RIIIINNGGGGGGGG!!!

Luna rolled onto her side to snooze her alarm. She slowly opened her eyes and her lips form a smile.

It was only one date, but Luna hadn't felt this way in a while; the butterflies fluttering in her stomach and the uncontrollable smiles. 'Do I like him?' Luna isn't too sure of the feeling she was having. She excitedly sat up and walked to the bathroom to get ready for the day.

It is 6:30am.

"You're up early," Maria said when she saw Luna walk down the stairs.

"I wanted an early start today."

"Looks like you had a nice dinner last night."

"He was really nice-- oh! Yeah. The dinner was really nice." Luna giggled.

Luna ate her breakfast and went out for the day. She had planned a date with a girlfriend; Naia. They met at a little café in town.

"Tell me about the date!" Naia said excitedly when she saw Luna.

"How'd you know about the date?" Luna hasn't told anyone.

"You were too busy flirting with that handsome fellow yesterday at the charity that you didn't even notice me!"

Luna chuckled. She began playing with a strand of her hair and started giving details about last night. "I had a really nice evening," Luna said at the end. She couldn't help but smile.

"You are totally into Noah!" Luna smiled shyly and then stopped. She made a funny face.

"You know who he is?"

Naia made a "duh" face. "Yeah! Noah Vandin." Luna realized she doesn't even know his last name. "The son of Pierce Vandin, heir to Vandin Enterprises." Luna still had her funny face on.

Luna didn't bother with the work that her parents' did. She wasn't first in line for the Rose Industries so she didn't really care for the business. Her older sisters are invested in the company though; being more business-like than Luna.

'Vandin... why does it sound familiar? Duh, my parents are in business with the Vandins.' "Oh..." Luna suddenly got curious—about Grayson. 'I shouldn't,' Luna had an inner fight with herself about whether or not she should ask Naia about Grayson.

"What else do you want to know?" Naia asked. "I know that face." She smirked.

"Uh... um... no. It's okay."

"What is it? You know you're going to die if you don't ask." That's true; Luna becomes very fidgety when she has a question but doesn't let it out.

"Who's Grayson?"

"Grayson Diamond?"

"I don't know his last name. he's friends with Noah."

"That's Grayson Dia—"

"Never mind. You don't have to tell me."

"Grayson Diamond. He's the son of Donovan and Grace Diamond, heir to Diamond Industries. He's best friends with Noah Vandin." Naia stared at Luna. "Do you have the hots for your date's best friend?!"

"No I don't!" Luna denied, playing with her cup. 'Do I?'

"Oh yes you do!" Naia exclaimed and started laughing. So many thoughts started flooding Luna's mind.

"Do I?"
