"What do you want Jimin?"

Jungkook turned and Jimin, who was literally breathing on his neck bumped into him.

"One session on free kicks and pass accuracy, please?", Jimin held his hands and smiled, "I'll treat you to Cosmos if you do help me."

"What is your coach getting paid for, if you're here pestering me?", Jungkook retorted and Jimin hid his gritted teeth behind a smile.

"Because you're the best!", Jimin squealed although cringing internally, "There's no one who could do it like you."

Jungkook rolled eyes and swatted Jimin's hands, "Sorry but no. I don't have time for that."

"Please--"

"No."

"Just once--"

"No!"

Before Jimin could beg further Jungkook ran away.

"Yoongi?", Jungkook squinted eyes at the said man.

"Hey! As you know we share the same class for Economics and you did pretty well in the last test, would you please tutor me?", with utter pain Yoongi managed to speak.

"Excuse me, what?"

"Uh I mean, I couldn't understand a particular topic, would you mind explaining?", Yoongi prayed to God of heavens for Jungkook to agree.

"Oh that, the guy who got the highest score is my friend. I'll refer you to him. He'd definitely clear your doubts.", Jungkook smiled.

"Oh.. Okay..", Yoongi sighed, "Thanks."

"No worries dude.". Jungkook said before walking away.

"Y/N, come here!", Sasha yelled from somewhere and you padded outside your room to find her hiding behind a door.

"Look there!", she pointed towards the glassless window on the opposite side. You looked over to see a boy climbing in from the window and typing on his phone.

You rolled eyes, "Sash, this is not the first time we've witnessed this. Boys often come here, what's getting you so excited?"

Sasha sighed, "I wonder how would sneaking  around feel..."

You looked your roommate in disbelief, "Thank God, Hoseok is older than you or I wouldn't know what scenes you'd rope him into if he was in the uni."

She scoffed, "Yeah right too mature for me."

"Hey, you met Hoseok  before I got enrolled into the dorm right?", you asked.

"Yeah, my previous roommate had to drop out of the uni for some reason so you got the vacant spot on applying.", Sasha recalled, "Well, for us, I met Hoseok coincidentally, of course all the soulmates meet that way."

You both walked back your shared room as she continued, "I collided with him when I was submitting the form of my subjects to the department head. He had came to the office to submit his brother's list."

"Hoseok has a brother?", you sat on her bed and pulled her beside you, "Same department as yours?"

"Yeah."

"Nice."

"You want me to introduce you to him?", Sasha smiled smugly and you groaned.

"No thanks. I'm about to meet my soulmate."

"What? Spill more tea! Come on"

You groaned again, "Jesus, stop over reacting. I don't know, it's just a feeling."

"Honey, everything about soulmates are feelings and signs!", she chirped in and side hugged you, "So who's the one?"

"Not now Sash. Let me get confirmed myself." you snuggled into her embrace, "Tell me, what was your lack of ability."

"I couldn't recognize the colour blue, any shades of blue that is.", she said caressing the blue plushy in your hands.

"What about Hoseok?"

"The colour green. But now that he sees, it has become his favourite colour.", she giggled.

"I'm scared Sash.", you spoke seriously, "What if my soulmate wouldn't want me?"

"Hey look at me.", you sat up straight and she held your arms, "I was also scared about this. People can and do reject their soulmates. But that's so rare Y/N."

"Yeah but what if..."

"Universe can't always be right Y/N. I've seen cases where people who got rejected, found a new soulmate and are living happily. If something like this happens, two things can happen.", she took a deep breath.

"What?"

"Listen to me carefully. Suppose your soulmate rejects you. First case, you'll move on and find another one. Second case, you may not move on."

"What happens to the person who reject their soulmate?", you stilled in her hold waiting for her answer.

"Y/N, understand this thing, everything about soulmates is a two way process. Action and reaction. Pros and cons. Everything. If your soulmate rejects you, he won't find another one until you find one. If he already loves someone else then you'll move on and find another one soon expectedly. But..."

"Don't stop. But what?"

"Rejection doesn't always work. Maybe you both could part ways but if your fate plays you'll fall back to each other, sooner or later."

"Wow, the person who gets rejected has no advantage it seems.", you chastised.

"Remember, the one who rejects will always suffer more than the one who gets rejected.", Sasha gave right lipped smile, "And it's not worth mentioning."

"Tell me please... Sash please for the sake of times when I saved you from Matron Hwang.", you urged her and Sasha being a simple girl had no choice but to give in.

"If the bond is strong it can't be broken. You may not realize it at the moment but it would do everything to pull you both back. The case studies say that the rejection may partially work for time being but with the bond power, you'd keep meeting your soulmate. And the time until you get back to your soulmate, you both would suffer. One less, the other more."

"Suffer how? If my soulmate rejects me, I may try to convince him but if he still wouldn't want me, I'd make sure that by no means do I have to see him again.", you huffed, "Why should I suffer if I'm the one getting rejected?"

Sasha smiled.

"What?", you asked and she shook head.

"Sash?"

"The universe works interestingly,Y/N. You never know what might happen.", she ruffled your hair, "You would have no control over your emotions. Soulmate bond would cause suffering and pain. Seeing your soulmate suffer would pain you but even if you'd try to wrap things under your control, you won't be able to. Nothing comes in void of those two. You might think that none of what I said makes sense. But you'd understand if the situation comes.", she said the words with the implied meanings underneath.

"You're scary as fuck. How do you know all this?"

"I've done a lot of research about it before I met Hoseok.", she laughed, "Knew it would come handy someday."

And you didn't pry into the matter anymore.
