My mind was going wild...I was lost. Tae was asleep still. We didn't know if he would wake up. Was this the end? It can't be. He lost so much blood when he was on the way to the hospital. I was so scared I would lose him. I couldn't think straight. I felt like I was losing myself. It was painful, watching him lay almost lifeless in the bed.

"Y/n, do you want to go home yet, you have been here for a few days. You need to rest." Jimin says quietly as he walks closer to the bed and stands at the end. I shake my head. "I can't leave. I need to be here is something happens." I say. My voice was weak. It was suffocating in this room. As much as I wanted to leave this place, I had to stay here, I can't leave Taehyung. It was late now. The sun had gone down the last hour. It was just me, Jimin, and Taehyung in this small room. The others went home.

"Fine, but please at least try to sleep," Jimin says. "I will be at home, call me if anything happens," Jimin says softly as he sighs again. I nod. And then there were 2. I scoot the chair closer to me and held his hand in mine. They were still warm. I look at his face. His eyes were closed. He was pale also. I sigh as I rub the back of his hand gently. I lean closer and lay my head on his chest. His heartbeat was still there. I listen to it.

"Miss Park?" A nurse says. I look up. "We have to ask you to leave the room for a few minutes so we can check him." She says. I nod. I slowly walk out of the room and sit down outside. I was silent. It was almost as if my mouth was taped shut. I couldn't say anything.  There were a few minutes of silence until the nurse came back out. She nods. "He is asking for you." She says. My eyes widen. He woke up. I rush into the room. His eyes dart to me and they soften. "God I missed you." I squeak. The lump in my throat grows as I feel some tears fall down my cheeks. He gives me a soft smile. 

"I'm okay." He says softly. I nod and sit down next to you. "I thought I lost you, you were asleep for a week straight. The doctors didn't know if you would wake up either." I say. He reaches over and holds my hand. I gently fall into an easy state. I feel better. He can see it too. "You really did miss me." He says. He seems relieved that I was here next to him. There is a knock on the door. A nurse comes in and kicks me out again. I smile gently at Tae then walk out of the room once again.  I sit quietly with a smile on my face. 

"Hey Y/n, I brought you a blanket," Jin says as he walks down the hallway. He notices the small smile on my face. "Did he wake up?" He asks. I nod with a huge smile on my face now. He smiles also and sits down next to me. "The nurse is looking over him. I think he might have to be here for a while, so we'll see if I get home." I say while looking at him. He nods. "Take care of yourself though please, we can't have you getting sick." He says. I smile and nod. He ruffles my hair. 

"I'm gonna leave you two alone, I will bring the others tomorrow," Jin says as he stands up. I nod. He winks before he turns around and walks down the long hallway once again. I watch as the nurse pulls open the door. She nods as I get up to go back in, the blanket in my hand. "Hey, I have to stay here for like a week longer." He says with a sad expression. I purse my lips then smile at him. "It will be okay. I will wait." I say. I walk over and sit on the chair next to my bed once again. I hold his hand. It's warm again.

"Are you cold?" I ask him. He shakes his head. For some reason, I feel sad and tearful. My hands are shaking as the memory of the boys running into our house and attacking us. Tae puts his other hand over mine. His eyes are tender. "What's wrong?" He asks. I gulp. "I-I just remembered last week when we were attacked," I say softly. He looks me in the eyes. "Everything is okay...please trust me okay?" He says. I nod. The warmth of his hand on mine sends warmth down my back. He chuckles. "It felt like only a few seconds while I was asleep." He says while looking up at the ceiling.

"I heard voices though. I heard you crying for me but I thought it was all just a dream because that's what it felt like at first. I think I felt your touch also. It felt good though." He says. I nod. "I was here the whole time. I couldn't leave you." I say softly. He nods. "I know. You needed rest though." He says. I sigh. "I slept next to you every night. My head was always laying right there." I say as I point to a spot on the bed where I would lay my head. He chuckles. "You're so cute." He says, stroking my hair gently. "Don't ever do that again okay?"  I say. He nods. "I will live forever in your hand's princess." He says and rubs circles on the back of my hand. I was in love with this man. I really was. "I love you..." I say. 

"I love you more..." Tae says softly. He pats the spot next to him and spreads his arms out. I smile and crawl in next to him. He wraps his arms around my waist and pulls me closer. He kisses my forehead before we both fall into a deep sleep in each other's arms.
