Y/n woke up by a knock on the door. She groggily rose her head from the mound of cushions on the sofa where she had fallen asleep and lazily turned towards the door, her hands rubbing at the sleep in her eyes, trying to make herself feel a little more awake.
A second knock came, making Y/n quickly shuffle for her slippers.

"I'm coming, I'm coming" Y/n groaned, slipping on her footwear and moving to the door, her hand fumbling with the key for a second before managing to open it.

"Mr. Aizawa?" Y/n asked, cocking an eyebrow at her teacher. She moved to the side so he could come in to her house, her hand going to the back of her neck and scratching it awkwardly. Her teacher gave her a small bow and moved in, briefly looking around the living room before turning his gaze to his student.

"I know this is probably not the best time, but I'm glad you're back L/n" he said, forcing the corner of his lips up. Being her teacher and the closest thing to a parental figure she had after her mother, he was obviously informed of everything that had happened and about her current situation.
Y/n closed the door behind them and mentioned for him to sit at the table in the kitchen, walking past the living room, Aizawa following behind.

"I'm sorry for presenting myself like this sensei... I just woke up" Y/n explained, eyeing the time that said it was 10.30 am.

"It's alright L/n, I gathered you had quite the rough night" he said as he sat down in one of the chairs. Y/n moved to the kettle and pointed at it questioningly, to which Aizawa nodded. She took out two cups and put water in the kettle to heat up.

"So, I know you didn't come here to tell me I had a rough night. What is it?" Y/n asked, sitting on the counter in the kitchen, her feet softly dangling in the air.
Aizawa locked his hands together, getting to the point.

"We have installed a dorm system in UA. After the recent events, we would like to move you in to school grounds as soon as possible. In your classmates' cases, I asked permission to their parents for all of you to be moved in, but your case is different" Aizawa explained "Not having your mother...here, we will be informing her about your transfer, but you are officially under school custody".

"So you're saying... you'll be my daddy?" Y/n winked.

Wait... that came out very wrong. I meant as a parent I swear. Or did I?

Y/n's face turned a deep red as Aizawa just gently placed his face in his hand, trying to ignore her comment.
She poured the two cups of tea and handed one to her teacher as she mumbled a 'that came out wrong' to which Aizawa breathed a 'yeah, no shit'.

After an awkward silent minute, Aizawa spoke up once again, sipping his tea.

"The dorms will be ready in three days, so please get your things packed by then"

"Aizawa-sensei?"

"Yes?"

"Do you care?" she asked, turning her gaze towards her teacher, who scrunched up his eyebrows at the question.

"About what?"

"About my quirk well, not being mine" Y/n pondered. She had come to terms with the fact that apparently she hadn't been originally destined to have this quirk, but the doubt that she was not worthy of being a hero due to this, irked her.

"No. It's not how you got your quirk that counts" Aizawa replied, his monotone voice weirdly comforting "It's what you do with it. You better keep thriving to be the hero you were born to become". He finished his tea and set the cup on the table, before bowing at her once again.

"Thank you for your time L/n. Remember, three days and we'll be moving you in" Aizawa said and turned to leave "I'll let myself out" and with that he was gone.
Y/n pondered on her teacher's words for a while before eventually hopping down off the counter and cleaning up the kettle and washing the cups.

A flashback of last night suddenly invaded her mind, the feeling of Shoto's lips on hers coming back to her. Her face turned red once again as her eyes widened, only now remembering the occurence from the evening before.

Did that really happen? Or did I dream that?

Her hand slapped over her mouth, confirming to herself that it had really happened. She ran upstairs and grabbed her phone, immediately dialling Mina's number and begging she'd pick up.

"Y/NNNN" Mina shouted in her ear, making the girl flinch.

"I'm so glad you're ok" she said, toning down the volume of her voice. Y/n laughed out loud, happy that she could speak to her friend once again.

"Did you hear? We'll be living together!" Mina cheered, Y/n could practically hear the smile in her voice. To be honest, it felt quite exciting to Y/n too.

Maybe it won't be that bad living with my classmates. I'll also get to leave this house behind for a while...

"Yeah, Aizawa-sensei just came over. And I may have called him daddy by accident, BUT THAT IS BESIDE THE POINT"

"Y/n, how the hell do you call someone daddy by accident?" Mina asked, taking a few seconds to process the information.

"Don't ask. But, I do have something to tell you" Y/n grinned, hopping on the spot as she relived the scene in her head.

"What is it?" Mina asked, getting excited too.

"Shoto came by yesterday..."

"DID YOU GUYS, YOU KNOW? DO THE DO?" she shouted once again, getting overly happy. Y/n rolled her eyes, but her smile never left her face.

"No, but he did kiss me" she mumbled, immediately receiving a squeal from the other side of the phone.

"This. Is. HUGE" Mina exclaimed, but then went silent for a few seconds "Oh. Sucks to be Momo" she said, before going off in a fit of laughter. Y/n pinched the bridge of her nose, slightly feeling sorry for the girl with the raven hair.

"Mina, I don't know if Shoto wants people to know though, so please don't tell anyone" Y/n warned, realising she had just told some huge gossip to the most gossip girl in the class. But she trusted Mina.

They chatted for a bit more, Mina making remarks about her and Shoto and how they'd be living in such close quarters that she was worried she'd be becoming an aunt by the end of the year and Y/n saying that that was ridiculous and they had literally only kissed once.
Eventually the conversation was closed and Y/n had gone to preparing a list of everything she would be packing to move in to the dorms.

--

It had been three days. Y/n looked at her phone for probably the tenth time in the past hour and groaned frustrated as it produced the same result as every other time. No notifications.
Shoto and her hadn't spoken since he had awkwardly left her house, four nights ago and she had spent the past three days constantly checking her phone, hoping that the weird boy would initiate some kind of conversation with her.
Y/n sighed as she watched the movers take her boxes and put them in the small van bringing her things to the newly constructed dorms. She put her phone in her pocket and looked behind her, sliding her bag on to her back. She gave everything one more glance before closing the door and locking it, stuffing the key inside the bag.

"Well you can't pretend like I don't exist if we live together" Y/n told herself, walking to the bus stop for what would be the last time for quite a while, planning on meeting the movers at the dorms.

--

Shoto jumped up from his bed as he heard his phone bling, grabbing it and turning the screen on, pleading Y/n hadn't freaked out because of what he had done a few days ago and was finally texting him.

Midoriya: Todoroki, do you have an extra pair of slippers to bring to the new dorms? I can't seem to find mine

The boy unlocked his phone, his heart settling back in his chest calmly as he realised the message wasn't from Y/n.

Todoroki: Yes, Midoriya. I'll bring them with me

Midoriya: Thanks :)

Shoto locked his phone screen once again and placed his phone on the bedside table. He stretched his arms over his head and got up. Most of his room was empty, many of the things were packed away.
Fuyumi slid open his door a fraction and peeked in, seeing her baby brother rub his eye as he shuffled towards her.

"Good morning Shoto" she smiled, letting him through. He gave her a small nod and moved towards the bathroom, his clothes for the day in hand.
She smiled as she watched his retreating body.

He looks more like a proper teenager now

--

Y/n was greeted by Aizawa standing at the main entrance of their new dorms.

"No way! We'll be living here?" Y/n exclaimed, looking at the building. Aizawa nodded, glad she seemed excited about it. He was surprised she didn't look more shaken up by everything that had happened and with all that information being thrown in her face.

She's a lot stronger than I would have ever expected

"You're the first one here" Aizawa said.

"Does that mean I get to choose my room first?" Y/n's eyes glistened as she already imagined rummaging through all the rooms to find the perfect one.

"No"

"Oh"

Aizawa motioned for her to wait and slowly, her classmates also started to arrive. Kaminari was surprisingly one of the first to get there. When he did he literally screamed Y/n's name as he saw her, running to her and engulfing her in a big hug, lightly zapping her.

"Noooo Denki, you'll get me all poofy if you charge me like that" Y/n complained, prying the boy away, but giving him a big smile.
One by one the others met up with her, Denki and Shoji, which had been the first ones there. Everyone had something to ask Y/n, while the ones that had already seen her just greeted each other with simple hellos and quick hugs. Y/n looked around the small crowd of students, looking for a certain red and white haired boy, hoping to get in a 'hello' at least, the image of him lowering his face to hers still pounding in her mind.
Eventually she noticed the desired boy walking their way, his hands in his pockets, followed by Izuku. Their gazes immediately crossed and Shoto's cheeks blushed a bright shade of pink, which didn't go unnoticed by Aizawa.
Y/n sent the boy a small wave and a tiny smile, which he replied to with a nod of his head, his gaze fixating on the tiles on the floor.

Once everyone had gathered, Aizawa started off by greeting them, but then ended up scolding most of them, apart from Y/n, Bakugo, Jirou and Hagakure, because of their very dangerous behaviour. Eventually he got to the part which everyone was waiting for.

"Ok, these will be the dorms for the time being" he said, showing them a folder, one floor printed on each paper.

Shoto looked over the sheet of paper, his gaze wandering over to Bakugo, his fist unconsciously clenching the paper just a little tighter.

"Uh, Todoroki?" Tokoyami questioned, his hand raised so he could see where his room was. Shoto briefly apologized before handing him the slightly crumpled up sheet and turning his gaze back to the floor.
Aizawa put a hand under his chin and hummed to himself in thought.

Maybe not putting Todoroki and L/n right next to each other was a good idea, there seems to be something going on

He dismissed the idea, thinking it was stupid for him to ponder on such superficial things.
Y/n and Mina squealed as they saw that their rooms would be next to each other, causing Bakugo to groan as he got a look at the paper.

"I get both Spidey and Raccoon Eyes in front of my room? I'll never sleep" he complained, but was interrupted by Mineta's drooling face as he looked at the two happy girls he had just mentioned.

"I would kill to have Ashido and L/n in front of my room" the midget exclaimed, his head already way too deep in the gutter to get it out.

Y/n gagged at him and turned towards Aizawa.

"So, do we get to go in now?" she asked, her feet hopping in her place. Aizawa nodded and moved to the side, letting the group of rowdy teenagers through. He watched them race in to the dorms, pinching the bridge of his nose as he started doubting Nezu's plan.

Somehow I think this going to go way worse than its supposed to

There we have it, we are now in the dorms. I'll get Shoto and Y/n talking next chapter, don't worry about it. Ok, byeee <3 ~Ali
