I stared at the wall behind Alora, her words repeating themselves inside my head. Alora and I had been friends for many years, yet she didn't feel the need to tell me.

'Azz.. say something.' Alora her pleading voice came through. Kena grabbed my hand. 'Love, I am sorry I thought you knew.'

I took in a deep breath. 'It's fine, we should get ready for the ceremony,' I smiled at Kena. 'We'll talk tonight, okay?' I turned my attention to Alora who just nodded her head. Kena sighed as she followed me out of the door.

'Don't give her the cold shoulder little wolf.' Kena purred into my ear, a shiver ran through my spine. I loved the effect she had on me as I visibly relaxed into her. A soft chuckle escaped her. 'I am sure Alora didn't mean to hurt you.'

I knew that, right? Alora and I had sworn to protect each other, no matter what. We didn't have secrets for one another, her not sharing this part of her life most likely had a reason. 'I know.' I admitted. Kena picked me up, carrying me to our room. She dropped me on top of the bed as she hovered over me.

My gaze ran over her beautiful face, her icy blue eyes took me in quietly. She seemed unsure of the sudden stare yet let it happen. I ran my fingers through her hair, tucking a strand of her black hair behind her ear. I could feel Leto banging on the invisible wall, locking her out of this moment. 'You are gorgeous.' I whispered, planting a soft kiss on her lips. I could hear her heart skip a beat as her cheeks turned a shade of pink.

A soft knock on the door startled us, 'Come in.' Kena spoke. The door opened and a young girl walked in. 'We are ready Alpha. The girls are waiting anxiously.'

Kena nodded her head, getting out of the bed. 'We will be right there, Sheila.'

Sheila quickly left, Kena kept glancing at me as we got dressed. To be fair, I didn't have a clue what had come over me. Something inside of me wanted out and wanted to claim Kena as hers, once and for all. I shook the thought. 'You ready?' Kena asked.

'Yes ma'am, let's do this.' I grabbed her hand as we walked down towards the open field. Once again they had decorated the yard, most of our pack members were dancing or just enjoying the music. Dani and Aita were slow dancing together, even Rieka and Rollin seemed to enjoy each other a little extra tonight.

'What are we supposed to do now?' I asked, unsure of the situation as the music had turned off and everyone stared at us. Kena chuckled, leading us to the front. 'In 45 min it'll be the full moon. The girls will have to repeat the oath, their wolves will be near the surface due to the moon too. If they're willing to hunt, the wolves decided they want to fight for us, for the pack. They will be granted the packs mark.'

I nodded my head. 'And the ones that don't want to fight?'

'They just live their normal life,' She said, 'In safety.' She added. Okay, good. It would be the first time I'd see something like this. 'Am I supposed to do something?'

Kena grabbed my hand and the crowd turned their attention towards us, all anxiously waiting. 'You just be their Luna little wolf,' She whispered. 'As you all most likely have sensed is that we have a few new wolves with us. Tonight these wolves will get the decide if they want to join.' Kena spoke, letting the powerful aura hit the ones around us. Everyone cheered, as Kena smiled. Motioning for the girls to come forward.

I sighed, I didn't see Alora between them. 'She'll come, don't worry.' Kena her voice rang.

Kena made a small cut in the palm of her hand, as did the girls. One by one they grabbed Kena her hand as they repeated the oath. One by one the pack link snapped in their place. The entire pack greeted them as they cheered. My gaze snapped towards the moon as I felt the pull thrive through my veins, Leto growled loudly. She was near taking over, 'Just a little longer Leto,' I whispered. 'I promise.'

The crowd stepped aside when Alora stepped forward, leaning heavily on Nienna. 'You came!' I exclaimed happily as I lunged forward, Alora wrapped her arm around me as she let go of Nienna. 'Yes, of course.'

I helped her towards Kena, 'I am glad you decided to come back Alora.' Kena went to cut the palm of her hand but Alora stopped her. 'No, I want Accalia to do it.'

I frowned, 'Why?'

Alora smiled. 'Because once you saved my life and I promised to protect you until my last breath. I want you to do it and I want you to accept me as your guardian.'

'Are you sure Alora? You don't have to become a guardian again.' Kena spoke softly, true concern evident in her soft voice. Alora nodded her head. 'No hard feelings right?'

Kena laughed, 'Of course not.'

'I'll do it.' I said, Leto growled happily. Kena kissed my temple as she grabbed my hand, a wave of sparkles erupted when she touched my hand. The tip of the knife felt cold on my warm hand, I bit my tongue as it cut my flesh. Kena let out a low growl at the sight of the blood. Alora then cut her own hand, I held her hand as I felt the power surge through us.

'Now.. the oath.'

'I swear an oath of love and light. To honor and protect my Alpha, my Luna and my pack through every phase of the moon.' Alora spoke, both of our eyes lit up and with that the link snapped in its place.

Nienna quickly caught Alora, 'You should rest, this verges a lot of energy as you might remember.' Kena spoke, wrapping her arms around my waist. I could feel Alcione her growl rumble through us, making my skin tingle.

'Yes, don't worry. We will talk tomorrow, right?' She turned her attention to me and I smiled. 'Of course.'

Nienna lead her back to the pack house as I turned to face Kena, her eyes were glowing as a mischievous smile played around her lips. The full moon was almost at her highest. The power surged through the both of us, Kena captured my lips with hers as a soft moan escaped her as we felt the explosions and heat explode through my chest. I fell slightly into her as I felt the softness of her kiss.

She pulled away and I couldn't help the whimper that escaped me at the loss of the feeling. She smirked and one look into her eyes and my entire body melted into a heap of lust, desire and complete admiration. Her lips curled into a smile. 'Later love.'

With that she took a step back as she shifted into her wolf. 'Come on little wolf,' Alcione purred into my mind. 'I am waiting.'

Leto didn't even give me a chance as she took over, shifting into my wolf. Our white fur matched the moon, Alcione pressed her head against me, licking my face. Leto purred happily.

Most of the pack members returned from their hunt as they shifted back, watching us carefully. I eyed Alcione, without a warning she shot forward towards the woods and instantly Leto followed. We caught up quite fast, following her scent.

Alcione then tackled me as we tumbled down the hill. She let out a low growl, as her body hovered over me. Our purring echoed through the woods.

Something in me stirred again making my eyes shine bright white, it took me of guard. Alcione seemed to know exactly what was going on and didn't intend on stopping me anytime. Leto pressed her entire body against her, baring her teeth. Alcione her eyes took a lighter shade as she let out a low growl.

Without realizing what was happening Leto tilted her head to the side as Alcione sank her canine in our neck. Power like I had never felt before surged through me, Leto let out a soft whimper as she pulled her canines out, cleaning the wound. 

'Mine.' Her voice rumbled through me before I blacked out.
