'You are mine.' Alcione growled, her canines out as she slowly ran them over my neck. I shivered as the pleasure hit me. 'Fuck..' I groaned, softly pressing my hands against her chest. Trying to ignore the fact that my hands were awfully close to her breasts. Alcione wasn't backing down, 'Please.. I am not ready yet.' I pleaded.

She growled. 'I am not letting them take you from Kena and I.' She met my pleading eyes.

'Which won't happen. I am yours.' I met her gaze, they slowly softened as I repeated the words. 'I am yours. All yours.'

Slowly Alcione gave back control. Kena was panting, her eyes fixated on my neck. I carefully tilted my head. She stared at me as my words rang in the air, her eyes shining. My gaze tracked her every movement as she removed herself from me. I stood slowly, her fingers wrapping gently around my forearms. Her eyes met mine for a brief moment before our lips crashed together with the force of a tidal wave. My heart leapt and bucked inside my chest as she pulled me to her, her fingers trailing down my arms to grip my waist. I squeaked in surprise when she lifted me easily, allowing me to wrap my legs around her waist as my back was supported by the bookshelf.

She chuckled into my mouth, but I was lost for words as her tongue teased my bottom lip. I opened for her, and she swept in. Heat seared through me, prompting a savage groan as it pooled in my belly. My own tongue danced with inexperience, but she was gentle, even as our passion rose to stifling levels. Her fingers left my waist to cup my butt, and I grasped at her arms for support.

The taste of her was incredible, I sunk greedily into the kiss, my lips finding sync with hers. She allowed one of her free hands to trail the hem of my shirt. Just barely brushing my skin. I was very aware we were completely naked under just these joggings and sweats.

Every time her thumb passed over my hip, I shivered. My world was unraveling before me and I did not care. I was falling hard for Kena even though I barely knew a thing about her.

A low growl rumbled through me as her teeth bit down on my lip, stealing it away as she sucked greedily at the skin. Little sparks of light danced behind my eyes, I felt as though we were one in this moment.

Suddenly she pulled away. Her thumb brushed across my swollen lips as she gazed down at me. I could feel Leto pressed against her cage. She carefully set me down. Her gaze distant, as if she was communicating with someone else.

'Stay here.' She growled. She rushed out of the door, what was happening? I followed her trail outside, there was a lot of commotion I closed my eyes as I let my senses take control, sniffing the air. Rogues.. I growled.

I saw Rieka and Rollin shift in the distance as they rushed into the woods, followed by at least 15 more warriors. Leto growled. 'We have to help them.' She growled loudly, forcing me to shift. Somehow it felt more painful, we rushed after the wolves into the woods. In the distance I could hear the growling and the whimpering from the wolves. The scent of blood hung heavily in the air.

A gigantic force knocked me down, I growled loudly as I tried to kick of the wolf hovering over me. 'I told you to stay put.' Her voice rang through our mind link. I opened my eyes as they met the angry ones of Alcione. I kicked her off me, 'I am not letting you alone. We fight together remember.' She wagged her tail, but growled softly. Pressing her body against me as she licked my face. 'Please love, I can't focus on fighting with you around me. Please make sure the rest of the pack is safe.' She pleaded.

I huffed, dropping my head. She pressed her muzzle against my head, before rushing back into the fight. I growled softly, quickly making my way back to the pack.

I shifted back, grabbing some clothes as I greeted the wolves that were hiding in the pack house. I sighed, I felt completely useless here. I helped out some wolves, 'thank you Luna.' One of them smiled as I held her other baby. 'It is quite alright.'

I wasn't used to the term Luna yet. I noticed a young boy in the corner of the room, tears evident in his eyes. 'What is the matter?' I dropped down on my knees. He instantly lunged himself into my arms. 'My mom is outside.' He cried into my shirt.

'She will be okay, she is with the Alpha.' I tried to comfort him. He shook his head, his big brown eyes meeting mine. 'No, no. She went looking for my brother and sister.'

I eyed him, gently placing him back on the ground. 'I'll go get them.' Without even thinking about the consequences I rushed outside, heightening my senses, focusing on the scent that lingered around the boy. It lead me towards a rocky structure near the forest, two wolves were circling the older woman as she held her child to her chest.

'Let them go.'

The wolves turned their heads, snarling at me. Their attention solemnly focused on me. 'Leave.' I ordered the woman, she quickly nodded her head as she slid passed the wolves. I waited until she was out of sight before I shifted into my wolf. I shook my fur, extending my claws into the ground as I let the vibrations of the ground lead me.

The first wolf lunged at me, I quickly stepped aside I barely readied myself as the other wolf lunged at me.

A loud growl startled them both as they made eye contact with Kena. She didn't even pay attention to the rogues shivering on their legs. 'I told you to stay. So I could focus on the fight to protect my pack. Yet here I am, saving your ass.'

The rogues quickly hurdled to their feet as they ran into the woods. I pressed my ears flat in my neck as she walked up to me. 'I am okay Kena.'

I shifted into my human form, meeting her eyes. 'Besides if you would rather have a mate that you can order around, you can kiss my ass.' Annoyance evident in my voice. She lurched forward, bringing her face close to mine. My back hit the tree trunk as her arms caged me in. 'Do not underestimate my feelings for you. I have absolutely no desire to lose my mate. But make no mistake, when you disobey me again you will beg me to kiss your,' She paused. 'Ass.'

A shiver fled down my spine at the look of undiluted rage and passion in her eyes and voice. A slow fire lit in my belly at our close proximity. I knew the risks if I'd open my mouth again, but I couldn't dwell on it as her intoxicating scent wrapped me up.

'And what if I decided I didn't want to obey your every command?' I replied, my voice a throaty whisper as her gaze zeroed in on my mouth.

A slow smile brightened her face as she angled her lips over mine, her voice low with seduction. 'I am afraid, my little wolf, that you won't have a choice.'

Two coughs startled me as I made eye contact with the unconformable

Dani and Rollin. 'Whenever you two are ready teasing each other, I would like to get home to see the damage.' Rollin spoke politely, yet she enjoyed the sexually frustrated look in Kena her eyes.

Kena dropped her arms. 'Who were out here?' She asked me, as we followed her back to the pack house.

'I don't know..' I answered honestly, I had no clue who the boy was let alone his name. Without even asking the question, another wolf joined us. 'I'll figure it out.'

In the distance I saw Aita ordering people around, making sure everyone got the help they deserved. 'Did we lose.. some?'

Kena her face took a cold expression, she avoided my gaze. 'Yeah. We lost three.' Her voice was emotionless as she moved to help Aita. I sighed and met Dani her eyes, she smiled softly before moving to Aita her side. They closed their eyes as their foreheads pressed against each other. Jealously hit me at the sight of the adorable couple.

'How can I help?' I forced my attention away and on the woman in front of me.

It took us nearly the rest of the day to help all the injured wolves, thankfully they weren't hurt that badly. I had lost sight of Kena after a few hours. I checked the blood pressure of one of the warriors as Aita her scent hit my nose. 'Sneaking up behind me huh.' I spoke, as a soft chuckle rewarded my hearing.

'It isn't necessarily sneaking around, it's my hospital wing.' She stood next to me, checking the vitals of the young girl.

I let myself fall into the chair near the bed. 'It's.. remarkable how young most of them are.'

Aita eyed me, her eyes full of admiration. 'Our pack has been through a lot, Kena never forced any of these girls to fight with her. When Kena fought to rebuild our pack, everyone joined without saying a word. Our pack.. is one gigantic family. We take care of each other. It is why I think your action to save a family you didn't even know, proves that you are the Luna this pack needed all along.'

'Yeah, well everyone but Kena seems to think that.' I stretched my back, i didn't feel too well.

'Kena is a hardheaded woman,' She chuckled. 'She has searched every spot of this world for you, she isn't going to let herself lose you to some rogues.'

Her words seemed to be dancing in the air, my vision was blurry as I tried to focus my attention on her. My whole body was aching and extremely hot. Aita her cold hand on my forehead startled me, bringing me back to reality. 'Are you alright?' Her voice filled with concern.

'Y-yeah, I am fine. Don't worry.' I removed her hand, pain flashed through my body. 'Let me check your temperature, or I'll have to call Kena.' She added.

I groaned fine. She quickly took my blood pressure and temperature. 'How is Leto?' She asked, as she checked her watch as she focused on my pulse. 'She is giving me a headache, she can't sit her ass down.' I growled, Leto growled softly as she proceeded to annoy me.

'How long ago did you meet Kena?' She asked, sitting down next to me. She handed me a glass of water. I shrugged as I took a sip of the water. 'Not sure, three months?'

'How long have you been fighting the bound?' She questioned. 'Just me or both?'

She raised her eyebrow. 'Look, there is no need to get defensive with me. I know Kena isn't an easy woman. Yet what I see here is that you're you got a higher temperature, your pulls is high as is your blood pressure. Everything seems to point to the heat, yet you two aren't even marked yet.'

'Then why do I feel this crappy?' I groaned, leaning back in the chair. 'That is easy darling.' A happy voice joined in, I instantly recognized it as Nimue. This woman had a habit of just appearing out of nowhere. She held my face in both of her hands as she stared into my eyes.

'Your wolf wants her mate.'

I laughed. Yeah, right. I wasn't giving Kena the satisfaction of marking me just yet. Although the thought of it send a shiver through my spine as the image of her perfect body played itself like a movie in my head.

'Yeah well, that isn't happening anytime soon.' I crossed my arms, Aita chuckled as she rolled her eyes. 'The sex with your mate will blow your mind though.' I shot daggers at her and she laughed.

'Go get some rest okay? I will check up on you tomorrow.' Aita motioned for Nimue to follow her to the next bed. I yawned and stood, I was exhausted and let my legs lead me to my room.

I opened the door. 'Oh I am sorry.' I exclaimed as I met Kena her eyes. I looked around the room, her office was quite big. The bookshelf to the right was filled with books with history, her desks was filled with paperwork.

'You look like shit.' She spoke, returning her eyes to paperwork. 'Well thank you my queen.' I growled, she chuckled.

'Fuck you Leto.' I knew it was her fault I ended up here. A soft chuckle was heard in the distance, I sat down in the chair in front of the desk. Kena her gaze flickered to mine. She inhaled my scent and a devilish smirk formed itself.

'What?'

'You want me.' She chuckled, shoving the pile of paperwork to the side. I crossed my arms, narrowing my eyes. 'Nuh-uh.'

'I think you do.' She leaned forward, exposing a teasing amount of cleavage. I forced my eyes to look away, my body getting hot.

'No.. get back to work, please.' She chuckled, returning her attention to the work. A comfortable silence filled the room. I eyed her, taking in her perfect face. Her strong jawline, her perfect nose, her beautiful lips and how her hair fell like a curtain over her face and how she every now and then moved a strand of hair back behind her ear.

She didn't seem to be as affected as I was with our mate bound. I yawned loudly. 'Get some sleep.' She whispered softly.

I pulled my legs up to my chest, 'No no, it's okay. I'll keep you company.'

She chuckled. 'Alright.'

I stared at her for a little longer before sleep caught up with me.
