,' She whispered. I smiled, planting a kiss on her lips.

'Do we really have to leave the room?' I groaned as she moved away from me. Her eyes flickered to mine, 'We do love, Cyllene is still out there.' She spoke.

A growl rumbled through me. I still had to get used to the feisty Lycan I now shared my mind with. Leto was completely content with her new strength. She was ready to destroy Cyllene once and for all. I groaned, forcing myself up in a sitting position.

'I know.' I eventually said as I watched Kena move to the bathroom to take a shower. Instantly warmth spread through my body but I shook my head. Now was not the time, Leto growled disapprovingly in the back of my mind. I rolled my eyes, moving towards the bathroom. 'What is the plan for the next days?' I asked her, trying extremely hard to keep Leto in the distance.

Kena shrugged, her hands running through her hair as she washed it. 'We have to up the training, you and Brynn need to train together. I've to set up a meeting with Amaruq.'

'How about your other brother?' I asked her, sitting against the wall. Averting my gaze away from her, i heard a soft chuckle. 'Beowulf? I could ask him. He doesn't really want to get involved with the war now, he wants to keep his pack safe and the packs around his territory.'

I sighed, he had a point. But him being the oldest and strongest elder, we might need him. Especially if Cyllene has a trick up her sleeve we can't see coming. 'You could trick him?' I tried, 'Just say I don't know, we are getting married and you wish for him to be there?'

Kena her breath hitched in her throat, I could hear her heartbeat slam against her chest. I frowned, was marriage not something she wanted? Or was it the fact she had to lie to her brother? I stood, moving towards her. Her eyes meeting mine as they filled themselves with pure love and admiration. 'Are you okay?' Suddenly worried about my choice of words regarding her brother.

'Yes, I just.. never thought you wanted to get married. We never discussed it.' She eventually said, rinsing off the soap from her body. She had a point we never discussed it, I had to admit I hadn't thought about marriage either with all the things going on. 'Of course I would want to get married to you.'

Her eyes filled with lust as she pulled me into the shower with her. Her lips crashing against mine. I gasped at the sensation, giving her the entrance she needed to my mouth as she deepened the kiss. She eventually pulled back, 'seems like you need to shower too.' Her eyes dark with lust. I rolled my eyes, 'I guess I do.'

Leto barked with excitement as she forced her way out. Pressing Kena against the shower wall, lifting her up before deepening our kiss once again. I would never get tired of this woman.

'Finally!' Dani exclaimed. 'Finally done fucking.'

Kena chuckled as Aita hit Dani at the back of her head. Alora and Brynn were nowhere to be seen, they needed time together as much as we needed to.

'How is everyone?' Kena asked Rieka, my eyes roaming around the pack. Most members were enjoying their day off, laying in the sun or just taking a swim in the lake nearby.

'Everyone is just glad their Luna is back home.' Rieka answered, wrapping her arm around her mate. Kena nodded her head, talking through the new training schedules with Rieka. I wandered off towards the lake, I felt Kena her eyes burn through my back. 'Don't worry I'll stay near.'

I could feel her emotions through our bond, she wasn't sure what to do. I could understand her fear of me being away from her again. The people in the lake nodded their head out of respect to me, 'Luna.'

I smiled, my eyes roaming over the group. 'What are you doing here? Wandering off without Kena.' A voice sounded, I turned to Brynn sitting on the nearby rock. She looked much better, her fresh mark and her scent mixed with Alora's.

'I could say the same thing about you.' I retorted, she chuckled as she slid of the rock. 'Alora send me away, she needed to rest.'

I rolled my eyes, 'Tell me about it. Even Kena refused me this morning.' I frowned as I recalled the memory.

Brynn laughed, 'Our endurance as Lycans is insane, imagine you and Kena both being Lycans. Don't think we would be seeing the two overprotective, horny-ass queens for quite some time.'

'Kena doesn't know yet.' I admitted, I knew I had promised Brynn to tell her. Leto just had different plans last night. Brynn eyed me, 'You are going to have to tell her soon, fuck knows how long until Cyllene has her army ready.'

I sighed, avoiding her gaze. I knew she was right, unfortunately I wasn't quite sure how I was supposed to trigger her gene. Besides it did worry me a little to be the one to trigger it. 'I know.'

Brynn smiled softly as she noticed the worried expression on my face. 'Don't worry, at first it was hard for me to accept the fact that my mate was pure werewolf herself. Usually Lycans only mate with Lycans. Only some don't.'

'Can't you change her?' I asked curiously, following her back to the pack house.

She laughed. 'No, I can't.'

'Do you wish you could?' My eyes meeting Kena in the distance, butterflies spreading them instantly through my body. Brynn sighed, 'I hate to admit that for a long time I did. But why would I change the woman I love for my own selfish reasons?'

Kena her gaze send shivers down my spine as her lust-filled eyes roamed over me. I could feel it burn through my skin. A low growl rumbled through me as warmth spread through me.

'Oh dang, just go to your mate. The sexual tension is suffocating me slowly.' Brynn groaned, pushing me towards Kena. 'Don't forget, we train tonight!'

I rolled my eyes, the Lycan inside of me stirred at the sight of my mate. A growl escaped me as a scent hit my nose, my head snapped towards Jennifer. Walking up to Kena, the person that belonged to me, I struggled to keep Leto under control. I wasn't quite used to this new over protective side of me.

Kena her posture was cold and distant towards the threat, but I couldn't see past that. Suddenly Brynn stood in front of me, holding her hands up. 'Azalea, breath. Nothing is going on.'

My eyes were blazing, Jennifer her eyes met mine. Her eyes challenging me as she rested her hand on Kena her arm. Kena growled loudly, shaking Jennifer her hand off but it was enough for me to shift into my Lycan, another growl rumbled through me. Brynn pushed me back, her eyes shifting to the bright green of her Lycan.

'Azalea nothing happened. She is just testing you. Breath.' She growled through her teeth as she tried to hold me back. Kena moved over to me carefully, placing her hand on my chest and her eyes meeting mine. She smirked, 'I didn't think you were the jealous type.' She raised her eyebrow.

'You look incredible little wolf..,' She smiled, tilting her head as she saw me struggle against Leto. She moved her hair to the side, showing off her mark. 'See this, I am all yours. No one else I belong to, except you.'
